I feel overwhelm by so many cute items you have and the prices are cheap! I read someone said the stores are messy sometimes, I worked at a store and let me tell you: that's because of people. They takes clothes and if they don't like them, they leave them around because it's "the staff 's job" to do it. That's a sad mentality though:/

I shop a lot. I often shop at Marshall's and TJ Maxx in their physical stores. I was excited when they began their online stores. The problems begin with their delivery of the merchandise that you have paid for. After the confirmation email it takes a while before you hear from them again. I have received several disappointing emails stating that an item in my order has been cancelled. ( the items are no longer available) The remainder of the order is shipped piecemeal. They usually arrive on three different days in separate shipments. Sometimes you get a tracking number and sometimes you don't. It can be very frustrating waiting for your items to arrive. I have call and emailed them to inquire about my orders and to voice my frustration. It's just not worth the hassle. From now on I will go to the store if I need anything. Marshall's and TJ Maxx Are not ready for E-Commerce. They are NOT DEPENDABLE.
Marshalls East Main Street Spartanburg South Carolina these these boots are $34.99 and just because they didn't have my size, I decide to order then got to pay an extra $13.13 this is ridiculous I won't be doing no more ordering from this app or Marshalls
I order something at the end of the month and then it never left Mississippi and sent multiple messages till I got a response. Now I am still waiting on my return. I wouldn't recommend ordering online with marshalls.
It is absolutely ridiculous that it takes 2 weeks to receive items from an online order. The tracking gave an estimated delivery of 3 days and the date came and went. Then it showed pending and the history showed it traveled to several states before arriving two weeks later.
Gave them the benefit of the doubt and submitted another order. Same thing is happening again. Tracking shows the label was created 6 days ago and nothing more. Wondering if I'll ever see my order!
Shipping is taking way to long. I placed an order 12 days ago and still hasn't shipped. I've contacted them 3 times for the status and they still couldn't tell me when my item will ship. This is the time I order anything from marshalls.
This store is a hit and miss for me. For the most part, they have a lot of great items and a great selection. The downside is that they don't know what is on their next shipment and this is so frustrating.
I purchased a few matching bathroom items and unfortunately, when I got home, I noticed one of the items were damaged. So, I took the item back to exchange it, but they didn't have anymore and couldn't tell me if and when they would get more. So instead of just exchanging one item, I returned the entire set and bought elsewhere.
They do carry a lot of name brand items for discount and this is what I love about Marshalls.
The item depend on which location you go to. Some Mrashalls are awesome and some are just not so great. They have an awesome selection of kids clothes and bath and body items.
I love shopping at Marshall's, especially the "for the home" department. So many different and unusual products and gifts. I recently found a long dressy jacket that I am madly in love with. Only one was available, so it could be one-of-a-kind. That's what I love about Marshall's, you just never know what you'll find there.
Ordered many times online & in-store before with no issues. But recently I received the wrong item in the mail. Called to report it & asked for a replacement. No replacement or refund a month later. Lady on the phone asked me to send back the wrong item & place a new order which i did & had to pay for shipping... again. I'm not happy about having to pay for somebody else's mistake (I ordered dry shampoo & received regular shampoo) Product was mislabeled

I love shopping for deals and Marshalls never fails. The only negative thing I can say about this retailer is that they have a horrible layaway policy, but it could possibly be just those particular stores Ive visited with a lack of space so you can barely utilize their layaway option.
Keep getting conflicting delivery messages for the order placed on June 3-rd. For the last 5 days (!) received daily notification that order will be delivered TODAY, and nothing happening; the same repeating every day. Meanwhile 2 days later placed 2 orders with TJMAXX and they have been already delivered. The contract Marshalls has with FedEx is garbage. These deceiving delivery update messages must be stopped! Customer rather waits and have something concrete than getting useless daily updates. Had the same delivery problem back in November 2020, apparently nothing changed. The good thing is that very often Marshalls items are available in other places, which have better contract with carrier and no delivery problem for customers.
The Marshalls in Greensburg is great. I usually come out of there with something. People are friendly especially a lady, Irene, she always greets u in a manner u know she means it. Love her. Also I think he's a manager, Joe, always helpful. Thank you Marshals for employees like these.
Love going to Marshalls. Always find something I need, want, have to have. Great prices! If I have a return with my receipt, even if it is over 30 days, They either give me my money back or store credit. Love this place!
I "WAS" a loyal Marshalls (in-store) customer until I recently ordered on-line. (1) The shipping went pass the 10 days of shipping time. (2) The WORST part, I was considering placing another online order when I notice the items I just recently purchased was reduced onto a sale. I like many other customers would call and ask for the price difference. I was willing to accept either credit back onto my card or give me a credit toward another on-line purchase. Instead, I was told to re-purchase the items that are on sale and return the ones I already have to the Marshall's store and wait another 10 or more days for the repeat order to arrive. NO Customer service! WHY? Marshalls should strive for quality customer service, especially for online orders! What happen to Customer consideration?
People that was coming in the store left before shopping because they seen the line for people waiting to pay. To many employees on the floor not enough on register. There was a lady behind the employees working register eating chocolate.
I do the bulk of my clothing shopping at Marshalls. I can't afford high retail prices on things like jeans and dress shirts, and footwear. Marshalls allows me to find high quality items at a pricepoint I can afford. Also a great option for homegoods like towels and hand soap.
Went to Chicopee MA Marshalls today, I was not aware that the check out line was on the other side. Cashier on number 9, had a rude and condescending tone towards me where the line started. While waiting in line to purchase the blue satin dress. I noticed that the dress had a hole in the back. I pointed it out to the cashier on register 9. She took the dress over to 2 coworkers. It took approximately, 3 to 5 minutes for them to determine on what discount should be applied. She told me that "am taking off. 99 cents and I can cut the string." I felt highly insulted and it was a waste of my time. I did not purchase the dress due to their demeaning behavior. Maybe I was judge by the way I looked. Do not judge a book by its cover. Treat everyone with respect. The customer service here is very poor.

The reason this company is losing customers it's being boycotted on social media this company is requiring it's employees to be jabbed or masked which is against hippa law and unconstitutional. So all you patriots out there stand firm and let's continue our fight for freedom boycott this company
Seems a lot of people rave about this store, but I see very little to like about it and I don't find their prices reasonable on a lot of items. They have a lot of what looks like imported home decor and it boggles my mind that a lot of people don't even know what it is or what it's used for, including employees. Store is always messy and in disarray. Little variety in sizes. Not for me.
Answer: They are not delivered orders as promised, took a month for my order to get shipped
