I purchased a black off shoulder blouse with ridiculously thin and cheap fabric and stitching halfway through the back side like they sewed scraps of cloth together. Worse, they charged me for shipping and when the package came, they charged me again. NEVER AGAIN! Please shut down this business before they scam more people.
Not going to lie, I bought a dress from this website from flicking through Google images after a couple of champagnes. The following day, I then googled and found some pretty iffy reviews and I was convinced my green sequin dress was sure to not turn up. To my surprise, the dress turned up, in great condition, fits perfectly and in good time! I love this dress. With being locked down in my home and missing people, I've been wearing this dress regularly to give me the smile i miss so much from seeing my loved ones!
It took 2 1/2 MONTHS and an email to customer service asking where my item was before I finally got. When I did finally receive it, the stench was horrendous, like it had been sitting in a mildew infested basement for years. I was extremely disappointed to see the dress wasn't going to fit at all how they depicted on their website. The quality is also that of a Halloween costume from Family Dollar. I have attached photos of what I ordered vs what I got.
I recently purchased a white beach dress for my wedding, and I just received it in the mail. I absolutely love it! I live in the US, so I would give about two weeks or so for shipping time, but other than that I was happy with the purchase. Size charts are accurate.
These people are procrastinators, thieves and they have false advertising. Their products are nothing like what they advertise I finally received a product I contacted them the minute I opened up my product and told them how unhappy I was with the item I have been fighting with them for 6 months to get my 40$ back. At this point it's not the money but the principle

I tried this website out for the first time and what a disaster. I paid for expedited shipping and it was late. The material is cheap and looks nothing like the pictures. When I went to return the items, they don't provide shipping labels and you have to send to China. The shipping cost more than the purchase so I just kept the garbage because the customer service didn't speak English and kept repeating themselves when I tried to explain this. WASTE OF MONEY.

I ordered a white dress with a red rose overlay. It took a few weeks to get here and it was an absolute joke! It was way shorter than the one advertised, bigger measurements than advertised and looked like a smoke. It was supposed to A line and fitted in the waist. I talked to customer service and got an RMA to return the dress. Shipping was going to be $30 and then they decide if I could get a refund. I brought it back home. I am not spending that much when the dress was $50. I guess you get what you pay for.

I order a Halloween costume October 1,2020 and still haven't receive my package. They keep saying it didn't ship until the 10th because there was a holiday October 1-October 8. I keep asking them what holiday? What name of the holiday and they can't tell me this information. They will lie to you tell you there was a holiday or change the progress of shipping and leave some place for 11 days to pretend that they don't still have it and they still haven't ship it out. They want play with people and not answer simply questions. I bought 6 dresses for my wedding party. 3 large. An xxl, xl, and medium. They are ALL THE SAME SIZE. They are so thin and cheap made. I spent nearly $200.00 on these dresses that look like crap and won't fit all but 1 of my bridesmaids. Here's the catch. It'll cost almost the same to ship them back for a refund. I checked the sizing more than once. They are not true to size! None of the dresses have the size in them. There was a sticker on the pk. You can completely see through the dress. They are ridiculous. Completely caused me to distrust ordering online!

I made my first order and was actually very excited to find what I thought was a great costume at an awesome price... until it never arrived! I went through a solid 2 weeks of emails during which they wanted me to contact the post office, track down my carrier, etc until finally they told me they had no insurance and no policy for lost items so I would need to file a Paypal dispute. Yah thanks for that. I'm pretty sure they knew it was past the 45 days when Paypal would help me. Amazingly (as much as I hate Paypal) someone there took pity on me and gave me my 42$ back. Order at your own risk, I've learned my lesson.,

I have to admit that one item, although adorable, could only fit a child, not an adult female as advertised. The other item does not match what was on the website. The shirt received used a completely different pattern. Buyer beware! Costs would be exorbitant to ship return. Money lost.
Originally my order was 5 weeks late and was given one excuse after another. When I finally received my order all three items were sized incorrectly and very cheaply made. Now on week four of getting a refund I'm going through the same bs that originally occurred with the delivery.
I haven't heard from this company, they were paid for my merchandise. Well seeing everyone else's reviews I'm extremely upset with Maykool I will take to Facebook to make sure no purchase anything from them

I have ordered and worn dozens of shoes from this website. With an exception to two pair(a pair of knee high boots one bigger than the other but same size, and a pair of pumps one heel not placed on the shoe correctly). Contacted them and exchanged the right size for me finally, Thanks the customer service staff that is called Amy, Until then, I will give them 5 stars.
It has now been almost been a year since we returned this outfit to them with attachments of proof we returned. 8/16/16
They eventually respond to requests for the refund but they keep asking for invoices, proof of shipment etc, even though we had already sent them. They keep saying they never received it or it is being held in customs. They are a terrible company, terrible customer service and their products are cheap and falling apart. It costs more than the item to return. Paid through Paypal and you only have so long to contest it. We did and Maykool kept giving us the runaround. Paypal closed the problem saying it was past the time to complain so we are out about $60 for a $35 item. DO NOT BUY FROM CHINA!
Never received a ship date email! Finally emailed them asking where my items were and was told we shipped it your problem if you didn't receive it? That I would not get a refund! Or another shipment!

I placed my order for this dress on May 25th 2021. They took the money from my account on the 26th of May. Took the company 9 days to process my order. Got an email that my dress would be here on the 15th of June 2021 and of course it didn't come. It did show up 2 days later and when i opened the package it looked nothing like the picture and felt very cheap. The sequined belt is glued on and you can see the glue holding the belt to the dress. The dress cost 65 dollars plus shipping. I wouldn't give you 15 dollars for the dress. Next time i will shop made in the USA. Picture to follow of the glue all over the belt and dress.
