I am in shock!

I am in shock this company has a customer. The customer is nonexistent, but the ignorant will be with us always. My issue is I purchased a NEW device, obviously I was home before I realized they sold me a refurbished defective device. Within one hour of my purchase they refused to exchange or assist me in any way.

I refuse to allow this type of fraud to go undocumented so Im taking them to small claims court.

This may assist in them cheating others. How ridiculous is Metro PCs.

Kith agent number ******* was not helpful at all. My issue was not resolved. She put me on hold to come back to the line to tell me an out right lie. The eight digit pin is bs someone can still get into your account. Metro PCS will text them your pin if they have your security pin.

Easy Choice

I have been a customer with Metro PCS for over three years now. No major issues have occurred within this time frame. The cell phone service is great in my present location. However, I have been to rural areas just to have no signal. Thus, one should check with Metro PCS for coverage in the area prior to purchasing phone and plans. Anyhow, customer service line via chat or phone will solve everyday problems with ease. Phones themselves are dependable and affordable. Obviously some will perform better than others. Prepaid cell phones plans are also affordable. Metro PCS in some cases will allow two day extensions for prepaid customers who are unable to pay their bill on time. Furthermore, exclusive deals for new customers are presented on a regular basis. I would like to see deals for existing customers such as free phone upgrades. Hints the four stars. Subtract that and I have no problems with Metro PCS. As a cell phone service provider, Metro PCS has been excellent.

Horrible

My experience with their local representatives on the South Side of Tallahassee Florida was horrible. The manager was rude and downright nasty. I bought a phone was placed on the wrong plan and *611 had to fix that issue, I later find out the phone I was sold is on recall. I have had to buy 4 chargers in less than 6 months. Not only is your customer service horrible but your product is a piece of junk. If there was a number before 0 that would be the rating. 1 is too high

Empty promises

Customer service sucks! They promised me last month that my bill would be covered for 2 months to help me out thanks to this virus. Come to find out they covered one month. The day after I got approved for the assistance it was changed for no
Credits on accounts. They refuse to uphold what I was told last month and it's even documented I was promised 2 months. Supervisors say there is nothing they can do. So they go
Back on their word and it's ok. Some of the customer service reps don't want to listen they talk over you.

BAD SERVICE

I never leave bad reviews I see them as a waste of time. BUT JESUS! I travel out of the country on a regular basis and can't get roaming to work, I've called their customer service several times and they can't never help me. Customer service is trash, I even wrote this review while on hold! Honestly try something else.

NO, since the merge

They used to be great, amazing customer service, always fixed any problem, great coverage (which they do still have) and was always satisfied with my service, since they added T-Mobile (which, if I wanted T-mobile I would've used them instead of Metro) their service has gotten utterly ridiculous and unbearable. They are now as bad as Straight Talk. My boss use to have me call them when he had an issue and I swear they are the reason I have high blood pressure. Now Metro is just as bad. After more than 13 yrs (maybe 16) I am going to move services as soon as I find one that suits me. I can't believe how downhill they've fallen.

When it comes to money that the most they care and want to, customers are mean nothing to this company. For what's going on now due to Corona Virus they didn't come with any helping plans to help their customers keep connected in this critical situation, they offered some stupid options won't satisfy any one except them cause at the end of all those options you have to pay money no matter what, even if you've been customer with them with always on time payment for long time ago.
I'll cancel this greedy company they want to create money and pay your bill even if you are had to stay home to stay safe, I wish I can give them No Stars they don't deserve any.

Run around

Joined metropcs about 4 months ago service was ok no better and no worse than any other. I had 2 separate lines on my account one phone for me and one for my partner with 2 separate numbers. After the first month i noticed that all my text messages, facebook notifications (a total of 199) have been going to my partners phone. Also when i switched to metropcs all my photos were to have been switched from my old phone to my new one. Went into store 6 different times to get something done and no one seems to be able to do anything or to even tell me how or why this is happening. It is true "ignorents is bliss"

With technology available these days and how passwords can be for gotten when you set one to screen lock phone should have ability for temp pass so you can change it now I'm paying for a service that my granddaughter can't use so you either figure it out or buy another phone this phone is Not a month old yeah so you do this so forces us to buy again ugh so pissed off!

