HELL NO, NOT EVEN EXTEND THE TIME BEFORE THEY DISCONNECTED THE SERVICE SAME POLICY AS BEFORE THE CRISIS, THEY WOULD DOWN GRADE YOUR PAYMENTS WITH DOWN GRADING YOUR SERVICE THEY DONT CARE AT ALL THAT YOU NEED YOUR DATA TO BE ABLE TO KEEP CONNECTED WITH YOUR FAMILY OVERSEAS. I paid my bill on October 1st which is $70 and they wanted $70 again on October 3rd so I'd say that is a definite no terrible company
