My order of 4 pairs of shoes arrived in a total mess. Shoes were out of their shoeboxes thrown about, with their boxes smashed & ripped. Normally in the past they've packaged properly, but this time I will be returning the whole shipment. What a waste of time. They need to train their workers!
I bought a shirt that cost me$25.i wore once and some buttons fell down.I went to return in Orland Park location she refused to return.
Very bad attitude,she said you have to check all buttons before buying shirt.
I bought a London fog 22 inch suitcase at Marshall's use it only once and zipper broke. Had to go to the embarrassment of wrapping it around with plastic. Call manager and refuse the return. Please don't buy suitcase or other traveling related items. You going to get stuck with un useful item and loose your money.
I never received my order from Marshall's. It was shipped through Lasership who is terrible. When I called Marshall's to report this the woman was very rude to me when I tile her Lasership has a one star rating and said they would continue to use them. I did get a refund but I won't shop with anyone that uses Lasership. The packages never arrive.
I am so pleased with your employee Maria in your lewes,de store. She was lovely and from South America. It was nice to have such a nice lady to help me.
Also, Marshall's had the AC working and the store felt so great. Nice shopping and great prices.
Was returning a final clearance dress bought at the same location the tag was stamped as is as it was missing the brand tag. The item was inspected by cashier and a manager and I was asked? Why there was no brand tag I told them it was how I purchased it at their location, they can verify in their security camera for that time and date! If the $50 dress matches? Also the dress DID have original tag so it would give them some description of the dress? The manager told the cashier to do a file and to wave to her camera. I rarely return any of my purchases to their store. So this whole process was extremely upsetting, felt violated as a consumer because the staff do not remember that item or can not find it?
I placed two orders three days ago, and they are not shipped, and I cannot cancel them. I called customer service to cancel the orders, and they refused to cancel and said they cannot be shipped because of high demand in fulfillment centers.
Of course, these are both lies, and I will return them if I ever receive them and never deal with these crooks again.
I shop in your store regularly and the stock is always great. I want to say that your Halloween merchandise is fantastic this year. Large variety and I purchased many new pieces. Your staff is always helpful especially your manager Tabitha. Debbie
Bought four pairs of pants online. One did not fit went into store to return,had my receipt but the sales person had a hard time figuring out which pair of pants it was because I threw out the bag came in. All tags remained on the pair of pants.
Why not put the barcode on the pants on the receipt?
All of a sudden processing and shipping of online orders has come to a screeching halt. I have 2 orders that it took 5 days to acknowledge that I placed an order. Now I am receiving emails stating processing and shipping could take up to 15 BUSINESS DAYS! I would really like to know what is going on, but no one will a valid answer.
1) there is charges on Mailing back the return which was not stated at time of purchase/order time.
2) in-store return takes forever - staff needs to manually mark items, match return items to receipt, check each item.
3) the return amount does not go back to the original payment of PayPal which was not stated at purchase/order time.
The entire experience is so negative that I WILL NEVER order online from Marshall's anymore.
If you are an employee at Marshall's they made a new rule.where now if you'r absent or tardy they're both considered an occurrence. Marshalls will soon have no employees because of this new set rule. Things occur at home and in ours life's. To where sometimes employees aren't able to make it to work.after 12 occurrences like I said. It could be 6 absences and 6 tardys and you will get fired.i personally think that this new rule is to strict.this place doesn't want to work with there employees at all.Marshalls is out to fire employees.This is a stupid new rule Marshalls applied to their company. I know some managers at the Marshalls in Harlingen Texas ******* some of them are always late and I don't see them getting verbal, counseling, write-up or fired.this ain't fair at all to the employees. Marshalls needs to calm down with this new rule it's out of hand.
While in the Reynoldsburg Ohio store (store 862) I was helped by your employee Sam who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the store. I will definitely return to the store and recommend it to friends and family.
I was shopping in Marshall's in Ft Myers on Cleveland Ave a few days ago. I found a bunch of lovely clothes at great prices and got a lot of help finding shirts to match pants and skirts to match cute blouses with the help of a wonderful employee named Yolanda! She completed pieces I found into outfits for an upcoming trip. She even found two perfect pairs of shoes for me. I ended up with 3 complete outfits, a new purse and shorts, several shirts all under $250!
However, the best part of my trip to Marshalls believe it or not, was that I left my wallet at the register after checking out. It was there fore 45 minutes before I discovered it missing! My cashier ( whose name I never got) picked it up and kept it safely behind the counter. She told her fellow employee, beautiful Miss Yolanda, what transpired. As I was walking back to see if it could possibly be there Yolanda was calling me to tell me they had it! I was pretty sure the cash and cards would be missing.,but, EVERYTHING was in its place! God bless these wonderful hard working women! Yolanda saw me and said "Boy am I glad to see you!" And gave me a hug! I definitely will be putting Marshall's number 1 place to stop for new clothes and accessories! Not to mention great employees, clean dressing rooms and an organized full stocked store! I'm a Marshall's shopper for life! (Whoever does the hiring, does a great job!)
Ordered a pickup of the web as per the photograph and description and paid. Only to be told the item does not come with what has been advertised, they made a mistake. It is the kind of thing that puts you off online shopping
What a disappointment. It's like a flea market. Stuff everywhere. WAY too much merchandise on the floor. Messy & gross. Lines is ALWAYS way too long & not b/c they're busy, it's b/c they gave no help. I used to love shopping here & came 4-5 times a week sometimes. Now I dread coming here. The WORST shopping experience.
Yesterday I saw a $2000 bag with $550 clearance tag! You never find that kind of deal online. Maybe if you actually go to an outlet?
Although I wish they display them more carefully so that it doesn't get small scratches.
I went shopping at the Marshalls in Simi. My cashier Wendy L. Was absolutely wonderful. She was not only extremely helpful but she had the most positive happy outgoing personality. It was so refreshing to come across someone who is not only doing a great job but actually came across as someone who liked their job.
Do NOT order anything breakable on Marshalls.com. I ordered 2 rattan mirrors & they came completely shattered & broke. A company this big with 0 packaging skills is unacceptable. There was NO protection at ALL. No bubble wrap, nothing. One of the rattan mirrors wasn't even zip tied in, which would have made no difference. I am beyond shocked that any company would allow something like this to be sent out with ZERO protection. Of course it's saturday & they don't have 24 hour customer service. I spent over $50 & I want my refund now. If they want me to ship this back it will be not safe but I will be throwing it back in the box just like they did.
Approximately 2 pm this afternoon at Marshall's store in Clark NJ. I became dizzy and almost past out.
The workers in the store stopped working and came to my side. A female doctor who was shopping stopped and asked questions.
Two other shoppers went to find my friend, but stayed with my friend and I talking.
A worker went and found me a lounger type chair.
The manager Dee Dee rushed over with 2 bottles of water and 2 packages of candy.
No one rushed me. They just said sit and relax.
These were women of all ethnicities... so helpful. I am so grateful. Thank everyone for their help.
