Shipping took too long and when I finally got the dress, it was poorly made, too short in the back, too long in the front. It was made out of cheap shiny material, nothing like it looked in the pictures. I was extremely disappointed. The return process is entirely too complicated and costs $20 to ship my $25 dress back to china so I'm not even going to bother. I wish I NEVER used this site. STAY AWAY.
I ordered a dress it and it was not correct to size nor did it look anything close to the image. I contacted them and they asked me to return the dress and they would reimburse me or send me a new size. The problem is the shipping costs almost as much as the dress did since you have to send it back to China. They were unwilling to work with me even though they were incorrect on the size measurements. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

I very highly recommend the great store, because of the low price and good quality. I known the site due to they sent mail to me, at first, I DON'T believe them very much, but their products are very cute, and pop. So I ordered one cute rompers, to my surprise, they shipping fast, not disappointed me, so lucky!
I'm very disappointed! The maxi skirt is not my size, the size is for my kid. The skirt looks ok, but is not the size that Maykool put in the chart. It's suppose to be 35.43 inches and the length is 29 inches. I'll never buy anything there again.
I ordered a dress on December 18,2014. Today is January 23,2015, and the USPS tracking says it was sorted in China January 7,2015. Then nothing! The event the dress was bought for has come and gone, and still no dress. Can't get to customer service because I checked out as a guest. VERY UNHAPPY!

Pretty obvious that most every single review on here is fake lol the English is terrible and makes no sense good one trying to give yourself great reviews "maykool" but people who actually speak English can see that a dumbass just commented who doesn't speak English
I have been searching sites to find an outfit for my birthday, and thank goodness I have sense enough to read reviews before purchasing. They have a few good reviews, but enough bad one's for me to know that I won't spend my hard earned money to get scammed! Thanks for the reviews ladies.
I really love the lace dress as soon as I saw them! I wasn’t really looking for high costing lace dresses; however, this dress was super low. The dress was lovely and comfortable. I would recommend someone who is ordering this though to order a size bigger than what they are because it is rather small.
I ordered a dress for a Christmas party, a week prior. Paid the rush shipping. I got a XL even though that's not my actual size ( I'm smaller) just in case it ran small. And couldn't even get the dress pass my thighs. I'm disappointed, because I liked it. Even though it's cheap looking. I just want a refund!
I actually didn't experience too much of a problem, really. After reading some other reviews, I was terrified to receive my dress. It actually wasn't bad. The material was different than I thought it was going to be and it fit a little smaller (because I ordered a small) but other than that, I don't have an issue. Although, the material is different from what I thought, it doesn't seem to be made cheaply. It also took a bit to get here, but I also chose the 'up to 20 day option'. It really only took about a week to a week 1/2 to get to me, so I guess that's pretty normal! It looks really pretty on, I just wish it was larger, which was totally my fault, not MayKool's. Regardless, I am happy with the results! Kicking myself for not getting a larger size though!
Before I start, I wanna say previous reviews scared me while waiting on my delivery and I was starting to regret even ordering from here. Okay I ordered a 2 piece dress late Tuesday night ( June 30th) and received it Friday the 10th around 7pm, which is perfect since i chose 3-7 day shipping and it ships from China. I was starting to doubt it would even come due to these reviews but it came just in time. I'm pretty skinny so the Small truly fits but I wish the skirt was a little longer. Previous reviews didn't lie when they said the clothing is thin and see through, but I expected this after reading reviews so it didn't shock me too much. The 2 piece is beautiful and looks exactly like the picture, this website is perfect for a last minute pick or when you're on a budget. Overall I'm happy with my order, but according to previous reviews. Maybe i just got lucky. Only problem is that the clothing is thin
The blouse top is exactly the same as the pictures. I had expected a little more lighter and flowy fabric, but the feeling of the blouse is still very nice and comfy, so it doesn't make a difference to me. This is a really nice online shopping.
I can't believe what I got nothing like the picture I saw. False advertising I got ryon when it said it would be cotton it felt like a shiny table cloth, it was awful I threw it away not worth the time to send such ugly stuff back never will I use them again.

I ordered a dress for a wedding and got an XL. The shipping to a total of 10 days which is within the alloted 20 day shipping period. I was a little leary of ordering from China but wanted to give it a shot. The Dress is very cute but made of cheap material and is definitely made for junior sizes ONLY! Not for the busty woman. I have to wear a cami to cover the bust area. It fits enough so I will not be returning.
I wouldn't even give one star- This is the worst company I have ordered from. I unfortunatley didn't read the reviews before ordering- I ordered dresses from them for our honeymoon. Pictures are of actual boutiques. I got these dresses. And they are almost like a parachute material. Not as explained or pictured. Ordered the actual dress from a boutique and you can tell the diference. Do NOT Order from here! Went to ship back and it was going to be $130-- More then I spent. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME! BEWARE!

I purchase an item and when it was received it was not anything like the picture. So i contacted them and sent it back, it was twice as much to send back and when it left the USA it doesnt give you a tracking number so i am out 62.99. I would not EVER buy from this site. It was october 20th that i sent the item back and they are still saying they never received it
I ordered a dress on June 22nd. On June 26th it said it shipped. It is now July 15th and it still says, pre shipment on tracking. I asked maykool to just cancel the order and issue me a refund. They refused stating that its already shipped to the USA, which it has not according to the tracking. I whole heartedly regret ordering from this scam site before googling reviews about them. Save your money and do not fall into this scam trap like all of us that have already :(
BUYER BEWARE. Do not order from this company! Ordered a lace blouse. What I got was a shirt that was not the same as the picture and it is sooo small. It looks like it is made for a child and I ordered a women's size XL! What a joke! Can you say RIP OFF!
