I have never ever written a review but needed to about this company. I received my two jump suits and was incredibly disappointed. The fabric is super cheap and poorly made. A complete waste of my money. Took forever to receive and now it is past the 30 days for my so called return. I will never ever be ordering from them again. Please beware. I wasted a good $87.27. I paid $24.29 quicker delivery and did not receive before my event. So very disappointed.
Ordered 2 blouses in a medium. Im a UK size 10. Items were too small. Poorly made. I returned items. This cost me £5. This was 2 months ago. Still awaiting my refund on items and have chased this up NUMEROUS times. Will have to put it down to experience and NEVER use sites like this again.
My dress was as expected, however, it took 2 months to get to me. If you have the time to wait then this could be a good option. It is coming from China. I do feel like the quality was what I paid for.

I am absolutely disappointed in this page. I had heard wonderful things about, however none was true. I ordered a pair of heels about a month ago and never got them. I emailed them and told them what was going on. Well they didn't do anything. I didn't get my money back or the pair of heels. Y'all please don't waste your time buying from here. I am a 10 and the Large I ordered is more like a size 6. After attempting to contact customer service for a return 2 times, I finally got a response back and the 'shipping label' to print is literally just an excel file with the address in China. UPS wants $112 to ship it back for a $40 refund.

I was nervous to order much from here due to the spotty reviews, so I just got one skirt as a test run of the site. I got regular updates on the shipping status, and it took about two weeks to get to me, which isn't that bad, especially coming from China. The skirt doesn't fit very well, and I don't think that it will be worth returning it, but I would order from here again.
I received my dress and I absolutely LOVE IT. I'm getting married and I wanted something simple yet very pretty and lady like. This dress is THE ONE! I was impressed by the fact that it actually looked like the picture and it fit so sexy. Thank you MayKool you are the one too.
I have ordered and worn dozens of shoes from this website. With an exception to two pair(a pair of knee high boots one bigger than the other but same size, and a pair of pumps one heel not placed on the shoe correctly). Contacted them and exchanged the right size for me finally, Thanks the customer service staff that is called Amy, Until then, I will give them 5 stars.

Terrible company. Quality of received item was NOTHING like the image, and it cost me $18 to ship it back to them for a refund ($50 product). They were absolutely unapologetic. This is just another scam company from China, selling bargain-basement junk goods at prices JUST low enough to tempt you to believe it might actually be decent quality.
I will never in my life order again from this place. I place a order on January 21st 2020 pay fro express chipping 3 days delivery! 02/29/20 I Still haven't received What I order. 1 month and 8 days no refund and no clothing. Smfh. Today I received a message saying my order have been shipped.

I ordered this on a whim as it was a length i had been looking for over a long period of time. I am glad I took the risk! It came in a timely manner and gets many compliments. It suits my vintage 1950's glamour style perfectly and fits like a glove, hugging at the waist, the collar helps keep my neck warm and with the right dress, the length will do the job.
I just read some review about the site before my jabber. I bought a t-shirt from they, two days later, I received it, what a pity, there was a little hole on the front, so I contact with them, they replied me quickly, after I sent them the photo about they said will shipping me again. May be nothing good comes easily. I am very happy with the service!
Please do not order from here. Took forever, and when I finally got it, the shirt looks homemade by a beginner. Also, there is no size tag, the fabric tags look used and worn (as if they were lifted from another item), and the sizing and shape is just bizarre--- nothing like the picture. When I contacted them for a refund, they replied that they would determine if the item qualified for a refund AFTER I sent it back to them--- wait a minute, so I should pay some crazy shipping back to China, wait a month for you to decide, and then may not get a refund? Not worth it. I'll stick with reputable sites from now on.

Ordered a New Year's Eve dress figure 4 weeks would be plenty of time for it to arrive! Well I was wrong no New Year's Eve dress and said order is being shipped. Will not reimburse my money will never ever order from this company again what a scam!
I ordered a graduation dress in early May. The delivery time was expected to be WELL before my graduation. Go figure, it didn't arrive in time. So I never got to wear the dress I wanted to my graduation. I have never seen a package be so delayed. Also, the tracking was extremely confusing and sketchy. Trust me, if you want a package to get to you in a timely manner, do NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!
Well, I ordered 2 pair of cargo shorts from them, 1 blue and 1 white. When the order arrived, there was 2 pairs of blue shorts. I already knew I had to send at least 1 pair back because I Don't need 2 pairs of the same color shorts. After trying them on, they literally came down to my ANKLES and I am 6'2" tall. So I emailed Maykool to find out how there refunds work exactly. The responded by telling me they sent me a link when they really didn't. I think they were just trying to drive me crazy going back and forth with emails because finally on the 5th email exchanged with them, they sent the link I needed. Well just so you know, the shorts cost $33.99 a pair and shipping was $26.50, which totals $ 94.50. I go to the FedEx store and showed the FedEx employee the address where these shorts needed to go back to. He told me when I see the cost of sending these shorts back that I am not going to be happy. It would of cost me $158 to send back which means I am still out $131.50 because they do not refund shipping! If you ask me, they can do this to people all day long and get away with it. I should of stuck to my guns and just went shopping at a local retailer. The quality of the shorts were also junk. I totally recommend you stay away from this company because there best interests is not the customer. BUY AMERICAN and stay away from the CHINESE JUNK! If I could of given them 0 stars out of 5, I WOULD HAVE! They worked very hard for there 0 star.
I would advise everyone to stay away from this site. I ordered a dress and the only e-mail I have received was that of the bill. I never got a tracking number, or that my order was being processed. When I try to search for my item I was taken directly back to the page I started at when I tried to track my order. Then when I went to contact the site itself, every time I tried to file a complaint or question it said "unable to send your request, please try again later." I have tried several days to get something about my order from MayKool but have not had any luck. Also tried looking every where for a contact phone number or chat, I didn't find anything. Very upset and will not recommend this to anyone!
