If I had to choose a discount store out of Ross, TJMaxx, and so on, I would definitely choose Marshalls. They have better stuff and I think the stores are better organized. I've had several good experiences buying through their website, so I'd recommend that too.
I went to the Marshall's in Markville Mall, thee was a staff called SADHANA she was helping my family and was checking the price for a shirt and before she even told us what had happened she took the shirt away and ripped of the price tag then had the audacity to tell me "to go to anothor both and wait I have to help other customers " after roughly 15 minutes my shirt still did not come back so I asked to cancel my transaction but she was like "no I can't cancel your transaction because we need the tag " and I was like we can't have the tag if you ripped it off. Another thing happened at the same Marshalls there was this couple that wanted help and the staff working ignored them sure she mabye did not here them but those lady's said it quite loud and the staff just walked away and from the corner of my eye I saw her roll her eyes
I pay about half of the price at other stores for running tights, jogbras, shirts, and pants here. I don't think the lotions, soaps, and "gourmet foods" are a deal, but clothes and shoes definitely are. And I can get still get Nike, Adidas, Champion, and Northface here for a third of the price at sports-specific stores.
I ordered pottery bakeware from France that they shipped 4 TIMES, always received smashed to smithereens. Never packed properly, no FRAGILE stickers on box. Then you have to text 6 photos to prove it. Then wait weeks for a refund. And you have to hold onto the broken merchandise to see if FEDX wants it back. The warehouse is incompetent, and Customer Service says they have no connection to the warehouse. STAY AWAY for Marshalls.com and buy in-store.
I visited your store at Marshalls Carr Est 30 Int Carr Est 31, Juncos · *******066 about two weeks ago. Unfortunately I went to the restroom. It was a bad experience. One of the bathrooms was out of order, everything was cadenced, there was no soap to wash hands, there was no disinfectant and not paper towels. The state of the bathroom was terrible. Apparently your store does not comply with the requirements or the health law imposed by the health department. I am a regular customer and today your bathroom is still in the same condition. Very embarrassing for your company. Through this report I hope you take action and notify whoever is in charge of this store. I will be visiting again if your bathrooms are not in optimal conditions, I will notify the agencies in charge.
I recently moved to a new city with this store. I'm loving it. Great deals, sure beats the department store prices. Only wish was they had s little more selection.
Their selection of clothing is becoming terrible and the furniture should be given away things are broken scratched dented and needless to say highly overpriced.
They have took all the racks out &have no merchandise. Unlike target, Meijer, Walmart, Kohl's. I understand we are in a pandemic but they must not want business.
They didn't have the quantity of clothing like Ross, but made up for it with a very nice jewelry dept. Also reasonably priced, and quite a fragrance selection.
This is my 1st choice in discount fashion shopping. This store has clothes, bedding, house wares, luggage- great place to shop. Great customer service & updated fashions. And let's not forget Shoes!
Just like its sister company, T. J. Maxx, Marshalls has national brands at lowest prices everyday. Marshalls does the 'shopping-around' for customers by reliably delivering the best value.
Every damn time i go into the marshalls the clothes are a disaster idk what the employees do before opening like throw the clothes around the store or something...and the makeup and hair section is outragous. People drop items and leave them there and piece of liquid and crummbled makeup is smeared all over..ugg eww
I have been working at marshalls for six months now and i will say its a great place to shop and work but the only bad thing about working there is the manager treat you with disrepect and favortism others. The managers are always on your case about something they never treat everyone the same as they should. Theyreally only care about them self and tjx cridet cards.
Marshall's is my favorite store to purchase the designer clothing I love, but could never afford.
My taste is basic, simple and not overdone. The type of clothes I like to wear are timeless. They never go out of style.
Marshalls is the first place I go to for high-end look I love, and am seldom disappointed. Matter of fact, I often find more than one or two items that are perfect for me, and have a conflict deciding which piece or pieces to purchase.
Returns are easy and seldom questioned, as long as the garment still has the tickets and tags on them. So be sure you're going to keep what you bought, before taking them off.
I find the stores neat, organized, clean, and the sections clearly marked, for easy shopping.
Besides clothing, the home section has treasures displayed, and I never have a problem finding lovely gifts in the stationary and accessory departments.
Don't hesitate to shop in one of their stores. Plan on spending a long time there, as It will surprise you at the selection and prices of many different items.
I ordered 2 bottles of nail polish from the marshalls website. I received an email and refund saying the color was out of stock, even though the website said there was one bottle available. I moved on with my day because I was refunded until I noticed that I was charged again for both bottles. Marshall's sent me one bottle of nail polish with the bag labeled the correct color, and the actual nail polish a totally different color. I emailed them for a refund to which they replied that it takes 3-4 days for a refund (it's been 4 days now) and that if I'd like a full refund, I have to go out of my way to send back the random color they sent me. This all could've been avoided by just leaving the refund as is, and not RECHARGING me 8 dollars for 2 items and sending me a random color to shut me up. This website is trash, just like their stores. If something is out of stock, cancel it. If you want to offer another color, let the buyer know and don't charge them for a random product they never asked for. I have 3 kids and a full time job. This leaves me zero time to go to the post office, pay for packaging to send back something I never chose and got charged twice for. The first time they issued the refund, it was back in my account the same day. I'm now on day 4 awaiting my money back.
I find good things at Marshall's once in a blue moon, but usually they have a very poor selection, and if i do find something... it's never in my size! House stuff is great though.
Saw a top online. Was ready to order, but $8.99 for a $12.99 top? Ridiculous! There are two Marshalls near me. I checked them both, not my top, and all they have are clearance junk.
I love their selection of handbags. They also have great customer service. Shipping is fast, and they are helpful with questions. This is one of my favorite places to shop.
At one time, Marshalls was a very well stocked and organized store in which both men and women could find current trend clothing and accessories at deep discounted prices. But as the years have gone by, I seem to feel that when I go to Marshalls, I have less than a 50/50 shot of finding what I'm looking for. Even if I stop in to browse, I find that the stores are not clean, the merchandise is not neatly presented or organized, and I really don't find items that catch my eye to cause me to make a spontaneous purchase! Price wise, while some of their items are certainly discounted, you will find that the more popular "name brand" clothing is really not priced as to make you want to just grab it and go. You need to know your prices... or what you buy may not be such a great bargain. Marshalls also used to have some great stuff in their clearance sections, so if you didn't mind sifting through the racks for a while, you could come up with some great looking items at super deep discounts. Not so much any more these days! I don't frequent Marshalls as much as I used to, as I mentioned before... it is really just a crap shoot if you will find some clothing or shoes that not only are attractive, but are discounted at a price point to make you purchase them right then and there. Kind of sad if you think about it. Just not the store that it used to be. Maybe some new management, or new buyers could help to freshen up the merchandise, and the store personnel really need to be trained to keep the store visually appealing to the customer.
Great products at discounted prices and helpful staff. There is something for everyone. Merchandise is clearly marked and labeled making it easy to shop.
Answer: They are not delivered orders as promised, took a month for my order to get shipped
