Bought a bag/wallet and charm. Total $560 in cash. Brought back the next day with receipt for refund because I just decided I didn't like it and was going to purchase another Kate Spade. The sales girl said since I paid with cash I will get a refund by check in the mail in 4-6 weeks! AND I PAID CASH YESTERDAY. I will never buy another MK product and I told them that. This is totally unacceptable. I could understand if it was a check (which they don't accept anyways). I should have told them I didn't accept checks either. So now I'm out $560 for another month. NEVER AGAIN!

Such a disappointment. I ordered sneakers on line - 160.00. They were black and white and trim was plain black trim. What I received was black and white zebra stripes and they looked nothing like the image. So disappointed in the quality control for a sneaker at that price.

Quality is Meh

I recieved a beautiful MK purse for Christmas 2016 and while it is stylish & functional, the quality is not what I expect for a $200+ purse. The straps started fraying after only 8 months and when I took it to the store to find out about the warranty, the sales clerk stated "they will probably warranty it but it will happen again, all of our straps do that"

Um, ok... Apparantly they finish the straps with a vinyl paint and over time the paint peels away from the leather.

MK team, you have to find a better way to finish the straps of your handbags. Vinyl paint on leather? Of course it is going to peel away eventually.

My colleague has an MK bag as well, and her straps have done the same thing.

Very dissapointing for a high end handbag. I have $20 purses that have held up better & longer than this $200+ bag.

SCAMMERS. I purchased a defective wallet and when I tried to get a replacement/ store credit/ or my money back they have given me the run around for 1 month. BUYERS BEWARE. This company is garbage and their products are garbage. I will be filing a police report for my stolen money and reporting them to the better business bureau.

Very poor quality.

Bought a phone case online and after 2 weeks it began to bubble and peel. I sent an email (supposed to get a reply within 24hrs) and no response after 3 days.
I rang customer service and was told that I had to send it back and may get a refund after 14 days. I asked if I could have a replacement and was told that I couldn't because it was ordered online and there may be store issues?. All in all a poor service, poor item at premium price and an upset daughter who, up until now, loved the brand.

Ordered a MK bag for a friend and the arm strap was missing. Called the customer service line and waited 40 minutes. Spoke with a very rude person who stated he could not assist me. This was the warrenty department that replaces and repairs bags. HE told me he could not send me the strap and that I had to send the bag back. What would have happened if the strap broke, they would had to replace it!
It was the repair/warrenty department. The representative said he would email me the return label and never did! Rude and inconsiderate! I will never purchase another MK product and urge my friends to do the same after this ridicolus experience!

Boots

I purchase a pair of boots in march paid almost $200 I didn't wear them more than 3 times, when I look at my boots in November I notice that they had peel off in the front so I contacted customer service and they said that theres only a 90 days returned policy in shoes, however I wasn't using winter boots in the summer so they said I could send them out to repair at my own expense... sorry but I will not purchase anything else from them their product is overrated only name but poor quality products

Worst brand

First time i bought a branded bag and its not even 6 months the corners are damaging. The leather is so low quality that its coming off. Never happened to any of my non branded bags

I purchased a purse and wallet on 05/06/2017 as a mother's day gift. I put-in the promo code MOM2017 to have it shipped to me in 2 days. I then realized that it says "ground" instead of the "2-days shipping".

I called Customer Service the same day and the representative that assisted me stated that there was nothing he could do because the order has been placed already. I told him it was showing pending on my end and that I wanted to cancel it because I needed the items by mother's day.

He then stated he couldn't do that either and that I needed to wait for the items to get here in 8-10 business days and send them back.

I cannot express how bad of a customer service Michael Kors has! This was supposed to be a mother's day present and now I have to wait almost three weeks for the items to get here. I keep on checking and it is still showing "In Process" meaning my items are still sitting in the warehouse SMH!

What's the point of having a promo code if you can't use it?

They are very unprofessional always apologizing but not making it right admitting that they wrong but continuing to disrespect you under pay unprofessional short staffed keep making excuses with no remorse and they still have not refunded my money because I don't even want the product no more no regard for my mothers mother day I'm just done it is no more unprofessional than this I get more respect at Kmart No customer service whatsoever don't keep they were and don't follow up at all make promises they can't keep

We ordered a pair of shoes which were supposed to come in 4 days, instead they changed the address and sent them to the wrong location. Later we called them to ask where the shoes were and they pretended like nothing happened. Later they offered us a refund, keep in mind that we bought the shoes on a 50% sale, and said that they couldn't do anything about it and wouldn't send us a replacement. After loosing our product and offering us half a refund they said we would get 20% of a new collection, instead of giving us the product we ordered. Basically we ended up with no shoes and we were the ones that got the blame.

Disappointed with my bag

I purchased mk bag from Cincinnati outlet and after 6 months of use Logo of mk started to become rusty it changed the colour and when I purchased the bag I was told these are gold plated logo high quality but unfortunately it's not high quality I sent them several emails even chat with customer care but they were not able to do anything about it I almost purchased 7 bags from Cincinnati outlet in Ohio USA I'm very disappointed they didn't bother even replying to my email

Awful customer service online

I purchased 10 Michael Kors bags for my family for birthdays and holidays this year. I did it all online. Their online tool is awful. It will restrict you looking for no reason. It won't always capture any promo codes you add and instead kick you off the site.

If you find the price to go down within days of placing the order and reach out to customer service, don't expect to hear back from them. I also wrote in about how strange their website accepted and again I heard nothing back at all. I wrote more than 4 emails and never heard back.

For a luxury product you will get the worst care. Even the corner gas station does better then their customer service. This company truly could care less about any problems you are having just to buy the product. I hate to guess what they would do if the product was defective or damaged. They probably would do exactly the same and just ignore any written communication from you.

If you buy from this company just beware that once they have your money you are dead to them.

Do not shop online with Michael Kors! They messed up my order and shipped me the wrong item, now i have to go through the hassle of shipping it out and wait for them to send the correct item. Supervisor of E-commerce "Angel" did not try at all to resolve the issue. Absolutely disgusting, how is a person like that a supervisor of CUSTOMER SERVICE, she dont give a $#*! about customers!

I have ordered a bag from this totally pathetic website which I didnt know of and after complete payment online, they are asking electricity bill and after uploading that they are asking to upload the newest one. Is this for real. Dude I hve ordered a bag not a home. Very bad experience. They have allready taken extra charges for courier and now all those issues. Will never order from this site again.

What a joke

I purchased a purse and some slides as a graduation gift, I got the package looked inside and the was literally ONE shoe inside. How do you send a box with one shoe. After speaking with customer service I was told I had to wait until the package arrived back to get a refund although I gave the package right back to the UPS driver who was across the street delivering another package. If I wanted to purchase another set I'll have to wait from Thursday until Tuesday although I was told 2 day shipping. I guess I have to stick with Coach.
