The order took almost 3 weeks. After I paid for express shipping (3-5days) for$30.
I finally got my dress and bathing suit. The material is made out stretchy nylon. It doesn't fit right too big.

Always want to try plum color, ordered one plum sweater and a pair of white boots, great products, you can totally trust this site. Thank you for giving me good suggestion.

THIS IS THE MOST DISHONEST BUNCH OF CROOKS YOU WILL EVER MEET. DO NOT EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU ORDER AND DO NOT EXPECT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT TO GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOU ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY.

THEY HAVE NO CONCERN FOR QUALITY, HONESTY, OR FAIRNESS. THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE AND YOU WILL BE EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IF YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I got a 20$ dress that I just received, I ordered with the 7-20 shipping and when it hit 20 days I went to my order by my order number on the website (search Maykool tracking) and messaged the site with my email and order number. They contacted me very quickly giving me the tracking number and all the service info, and I got it in finally in just the next 2 days. My problem with the dress is that the seam was weird but not horrible because it was just really staticy, so I'll just put it through the wash. It was right around the waste but it's measurements from China and I'm a small Asian girl so it okay. It was thin at the bottom but that was a quick fix. Overal, I was satisfied. The custermor service was great, and the dress was amazing for the 20$ I spent.

My rush order came fast as expected, and i wore this gorgeous lace dress to a party, i got lots of compliment, yah, happy inside, they couldn't believe it only cost me $20.99, so sweet sale price.

So here's my review I placed an order online for my Halloween costume then I started reading reviews I was super upset and got worried because everybody seem to have bad reviews anyhow long story short this company was amazing I got my outfit and 5 days no problems it's absolutely beautiful I seen it on other websites for over $200 it's the mermaid one don't believe everything you read I think it's haters who actually made me believe it as well until I actually received my dress! From Monique in Albuquerque I paid with my amax just in case :) but thank goodness I was a awesome transaction!

I ordered a swimsuit on this website. It came with the broken zipper and the threads were pulling out of it. The customer support told that it was maide by the human factor, and I immediately understood that even if I roll sand it back they will not refund me, they will say it's my fault. Disgusting! Horrible quality and worst customer support. My friend bought the swimsuit and fixed the zipper by herself, otherwise my money would be wasted.
IF YOU ARE THINKING TO PLACE AN ORDER ON MAYKOOL DON'T DO IT! Also the sizes are a lot smaller then the actual ones.

Girl's Size Mailed Rather than Adult Woman's Size/ Ridiculous 3-Day Return Policy:
Ordered an adult medium woman's black & white striped dress online through its mail order website. When I pulled the dress out of the cellophane bag, I was shocked at its size. Taking measurements, it is 14" wide x 32" long... seriously, is this the 'normal size' for an Adult Woman's Medium? I weigh 118 lbs and am 5' 2", not very overweight for my size and height. This dress could only fit an 8-10 year old slender girl perhaps, not an adult woman like me. I sent an email to MayKool, noting my dissatisfaction and false advertising of its women's sizes, and received a 'flippant email response," saying I should check its site's sizes and review its return policy (3-days return), which is absolutely absurd because its merchandise is being mailed from China! My dress took 3 weeks to arrive, but since I am dissatisfied, I have 3 days for it to be returned? How absurd is this company? There is NO WAY this dress can be returned to the company in 3 days, even if I did mail it First Class International Mail. This company is a scam, and creates unrealistic expectations of its customers' returns. It has poor customer service. I will NEVER order from another Chinese company again. No wonder the 'push' is for Americans to 'buy local'; you receive exactly what you pay for!

His website is a great deal! The customer service is sweet, explained everything and patient. But the best thing is that their clothes are high quality and fashionable, will be ordered again!

I love the look and fit of these leggings, but they arrived smelling like moth balls, I had hoped the smell would disappear after washing. Would give them 5 stars except for the smell issue.

Great! I bought this as a long T-shirt, nice cotton tee, very comfortable wear, the sizes for the item are all accurate, for me, it looks exactly the way it shows in the photo on the site.
