Do not buy from Metisu

Following my posting from yesterday and Metisus response to take this off line, Id like to let you all know that they have offered me an insulting £7.50 towards my £80 postage return costs for the 4 dresses. Needless to say that this is unacceptable and that the amount of people who have returned items and not got paid the refund from Metisu seems to be increasing... no, I do not think this is acceptable at all!
Metisu, it is you who has sent me faulty goods, poorly made items, badly finished products, it is you who has done this. I was the naive buyer who bought off your site thinking that the 4 dresses would look like the pictures. In these instances, the buyer doesnt have to pay anything to return the faulty goods, it is the seller who takes care of it. In fact with such poor dresses, Im surprised that you even want them back! You should return the full value of the dresses and stop the nonesense on the emails that you keep sending me. In return I am happy to get the dresses shipped to a UK address, no more stupidity of sending dresses to China and all the import tax clauses, that puts your customers hard earned money at risk.

This company is a scam and do not operate in the way that we expect from an organisation who publish a UK address on their website. I ordered 4 dresses, every single one had major quality issues and Im not referring to cheap material, but badly finished and unfinished dresses.
I am now on my 8th Email exchange with their useless customer service, which should be renamed as scam service, because each exchange is more and more frustrating. In essence, they want me to keep the dresses and give them as presents to friends (yeah right! Id loose my friends if I did that), theyre also willing to give me a discount coupon worth 20% off my next order, together with a refund of £16 (as if Id ever order from them again!), the cherry of the cake was when, after supplying them 3 times with photographic evidence of their poor quality finish and describing it to them, they tell me that it is my responsibility to pay for the return of the items! A complete joke. So in essence, looking at the comments below, I could pay £80 to return the items (marking a £200 order of dresses as only worth $20) and continue pointlessly communicating with Metisu, who will probably eventually receive the dresses, never admit to having received and then re-sell the 4 dreadful dresses to the next poor buyer.
The cookie cutter responses from Metisu on this site are as dreadful as the 8 pointless emails that Ive had from them so far. It is so very wrong that a company does not see it as their responsibility to collect badly made items. Never buy from them, there are plenty of reputable companies who will look after their customers when they are in the wrong, Metisu is most certainly not a reputable company.
BTW - Metisu, do not bother posting a response to this, Ive given you plenty of opportunities to resolve this... no more we are deeply sorrys

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

100% my worst shopping experience to date. Ordered according to size chart, arrived OK, fit not super great but OK, but one of the seams wasn't sewn straight and it ruched the fabric so there was a crease all across my chest. Fair enough - these things happen, got in touch to ask how to return. I was asked to take photos of the dress against a metre rule and that I should keep the dress as unless there was a quality issue I would have to pay return postage. I said I thought that was ridiculous and I couldn't do that anyway as I don't have a metre rule, and asked again how to return the dress and how to get the postage refunded as there WAS a quality issue. I was asked to provide photos of the fault, they said they couldnt see a problem. I took a clearer photo, they said they couldnt see a problem, and again suggested I keep the dress, and have a refund on my next order. After about 5 emails I was finally given details of how to return the dress, but still no admission of the dress being faulty. I decided fine, Ill return the dress at my own cost - I dont want the dress. They insist on having items returned tracked - it would have cost FIFTY TWO POUNDS - more than the cost of the dress! Up until this point I had been very polite, but this really wound me up. I wrote an angry email saying how frustrating the process has been, that I felt like they were only refusing to acknowledge the fault to avoid having to pay return shipping, and that they only insist on tracked postage to make returning items as unattractive as possible. The email was ignored for days, and have now just received a copy and paste email saying they value their customers, advising me to keep the dress and accept a THREE POUND refund (?!?), but if I really dont want the dress they accept my decision - no mention of the quality issue or having return post refunded. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - ANY ISSUES AND ITS LIKE TALKING TO A BRICK WALL.

Buyer Beware!

Buyer beware! The quality of this dress I ordered is not good. The size is way too small even though I ordered a medium according to their size chart. The measurements are off. They are not being cooperative with my return or exchange. They are stringing me along and making me submit various pictures regarding the quality and the sizing issues. They are saying that in order to exchange or return the return shipping will be so expensive that its not worth it for me to return it so they keep offering me a 15% discount towards my next purchase. They even asked if I could sell the dress to a friend instead of having it returned. I dont think I should have to pay for return shipping when the error is on their part. Their size chart is clearly wrong and the quality of the dress is very poor. The design on the skirt is painted on and there are paint smeared everywhere, there are stitching errors and strings/threads hanging out all over the place and the zipper is poor quality and doesnt zip all the way up at the top. I would have to pay $5.99 to have an new one shipped and pay to return the medium dress to China. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else.

There are major stitching areas around the waist line of this dress, The stitching can be seen underneath the waist line where it supposed to be hidden underneath the waist sash, strings hanging out all over the place, the zipper doesnt zip all the way up at the back neckline, there is an error where the paint didnt cover the holes, and there is white paint smears all over the belt.
