The dress I ordered didn't look exactly like the dress in the photo but it was similar and it was still a pretty dress. The big problem was that the dress I received had stains on it! The return policy states customers are responsible for shipping fee. So I have to pay to return their mess up?... to CHINA! HOWEVER, I sent an email and the customer service was nice. I had the dress cleaned and the stains came out. Customer service gave me a refund for the extra expense.
My experience was awesome :). . I received my boots on time and in perfect condition. They were prefect. I had no problems reaching customer service... and they gave me a tracking # that was right on time. So for the people that had problems with these issue's i don't know why... all's i know is maykool is not a "SCAM"
I ordered a simple lavender dress that was about $30 on Maykool.com. It arrived after a week or so which is a reasonable time for shipping. However, I am very unpleased with the low quality of my dress. The fabric is thin and looks like cheap costume material. The dress I got in my package looks nothing like the photo of the dress online. The lining is a completely different color than the outer shirt or lace embellishment, making the entire dress look like someone made it in a dark room. It honestly looks like they took the photo from another source and attempted to make a knock-off version, which they failed at. It looks nothing like the picture and I am very upset that I wasted $30 on a cheap looking, low quality knock-off that isn't even the same color throughout.
I ordered a dress for my bridal shower! It came in and I must say I was disappointed! The dress looked nothing like the online pictures. I ordered a medium and it looked like a XXS, and not only that but the quality was crap! I wish I would have read reviews prior to making a purchase! You live and you learn! They make it almost impossible to return a $40 dress for a huge shipping cost that we have to cover! I will trash the dress, and simply post this review in hopes that others view my review and STAY AWAY from Maykool!
SO perfect that I want to tell the entire world! I find my dress on the pin, someone pin the lovely dress. Because of the international business, I am worried about the shipping, so I contact them first, to my surprise, they response very quickly, so I am try. Now, I have already received the lovely dress, so cute! And my friend love it too, maybe she can order another color!
Dress took one month to come and it was nothing like the picture. The lining was longer then the dress and I wanted to return it as a defect. Its been one month of complaining and nothing, no response. This company is a FRAUD! Cheap materials, bad workmanship. Just order from LULUs, free returns and good materials. This really was my worst online shopping experience
Ordered a dress for Valentine's Day in January. It supposedly shipped on January 16th, but the tracking number never updated. They lied and literally did not ship the package until after I filed a dispute with PayPal. I received the dress yesterday, February 24th. That's 6+ weeks waiting for an order that was supposed to take 7-15 days.
On top of that, the dress has no shape to it - it's a rectangle!. The waist measures 7" larger than claimed, which is the same measurement at the hip! It has no waist whatsoever. Putting it on results in baggy fabric hanging around the midsection.
This company is a complete scam, and be warned, PayPal will NOT get you your money back from this particular company.

I don't care for the return terms. I'm not going to send back a dress and pay $25 for shipping, that is wasting more money. I don't understand, if your customer is complaining about the product then you send the product again that doesn't have defaults and is what they paid for or reimburse them for the item. I already told you guys that I don't have the packaging for the dress. I gave you guys a screenshot of FedEx saying that the package was delivered today & it said a signature was involved. This package came from you guys & I just want my money back! Stop stealing from your customers.

2. Return must be completed, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging. Any item altered or with odors (perfume, smoke, etc)is not returnable.
And our package was just delivered today, you sent us another package's image(FedEx: tracking# 724717351813 was delivered on May 23), we found that it is wrong and not our packaging, then you tell us that you threw our packaging(FedEx: tacking# 731795956222 was delivered on May 25) out.

I ordered a dress a week before Christmas. I just got it jan 20. It says large fits more like a small. Suppose to be a dark blue but it's see through. Fabric is cheap and cheaply made. I wanted to send it back but I have to pay shipping back?
I paid for rush shipping and did not receive it in the timeframe as expected. The item was completely ripped in half when it did arrive. I tried calling the customer service line on the website and it is the number to an out of service cell phone. I emailed the customer service address to request a refund or a prepaid shipping label and was told I would need to send the item back through international mail and cover the cost of return shipping myself which costs more than the item did. Complete waste of $40 and horrible customer service.
I just got my Order from. Maykool. The quality of the cloth is very cheap. The style is only a copy right, they did not even get it correct. The size for medium is like an 8 year old size. I'm not kidding. I will post the picture on facebook to compare what I order and what they sent me. The color is not the same. The sewing quality is like made of 10 years old...

We ordered a dress not realizing it was coming from China. It had no tags and was very poorly made and did not fit. The return address is in China and would cost me more than the dress to send it back. Do not order from this company!
So far, I ordered on February 2nd and my order is still "processing" as of today February 8th? I too fell for the express shipping and now realize that was a mistake. I will update my review when the product arrives! I have ordered from other sights that are similar and had absolutely great results many many times! I do not want any one to have a bad experience so I will definitely let everyone know my result with this company!

They took two weeks to get me merchandise to me. They sent me the wrong size, they won't return dress cause I threw away the original box it all came it, and my Medium bathing suit came in looking like an Extra Small and the material was totally different then what was online.
Ordered a jumpsuit and it was not what I expected, the marital was shiny and looked as if it was a cat suit, no where in the description did it mention material but I assumed by the photo it was a cotton jumpsuit so I can not wear it unless it's Halloween. And it took forever to arrive
This winter coat is not cashmere, but I wasn't really expecting that it would be - a real cashmere coat for $40.99 is just not going to happen. It is, however, very attractive with a pretty liner. It fits great. The fabric is very soft and the buttons are plastic (which I will be replacing with some nicer ones). For the price, I am happy with it. Shipping was also very quick.
