Why is it so hard for MetroPCS to take the money off my credit card every month? I can't go into any store because of work hours so I try to use my card over the phone and they refused everytime. I called customer service but for some reason them typing my card numbers in refuse that also. I think it's time to find a reliable company because i need my phone for work not pleasure and i can't keep losing money!
I have been with metro since April when my ex boyfriend put me in his account. I have had nothing but trouble with them. I don't get service half them time or the phone stops working when you call I. They won't help cause you cant get a text message. Now they won't unlock my phone that is paid in full. They just keep repeating that you have wait 180 days on your property.
I would give a 0, but I don't have the option. I have been a metro customer for more than 4 years. I recently purchased a new defective phone. I have been trying for weeks to get a replacement. It just isn't gonna happen. The employees are powerless to help and management does not care' Worst customer service experience of my life.
I have been with metro for while with no issues until now. I got a brand new phone. Didn't realize it was defective, would not charge because the port in the bottom of the phone was LOOSE. Called, AFTER denied from insurance. They transferred me to a department, the guy said he would send me a new phone, be to me in a few days & gave me tracking#. 4 days later still nothing, call metro and they have no idea what I am talking about. Then find out the tracking# is bogus! I can't tell you how many times I have been on the phone with customer service and have gotten no where but the run around. I asked for a supervisor on one of the last calls and the guy told me that it might take up to an hour to get one on the phone. I might just switch I am so mad!
I have been with several cell service providers including AT&T and Verizon. I have to admit that I find Metro to be the best so far. I love them because your monthly payment already includes taxes and you have unlimited texting and calling. You are never going to see multiple taxes on your plan. And, providing you choose a smart phone, your service comes with blue tooth and mobile hot spot service. One more item, I was in Yosemite a couple of years ago and was surprised to have MetroPCS service and my partner with another cell provider had no service at all. Pick your plan and you never pay any more than the monthly plan rate. It is that simple.
Dropped calls, more often calls and messages that never arrived. Slow internet. Such a joke. Only when I started using other providers, even those that run over T-Mobile did I realize what I was missing. I thought 2 Gig in data and 12 Gig in WiFi was about what I used. I run 100+ Gig a month unlimited now without even breathing hard. Amazing what you can do with a real cellular service.
I report my phone stolen buy another phone pay the bill call my phone that was stolen and it's still on with my number. Now I find out I've paid two bills for two phones even though the other phone was stolen. Is this really customer service.? I called Metro this morning no one can speak English until afternoon. Bad business
My family and I had been customers of Metro PCS for over 10 years when they just started. The only way that you can have them take you seriously is if you complain to the FCC. They provide their unsatisfied, frustrated customers with a free upgrade and some credits to ease the frustration. Fast forward two years after our complaint, we still experienced unreliable service, dropped calls, no signal, no incoming/outgoing texts, etc. There are known for using deceptive business tactics to avoid being fined for scamming many customers. Their corporate office enjoys lying to the FCC and only helping their customers until the case is closed. As paying customers, it is disturbing to tolerate unreliable, poor service and to deal with a carrier who could not care less. Fortunately, we switched to a carrier that values customer loyalty. The fact that there are so many negative reviews online for Metro PCS speaks volumes.
I've been using this company since 2003. I wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. Only thing I dislike, and didn't give 5*, is they've charmed their policies on how often you can purchase a new phone. Other than that, I recommend this company to everyone. I have just as good service as sprint, for half the price.
Phone works good until you get about two weeks from paying bill then everything slows down and hard to access anything, pay for unlimited everything and still stimied accessing info, considering switching phone services, absolutely frustrated with this service!
