I "WAS" a loyal Marshalls (in-store) customer until I recently ordered on-line. (1) The shipping went pass the 10 days of shipping time. (2) The WORST part, I was considering placing another online order when I notice the items I just recently purchased was reduced onto a sale. I like many other customers would call and ask for the price difference. I was willing to accept either credit back onto my card or give me a credit toward another on-line purchase. Instead, I was told to re-purchase the items that are on sale and return the ones I already have to the Marshall's store and wait another 10 or more days for the repeat order to arrive. NO Customer service! WHY? Marshalls should strive for quality customer service, especially for online orders! What happen to Customer consideration?
