I recently purchased an item from the Maykool website and ordered it to be expressed post. It was suppose to arrive on the 10/8/15. When I didn't receive it I called on the 11th to find where it was. They said that it was sent to the wrong address and it was back at the warehouse.
I organised it to be re delivered to my house on the 12th and it never was. I called back and they said that the courier never picked it up. I organised it to be delivered to my work place on the 13th and it never showed. I called up and they said that the courier never picked it up.
After speaking to 6 different people throughout the week I was lied to and made to look stupid. The first delivery never made it to my house because there was no delivery! I was told that it had never left the warehouse.
Demanded it to be delivered on the 14th and it was. Quality of the tops were good but sizing was way to small. Pretty sure my it wouldn't have even fitted my big toe. I'm generally a medium to large (12-14) and the extra large wouldn't fit.
Save the hassle and don't order items with these guys. Too much of a headache and they are so disorganised. Don't recomened it. Won't buy there again and if I could give it a 0 out of 10 I would. Hopeless.

I have only bought one blouse from the site, but it was what was pictured. It's sheerer than I thought it'd be, but the print is the same and the size was the same.
I assumed the sizing was American for some reason. Probably cause the site was in USD, but they used European sizing. I ordered an XXL going off of the mesurments they provided, but when I look at the tag when I revived the item, it was a Euro XXL which is a 12 in American sizing. It still fits, a little tight in the upper arms, but long sleeve shirts usually are on me. It was completely my fault for thinking everything revolves around American, hahaha!
I ordered the blouse on July 30th, they sent an email telling me my order shipped on August 2 and I just received it in the mail August 24th. So all together it took 17 business days to get to me which was within the 7-20business
I always weary of sites like Maykool, so I never order a lot of stuff until I see something in person. Based on the other reviews I'm still gonna be a little cautious, but I'll try them out again!
Maykool is a terrible website. I wouldn't recommend it, even to a person I hate. It took them days to ship my order(which was a jumpsuit), I then asked for a refund on the website. I hadn't got a response so I emailed and asked for my refund, and they shipped it the morning AFTER I asked a second time. Once I received the order it wasn't the same as the photo(teal cotton jumpsuit), it was a lighter color(baby blue spandex)& a different material than the advertised picture. On the picture the pants leg is straight, the one I received is bellbottoms. Basically a cheap knock off of the picture. Once I email their customer service upset about the $#*!ery they've caused, they come up with some bull$#*! excuse for why it was sent in the first place. This website is BS, DO NOT buy from them, you'll be better off going to your local thrift store because that's exactly where I could've found a hippy 70's lookin $#*! jumpsuit(which is hideous). I still want my refund and I'm working toward returning but my total was $46, I also paid $18 for shipping(which I will not be refunded for). I think I'm going to go sell it to a granny because that's the only people alive today who'd wear such a outfit. I give them -5 stars (yes, negative 5 stars). I am very dissatisfied with the order and the people who I knw for a fact received both my refund request and still sent this sad excuse for a jumpsuit. -T. M.

I ordered a dress from Maykool a few months ago. I was hesitant about this website but I got online and found many positive reviews. I got my dress quickly but I was not happy with the quality. The hemline in the back was puckered and uneven. The color was a dingy white, not cream. Not to mention that the tag sewn into the back of the dress said Asos, a blatant knock off. I went on the website to see what I needed to do to get a refund. The website stated that you needed to email their customer service department and they will assist you with the refund. I contacted them, told them what I wasn't happy with, and they gave me an address to send the dress back to in order to get a refund. The address was in China. There was no return form or paperwork to fill out. They said to just send it to the address provided and then they would give me my refund. I should have just cut my losses there since this seemed super shady but I went ahead to my local post office, filled out all the paperwork to send the dress back to China, and paid another $20+. I kept in contact with the customer service department. After almost a month without hearing anything, I asked them if they had received my package. They said they did not and that it would probably take a long time to get there (in broken English). I went back and forth with them for over 3 months trying to get a refund. When I sent the package back to China, I was told by my post office that without spending a ton more money, I couldn't get a tracking number. Well, Maykool held that over my head and told me they didn't get the package and without a tracking number, they couldn't do anything. I insisted that it wasn't my fault that the package didn't get there. I followed all of their instructions and that they should do something for me. Finally, they agreed to check with their post office one more time and if they didn't have it, they would at least issue a partial refund. That's the last I heard from them. Now they won't respond to my emails and they have no customer service or contact phone number. Do not order anything from them! It's horrible quality and they will steal your money if you want to send it back!
