Called in to switch device after automated system didn't work due to no fault of mine and they told me I would be charged $20 to get assistance from a customer service rep. Then I asked to speak to a manager. I was then left on hold for 41 minutes and transferred out where the phone just kept ringing!
They've gone down to one because once you run out of Internet or you get to there what their unlimited is they then charge you $5 a day till your next billing cycle they have become money hungry just like the rest of the phone companies and they used to be great not anymore and don't think you're getting way cheap there
Metro pc customer service is the worst my plan was change by one ot they people now there's giving me a hard time to change it back. I never asked for those changes now i am about to switch to another phone carrier
Attempted to log in to my account many times over the past many months and my pin would always be non-valid which I received from Metro PCS. Customer service could never help and was rude. Attempted to make payment before due date but was unable. Finally able to get it through the day after and received account suspended. Hope this does not affect my credit. They need to get their stuff together.
Service isn't the best but better than Cricket. Main complaint, every month is an issue to pay my bill. Website is horrid. Takes forever to load and when it does, the hyperlinks are complete $#*!e. Pages load 3/4 if I'm lucky. This is literally the only site I have this issue with so I know it's not me, my internet, or my computer. I don't understand why it's so difficult to allow me to click "Pay bill" and load up my bill every.month.
I have been reading all these horrible reviews but my experience has been mostly positive. I have been a Metro PCS customer since 2017. The phone that I bought when I joined still works perfectly, my bill is $30 per month and the employees in the retail stores are extremely helpful. The only problem I have had in the last 6 years is with Auto Pay. Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. Otherwise, I have been extremely satisfied.
Hello. I'm a new customer at Metro PCS, i was looking for a good quality camera but didn't want an iphone. The phone that i bought first time didn't meet my needs so when i returned it 2 days later, sales man named Hector or Erie blv, Syracuse was very polite and spent his time explaining to me about other phones and i finally got the one i'm satisfied with which fit my budget and needs. I have been a customer of every single mobile company out there at one time or another. It is a pity how the others give you a great plan and year after year the price goes up. However, my family and I have been with Metro PCS for almost 5 years and we are still paying the same price as we did when we start. With unlimited everything including 4G. We can upgrade our phones every 90 days and they have the latest phones and they do not cost an arm, two legs and a kidney to buy. MetroPCS customer for life

After I called and complained when my identity was stolen and several thousand dollars was stolen from my bank account the rep on the phone thought I had hung up and said under his breath…These f'ing ni&&ers, I swear.

I recently moved to a big city in another state. We got metro and one they lie about prices from store to store so someone lining they pockets and the service is crap. I use a paper map since GPS never works not to mention barely have service anywhere don't be fooled by deals cut rate deal cause they are a cut rate service T-Mobile was wrong for this

I've been a Metro PCS customer for about 10 years now. And I've had the same plan for about 6yrs. And it's one of the best you can get. 3 lines all unlimited data and text for 78.00 metro actually lowered it last yr. I tell all my family and friends they should go to Metro because what they pay for other companies are way too high and there is hidden fees. I've never had any hidden fees and they are always super helpful and nice and try their hardest to help over the phone.
I had bad phone service with them for about 6 months. One month i was charged $10 extra dollars out of no where and didn't pay it. My service was shut off. I called them to find out why, they apologized and agreed they didn't know where the charge came from. They fixed the account. I've had to call in every month (3 so far) after that because our service shuts of. They promise every time that we are on auto pay and everything is fixed. I've spent about 6 hours on the phone because of their mistake. Changing companies.
I purchased this phone back in December of 2019, gave the sales person my info for caller ID and it still hasn't been displayed correctly. I can't believe something so simple has been a huge problem. I can't believe I chosen these people over Verizon. I'm going to give metro pcs a week to correct this issue and if be corrected, I will be leaving them... to anyone looking for phone service. I will strongly suggest go elsewhere.
Have been a customer since they started and always had deplorable service. Call to customer service and give them my high security password which they say is wrong. Go to store and give them the same information an it works.
Continually get poor service with only 1 or two bars and phone doesn't work for texting.
Customer service is the worst ever and feel Metro PCS should be prohibited from doing business in the US. Continually try to get things working better and it never happens.
I would give no stars, been paying this plan for years and now that my phone started to fail first they have me going back in Fort from the customer service line to the store for 2 days just to tell me that the plan doesn't cover the problem on the phone(they don't even know what's wrong with it)
I have been with MetroPCS for 3 years. I never had any bad experiences with their service until this morning when I woke up all of my contacts had been removed except about 35 out of 200+. Family, doctors, utilities and the likes. I take good care of my phones. I was told my warranty ended in June, 2022. So, there is nothing I can do. I am a loyal customer and you would think that they would be willing to replace my phone. And, I also know that when they sell me a phone that it is a refurbished phone because someone else's name showed up when I called my family or friends with my so called new phone.]
I am a new customer of Metro PCS. I am waiting on calls regarding a life and death situation with a family member. I am the decision maker. For whatever reason when some people call me they get a message saying my number is no longer in service. LIE! I pay my bill early. Not late, not on time, EARLY. After numerous calls from the president's office of T Mobile. They have no idea why this is happening. Go with someone else. $40 a month is not worth the lousy service.
I have been with Metro PCS for 6 years and have 3 lines. My new job requires a receipt for reimbursement of cell costs. I paid my bill (a week early) but no receipt has shown in my history. I called customer service and was told it would take 24-48 hours to get a receipt. I find that interesting since they can deduct the funds in 2 seconds but I said ok. 24 hours later no receipt so I went to the local factory store to see if they could just print or email a receipt to me. NOPE! And not just nope but a "oh well" attitude from the manager. Again, been with them for 6 years and have 3 phone lines. So, here I am 72 hours later and still no receipt. I am out $120 which will not break me but I cannot believe that it is that difficult to get a receipt.
I am in shock this company has a customer. The customer is nonexistent, but the ignorant will be with us always. My issue is I purchased a NEW device, obviously I was home before I realized they sold me a refurbished defective device. Within one hour of my purchase they refused to exchange or assist me in any way.
I refuse to allow this type of fraud to go undocumented so Im taking them to small claims court.
