Cannot tell you what a PLEASURE doing a return was to Marshalls for an outfit that didn't quite fit. Label included, swift processing— will order again and again from Marshall's! Saks off 5th not so much!
Approximately 2 pm this afternoon at Marshall's store in Clark NJ. I became dizzy and almost past out.
The workers in the store stopped working and came to my side. A female doctor who was shopping stopped and asked questions.
Two other shoppers went to find my friend, but stayed with my friend and I talking.
A worker went and found me a lounger type chair.
The manager Dee Dee rushed over with 2 bottles of water and 2 packages of candy.
No one rushed me. They just said sit and relax.
These were women of all ethnicities... so helpful. I am so grateful. Thank everyone for their help.
Thank you Marshall's for taking good care of one of your shoppers.
Never had a chance to shop. Was too afraid the dizziness would return.

I ordered a mommy & me purse on 1/28. I received a email on February 12th that it was being shipped. I order this so my daughter & I can have matching purse for Valentine's Day. Very disappointed as it will still take another week to be delivered
I finally stepped up to give my review for Marshalls Dept store online ordering. First I would like to say I love Marshalls but I gave them 1 *Star here tonight as this review is long overdue. If your a Marshall's customer stick to shopping in store and not online ordering. All I wanna no is why you would make your customers wait well over two weeks for an item to be shipped out to them. It is three weeks before they get my item I purchased. Then when I receive it it's usually smashed and I have to make a trip to the store because I don't wanna wait 6 weeks to get my money back. This is a huge issue and it's gotten worse since you switched companies from fedex and ups to LS. I'll show up at my door with smashed items all the time and I did contact Marshalls several times nobody has offered to look into it at all, they don't even care. They just keep using the same shipping carrier called LS, which you cannot contact them if there's a problem with your order there is nobody to contact. Sometimes this company lets your items sit in their warehouse for 2 to 3 weeks before they even deliver it and that's after Marshall's took two weeks processing it. I'm upset and I'm taking my business elseware. I'm done!
They are deceiving people, they tell you to put your email so that with your first order you have free shipping and it is a lie, they only do it to fill your email with advertising. It is an immoral practice.
I visited your store at Marshalls Carr Est 30 Int Carr Est 31, Juncos · *******066 about two weeks ago. Unfortunately I went to the restroom. It was a bad experience. One of the bathrooms was out of order, everything was cadenced, there was no soap to wash hands, there was no disinfectant and not paper towels. The state of the bathroom was terrible. Apparently your store does not comply with the requirements or the health law imposed by the health department. I am a regular customer and today your bathroom is still in the same condition. Very embarrassing for your company. Through this report I hope you take action and notify whoever is in charge of this store. I will be visiting again if your bathrooms are not in optimal conditions, I will notify the agencies in charge.
People that was coming in the store left before shopping because they seen the line for people waiting to pay. To many employees on the floor not enough on register. There was a lady behind the employees working register eating chocolate.
I shop a lot. I often shop at Marshall's and TJ Maxx in their physical stores. I was excited when they began their online stores. The problems begin with their delivery of the merchandise that you have paid for. After the confirmation email it takes a while before you hear from them again. I have received several disappointing emails stating that an item in my order has been cancelled. ( the items are no longer available) The remainder of the order is shipped piecemeal. They usually arrive on three different days in separate shipments. Sometimes you get a tracking number and sometimes you don't. It can be very frustrating waiting for your items to arrive. I have call and emailed them to inquire about my orders and to voice my frustration. It's just not worth the hassle. From now on I will go to the store if I need anything. Marshall's and TJ Maxx Are not ready for E-Commerce. They are NOT DEPENDABLE.
14 days here and still waiting on my order! Ridiculous and unacceptable. Package has been labeled, but NOT even picked up by the carrier YET... carrier is Lasership which everybody knows is THE worst, most disgraceful, cheap, always late shipping service. Shame on you, Marshalls! Marshalls.com has THE WORST and LONGEST shipping delays. NOT worth it!
I order something at the end of the month and then it never left Mississippi and sent multiple messages till I got a response. Now I am still waiting on my return. I wouldn't recommend ordering online with marshalls.
Went to Chicopee MA Marshalls today, I was not aware that the check out line was on the other side. Cashier on number 9, had a rude and condescending tone towards me where the line started. While waiting in line to purchase the blue satin dress. I noticed that the dress had a hole in the back. I pointed it out to the cashier on register 9. She took the dress over to 2 coworkers. It took approximately, 3 to 5 minutes for them to determine on what discount should be applied. She told me that "am taking off. 99 cents and I can cut the string." I felt highly insulted and it was a waste of my time. I did not purchase the dress due to their demeaning behavior. Maybe I was judge by the way I looked. Do not judge a book by its cover. Treat everyone with respect. The customer service here is very poor.

Marshalls is a bad place to work for. The managers Donna, Roy and Billyanna at the Kinnelon store are not equal opportunity friendly. They will belittle you and make you feel stupid. They expect you to pick up the training in a day and you need more than a day for that. No one is willing to take the time out of their "busy schedule" to do they're jobs! They favor the people that get it and gravitate towards those individuals.

Ordered a pickup of the web as per the photograph and description and paid. Only to be told the item does not come with what has been advertised, they made a mistake. It is the kind of thing that puts you off online shopping
My family wanted some items I had gotten me a colorful blanket for very cheap, a beautiful cheetah skirt, a comfy soft shorts, and some notepads for writing!
I ordered pottery bakeware from France that they shipped 4 TIMES, always received smashed to smithereens. Never packed properly, no FRAGILE stickers on box. Then you have to text 6 photos to prove it. Then wait weeks for a refund. And you have to hold onto the broken merchandise to see if FEDX wants it back. The warehouse is incompetent, and Customer Service says they have no connection to the warehouse. STAY AWAY for Marshalls.com and buy in-store.
I went to Marshalls in franklin got what I needed and went to cash out i paid for 9 items and left the store. When i finally got home I realized I was missing my haircare products. Kenra shampoo my spray mouse and conditioner. I figured it was all in one bag. I called the store and the politely say sorry we dont have them. This is 50.00 of products. You havea camera where did they go. You either put it back on the shelf, or someonegot 50.00 woth of products for free. So not happy, i will pay extra attention when i shop there. Not sure I will shop here again.
Visit the store in Boulder, CO not often but once-twice in three month. First time thought it was an accident, finding toilet covered with excrements. But it was 6 month ago,, and ever since it is the same story.

I went today to the Marshalls in Monrovia on Huntington. I had the nicest sales gal MA. I needed a price on a few items that didn't have price tags. She updated the price and took them up to the check out counter. I also didn't wear a mask and showed them my exemption and wasn't hassled. The lady at the door and check out counter were both very helpful too. I didn't get their names. I will definitely go back.
Answer: They are not delivered orders as promised, took a month for my order to get shipped
