These people are procrastinators, thieves and they have false advertising. Their products are nothing like what they advertise I finally received a product I contacted them the minute I opened up my product and told them how unhappy I was with the item I have been fighting with them for 6 months to get my 40$ back. At this point it's not the money but the principle

If the shipping company lose your return package, it is not our responsibility.
But we believe that you shipped it and applied an exception refund for you due to the time and the status of COVID-19.