I can't even give this company any peice of a star. This company is by far the worst possible phone or network there is in planet earth. Constant dropped calls if they even go through. And getting support or try to talk to someone. Forget it ain't happening. I am trying to let people know that DO NOT get sucked in like I did. The phones are garbage and they don't have the satellites like real sites. Do yourself a favor and try anything besides this company. My self I'm going to Verizon. But explore your options of course. But don't fall into their trap. I'm working on a refund or suing them. Good luck
Absolutely the worst cell phone service I've ever had. Ever. Messages don't send. Have to resend messages 3,4 sometimes 5 or 6 times. Internet is slow. Constant network log in issues. End up having to reset my phone about twice a day. Furthermore, was lied to about the price. Was advertised for 100/ mo taxes included but my bill is 133.00 a month. Terrible coverage where I live, like most service providers, however, I'm now spending 33 dollars more per month for a worse service than I previously had. I've come to expect certain issues out in the middle of nowhere, where I live, but in the middle of tulsa? Same issues? Makes no sense. Will be switching back to cricket as soon as possible. Biggest waste of 300 bucks ever. Can not stand this service.
With our country going through such a terrible time, I as a mother had to decide whether to pay my phone bill this month or buy some extra groceries for our quarantine. I have been a loyal customer for years without fault. I tried speaking with someone regarding an extension, seeing as I lost my job, yet they would not put me through to anyone. This speaks volumes about the type of company they are. A phone is crucial this day in age, and the fact I wasn't even given an option to make a partial payment is beyond me. I will be switching companies as soon as I am able. They clearly have no regard for their clients and the pandemic our country is facing.
Went in 3 times in store to pay my phone bill with cash and not one employee was smart enough to reboot the computer. 3 employees doing absolutely nothing and didnt even get out of their lounge chair to see if their system was back up. Stay away from pc metro as the have idiots running their stores. Worst customer service ever.
I spend $125 /month for hotspot and ph. My internet service is terrible. It buffers all the time and peak hours it is almost unusable.( and they want to slow down my service if I use more then 35 gigs) I just spent (waisted) approx. 2 hrs. Getting no where with people I find very hard to understand and a supervisor that wants me to pay more money to get my crappy service working! NOT GONNA HAPPEN its time to get another carrier. After 8 years and thousands of dollars they could careless about me as a customer.
Charged me $165 for a less than $50 phone. Told me I had two months of free service, only got one month, and already not a month later, having problems with the phone. MetroPC has really gone down hill since I was signed up with them before. This is disgusting.
Ive been with Metro for at least 4 years. I see all kinds of ads about how great they will treat their new customers. I think they have forgotten about their loyal excisting customers... why the hell dont we get a new tablet? I cant even get a free charger or even one at a lower cost... customer service varies from amazing to just plain frustration and disappointment... Ever heard of the term get your priorities in line? I just think its not cool. And am seriously considering changing to a carrier that values its customers more..
Metro pcs is absolutley the worst phone service I've ever used. Horrible customer service, always rude as can be, your situation or the world situation doesn't make a $#*! to them and they just want to get into your wallet And do whatever they can to make a couple extra bucks off you. Employees up sell expensive phones And accessories and downplay anything under a G. I tell everybody I come into contact with on the subject the same things and I sincerely hope words spreads and this company topples. GD crooks
I have been a customer for 5 years and as long as you don't need help from the store employees they are okay to help you pay your bill. But if you have any problems or questions they act like you showed up at their house uninvited. I bought a new phone and needed them to switch out my SIM card for me. The first store employee told me that I could just do it myself from home. So I left there, not wanting to bother her at her job with my problem. The next day at a second store I got the guy in there to swap out the SIM card, but he definitely acted like I was bothering him on his day off. These folks just kinda hangout getting paid for nothing mostly. They are usually chatting it up on their phone or flirting with co workers, which is fine by me usually. But occasionally some poor soul like myself wanders in, willing to PAY for their help, and they treat us like we are stupid and also like we are interrupting them.
Been back with metro 2 month's for 2 months ive experience problem after problem first the phone has a defected it goes black while talking to a robot & keying in numbers the volume goes down r off completely.The hotspot runs its self and using up data even when off had to top up twice in lest than 24 hours they turned off my phone for 5 dollars that wasnt charged on my card. I set a due date because thats when my ss hit the bank they took it upon themselves to overdarft my card a day early then on the actually date after they have took their money and now im hearing my cycle dont start till the 4th how is all this possible? If it wasnt for the fact they already got their money id run fast as i could from metro its bad enough they sell phones with defects and make excuses after excuses.
