They are very unprofessional always apologizing but not making it right admitting that they wrong but continuing to disrespect you under pay unprofessional short staffed keep making excuses with no remorse and they still have not refunded my money because I don't even want the product no more no regard for my mothers mother day I'm just done it is no more unprofessional than this I get more respect at Kmart No customer service whatsoever don't keep they were and don't follow up at all make promises they can't keep
Tip for consumers:
They need to train eight people to be more respectful to the customer and no one should know that you guys are working short that’s unfair to the customer and a sorry excuse of why your customer service is tanked because it in the garbage as far as I’m concerned

I will not ever use their product again unless it come free and I might not after that might feel disrespected just thinking about how disrespectful they have treated me is very sad
