No value for money

Very low quality products. The products smell very badly, like the clothes have been inside of a very humid warehouse. The fabrics are very cheap, I definitely paid a very high amount of money for the quality. I wanted to return one item at least but the shipping cost was almost equal to the price, hence not worth it and a waste.

Scam company

Please note: even the stock reply is misleading! It is not at all evident on the website that returns are to China or that the company is based there- have a look for yourself. The only company address is a UK address in London. Their supposed screen shot does not exist. They intentionally hide that you will end up paying a fortune to return. My order number is *******. They even asked me if I'd maybe want to give items as gifts because on their own admission return is expensive!

Absolute scam- do NOT buy from this company! They fail to disclose that the cost to return is pay to ship items via tracked mail to CHINA! Absolutely ridiculous. Items are poor quality, cheap fabrics and not what you think they are going to be like from the pictures on the website. This is not an ethical business.

Most Likely a Scam

I recently purchased a dress that I loved online and I really liked it whenever I tried it on. The unfortunate thing was at the end of the dress where the zipper started was starting to fray, the stitching was coming undone, making the dress defective. I went to get a refund and they said I would have to fill out a form and pay for the shipping. This sounded sketchy to me, so I looked into their company and almost every review was negative. Most people said they did pay the insane amount to return it, either didnt get their money back, or the item got lost. Whenever I emailed the company, that basically give you whatever round about answer they can, and they just sound weird and sketchy. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. RED FLAGS.

Metisu is a scam. They ripped me off by sending me a dress that is a xxs instead of a small. They refuse to take the dress back and gave me the run around on returning it. I could never get a honest answer from them on how to return the dress. The site states you have to have their permission to send merchandise back. I received a email from a Queenie several ttimes after messaging them and almost missed it because I was looking for Metisu to message me back. It was bizarre because I always got answers that had nothing to do with my question. HOW CAN I SEND IT BACK AND, IS IT OKAY TO SEND IT BACK? Stay away from this site. I lost a lot of money! The worst experience among all these years with all e-commerce fashion brands! The company delivered my order to someone else! Then took months for the person to deliver to me. I have already missed the use of it, so I asked them if I shall return it. They said yes please return to the address in China and they will pay for the postage to me once they received it. I went all the troubles go to post office and packed items properly and spent more than £20 post things to them in China. Several months later, the package is sent back because they refused to take it in! Why did they bother to ask me to send then?! Unbelievable! Not trustworthy at all! Reputation is the life of business, they are not having that at all! Don't buy!

Don't buy from Metisu

I will not be buying from Metisu again. And I will be reviewing Metisu on websites to tell others about the shipping. When I purchased the dresses, it said free shipping if my order was over 100. It did not say one way. It cost 70.75 to return the dresses that neither one fit. My order was 119 total. I was only offered a $17 refund. It is a horrible refund. But this is horrible company policy.

Also, the dresses were decent material, but did not fit. I carefully followed the chart and both dresses, different styles. Did not fit.

I experienced pretty much what a lot of the other reviews are saying. Clothing relatively expensive so I thought I would receive quality. It is not representative at all of the lovely images they show on their site. It is cheaply made and very ugly tailoring with clear details missed from the original images.

When I wanted to return it was the same story. Ignored until I raised a dispute with Pay Pal. Then dispite the packaging showing a UK address told I would have to send it on a reputable tracked delivery back to an address in Hong Kong.

I am awaiting their standard polite response to this - DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS. They do not care about the Customer and know full well what their business model is. It works because they get enough one off buyers who they hope will just write of the dept. SCAMMERS - leave well alone and save yourself the loss of good money. I await a refund and if it is not the original full amount I will be back onto Pay Pal. I am fuming about this and very upset as I can ill afford to lose nearly £50.00

This is a terrible company for customer service. I would simply like to return two items I purchased. You have to email them for the address. They will do their best to convince you not to do so. If they continue, I will contact lawyers.

Shopping from hell

I ordered a dress and it came with a wrong size, I contacted the company to return and they tried to offer me 20% for next order but I can't wear it because it's too small so I have to return with my own cost but I never received a refund for it. Wrong Item Shipped Denied Refund I ordered a dress, order #*******, on 11/16/17, SKU: 1707DR0175, in the amount of $48.45. The sent a dress that was not only poor quality but not the dress advertised. They offered only a 20% discount for future orders or a 15% refund. They said if I wanted a full refund I had to send it back to an address in China and pay for it myself. This is super expensive. The agent I spoke with was named Queenie Zhao at *******@metisu.com. Don't deliver on time
December 8, 2017

I paid extra to expedite shipping now I am going to have to go shopping right before my holiday event. No phone number to call. Their response to emails is that I " shouldn't worry I will have it soon". But not when it was guaranteed. Not the shippers fault it was Metisu who did not get the package to UPS until the day before I expected delivery to my door.

Avoid this company

I ordered a dress according to the size chart - I am a size two and ordered a small. I could not zip it over my ribs.

I began the return process. An address to return the item was not provided until I paid $5.99 into their PayPal account; then required the transaction ID (which they would have received with the $5.99).

They offered a discount on future purchases if I kept the dress. They suggested that returning it (to China) was expensive and I should give the dress ($64.99) to an acquaintance.

It seems that they are making the process as difficult as possible.

I am happy with my dress!

The dress is exactly what is pictured! Its so pretty and I did not notice in the picture that it has some sequins on the dress that made it look really pretty! The material underneath however is a little thin, you may want to line it yourself or wear something underneath but overall its well worth the money! Also, the shipping was excellent with no issues.

This beautiful mermaid formal dress is perfect for attending parties or special occasions. I think it's supposedly slim fit, I ordered S and it's smaller than i expected, but it just fit fine. Soft floral lace, I love that.