They do not care about existing customers. Their deals are hidden with loopholes. Deal says switch your service get I phone SE for $99.99 when I went to pay it was $357.00. Tried to also up grade phone for daughter who had a line, They said it was for new and existing customers. Went to pay and they were like ohh you have to add a line then you can cancel your daughters line. She doesn,' want a new line and the plan she is on you can not get any more. This company doesn't care about it customers and it has only gotten worse since Tmobile bought them

Poor Consumer Loyalty

I would never recommend Metro for high-speed service or Customer Service, they apparently don't care if they keep a long time customer or not so my business will go to another company that may show loyalty to a customer of 15 yrs. I know why they want the payment before the service, because if it were the other way around nobody would want to pay their bill. This would be a flag for me to stay away since now there are quite a few other companies out there that offer the same perks and same if not lower rates. I had a bad month with them this last month and all they offered was a $5 credit for service, and showed me how they reward a customer that has stayed even after other companies have offered more and better for less. Their lack gratitude is why I will not be staying any longer for substandard service.

Why do I play my bill to get slower reception every. It says I have full bars lte right but why is the signal not up to par with what it says. I honestly pay too much to be ripped off. And unlimited mean no boundaries why slow my phone down or warn me I have a certain amount of data that's not unlimited. This is just horrible nothing good to say about this company. You failed me since the beginning and you continue to do so. I really need y'all to step your game up, at least on my end I can't be paying and not receiving what I payed for I might as well leave and go to another company that will give me a better deal and what I payed for.

Be careful with Metro metro Eastern nasty company I ever have it before the people is very nasty they lost my account and nobody knows how they happen I never seen nasty people like people to work at a Metro if you know that somebody working at Metro beaches m*********** $#*! no matter who it is just because the mother f****** worker and Metro didn't I hate this mother f***** son of a b****** they lost my f****** account and would they have my service with them no f****** signal I don't like Metro at all f****** Metro piece of s*** go to hell mother f******

Rip off

So, I have been with metropcs for years. I went to pay my bill a couple of weeks ago just before the store was to close. When I got inside, I realized that I had left my credit card at home. So I asked the employee behind the counter how I can pay after hours. I told him that I needed to change due date since I was late. He told me to just go to the website and pay my bill normally but add the 5 extra dollars for my due date to be changed. So I did that. Now they are shutting my phone off after I paid 65 dollars only 11 days ago. What a bunch of scam artists

STINGY

I've been a customer for 18 to 20 years. I've never had a late payment, no disruption in service and have always had the same number. I've paid at least $*******. 00 over the years. Even the electric company gives back to its customers. I am appalled that the only thing metro can offer is a baseball channel. I hate baseball, how about a free top of the line phone. Or, how about a free month of service per every five years. METRO PCS, DONT BE SO STINGY!

I bought 2 phones from Metro Pcs because they said it was my phone not the service that was disallowing me to get on the internet. Only way I can get on is thru WiFi. Other users w other providers have no problems. Metro PCS stopped delivering service once they merged a few years ago and customers kicked to the curb.

No Network?

This company is horrible. They messed up a whole lot with my phone service for months, because they kept giving me the wrong information regarding my application for Broadband service. As of last month Metro PCS has been getting paid $50 a month ($48 from Broadband), and this is the second month that they shut my phone down while disallowing phone calls by posting that I am not connected to a network, whenever I try to call anyone. They shut my phone off last month on December 24 until December 31, and they haven't refunded any money. They said that they did an investigation, but figured out nothing. It is the 12th of January and they shut my phone off again. I just applied for some jobs yesterday and I can't even receive any phone calls. This is terrible! I do not have access to another phone, so how am I supposed to get this problem resolved?

Ever since T-mobile bought out Metro, Everything when down hill. Customer Service and quality as well. The latest issues I have had was with service. I get no signal to my phone. There is a cell phone tower next door. I've called them 6 times. I get a run around everytime. No I can't be the phone that that sold me that's not it. They won't let you speak to a manager. I was in the middle of hurricane Ian trying to call customer service, that incase it got bad, could they please fix my phone. The lady was like, I can't hear you, hello, hello, I'm going to ask you 4 questions but I can't hear you. I'll send you a text even tho you won't get it, I'll need those 6 numbers... hello, I can't hear you... its getting old... I never had $#*!ty service when it was just metro. Please t mobile go away
