I would advise everyone to stay away from this site. I ordered a dress and the only e-mail I have received was that of the bill. I never got a tracking number, or that my order was being processed. When I try to search for my item I was taken directly back to the page I started at when I tried to track my order. Then when I went to contact the site itself, every time I tried to file a complaint or question it said "unable to send your request, please try again later." I have tried several days to get something about my order from MayKool but have not had any luck. Also tried looking every where for a contact phone number or chat, I didn't find anything. Very upset and will not recommend this to anyone!
I ordered two from the store, and received them yesterday, looks nice. I will wear for the next party on Sunday. I ordered a dress from other site too, but it seems not good. Thank you maykool, I had a very happy shopping experience.
Good shopping experience! I live in a small city where only a few malls and stores to choose from, so I rely on online shopping. Maykool is a great store with high quality service; Their are dresses and sweater are amazing, and never disappointed me! SO LIKE<3!

We purchased two bridesmaids dresses - red. The dresses turned out to be two different shades of red, bottom skirt was completely see-through. An underslip would need to be purchased or sewn, in red, in order to look decent. Tacky material. Return policy is mostly non-existent. They say they'll refund your money, IF, they receive your package, and if they don't, we'll have to contact the courier we hired for the return. Basically, they could receive it, not be honest about it, and there's no way to prove anything. Save yourself time, money and hassle, and buy locally. Going to use the dresses for the fabric for some other project maybe - or donate to a Goodwill. We ended up buying something local for our needs.
Takes forever, sizing sucks. Ordered a shirt took a month to arrive should have known it was coming from China. Stunk of formaldehyde and did not fit. No hope of return, shipping to China is outrageous. Don't do it. Learned my lesson
I LOVE these leggings :] I'm a medium size girl and they fit me perfectly. I would say 135 to 145 pounds. If you're heavier than that they won't fit you very well... you would b stretching it :p The shipping was on point and it was a great sale since I ordered when they were having a sale on leggings which I'm waiting to catch again.
My item never arrived even though I paid an additional $40 for express shipping to have order delivered asap. I have been in touch with them for the past 1 month and still received no refund for my purchase. The website stole my money and never delivered item and blame FedEx for the issue. They are not willing to do anything about this and I am stuck

I should have read the reviews! I ordered a dress that looks ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the picture! Totally different material and very short. It's a darn shirt! See through material! Very disappointed! Go elsewhere! Save your money!
If a zero was an option it would be more appropriate.Do not order from this company. The clothing is extremely cheap and has a weird odor to it. It looks NOTHING like the pictures on the website. I received my order and immediately contacted them for a refund and they are giving me the run around. Never again!

This company sent me a dress with a huge hole on under arm, and does not reply to back to numerous times of trying to contact them. Their product is poor quality, comes in junior sizes, and their product is see-through material. Do NOT buy from the company.

Do not order from these liars! Ordered a dress, it is not like the picture, it is super big. I asked if I could return it. It's too much money to send back. They told me order again they would give me special price. Just send order number to get $13,99 refund. I do, now I'm told wait for tracking number for refund. Liars. I should have read reviews first
Love my dress omg. Ever turn it's a different color. It is a jewel for no jewelry is need. This dress came up as a club dress will see how it holds up at Club Liv in Miami in November.
I purchased a blouse in November 2014 and returned it immediately as it did not fit properly. I returned the product back to the company's address in China. Unfortunately, I did not have a tracking number. After four months and repeated emails, I am told they did not receive it. Conveniently it was "lost" or stolen and and I out 28.00. Buyer beware when buying and/or returning products to this company. Total scam!
Very disappointed I ordered a gold dress and when I received the dress it look more like a undergarments looks way different from the dress on the picture it was not worth the money n to return it cost the same as the dress since it's in China waste of time n they were not willing to help. If the dress would look somewhat similar no its upsetting with false advertising I will never order from this site again even if it's a dollar for clothes because who know what I will get from them. I ordered this costume for a Dirty Santa Party. Since it's in 2 weeks, I used expedited shipping. It came in 2 days, one of the days being Thanksgiving! Very impressed! Costume is made decent, material is velvety. Nice green color. The hat and belt aren't exactly as pictured and cheap, but it's a costume! I would order from them again!
I unfortunately did not read any reviews on this site before ordering. I went right from Pintrest to the link that brought me to Maykool. I ordered a simple dress. I later read all the reviews and was pretty sure i wouldn't receive anything. To my surprise i received a package 2 weeks later. YES I RECEIVED SOMETHING! What i received was a black piece of cotton... like no joke this "dress" would maybe be cute on a 3 year old. I ordered sz S being i wear XS most of the time thinking that a S would be a safe bet. I was way wrong! It looked absolutely nothing like the picture. All in all if you receive something from this site don't get too excited it will probably be some cheap crap that these Chinese people are trying to scam you out of your money for.
Do not order from this site. I'm a dedicated online shopper and I've receive packages with no problem on a regular, however, I googled blue dresses and a dress that caught my eye from this site popped up so I ordered it express because it's for a special event I have coming up very soon. It says it was delivered Friday morning at 10:46am and I didn't receive anything. My door is open every morning with my screen door closed and I open my blinds to allow sunlight In. I was up making breakfast that morning for my kids before taking them to school at 12:40pm. There is NO way my package was delivered. DO NOT PUT YOUR TRUST INTO THIS SITE.

These leggings are very flattering and designed to fit your body just right. The color is amazing, you can dress them up or wear as casual wear. You don't have to worry about them gapping in the back. Very pleased with this purchase.
I ordered an item 30 days ago and have not received anything. I go onto their tracking site provided and cannot get in. I feel this is not legit and highly recommend you do not waste your money.
