Bought trainers for two boys, took my payment ok. Later got an email saying out of stock and a refund will take 3-5 days. It's Christmas and I need either the order or the money!
Have been a loyal customer for years, including Ultimate express delivery membership, would now recommend avoiding, as customer service has significantly deteriorated. Failed to deliver order as communicated, initially couriers fault, however following now 7 working days and waiting patiently for M & M to investigate where my parcel is located, despite couriers tracker indicating delivery was not made and parcel returned to their depot, they've still failed to find my order and despite the requested 6 working days to look into it, I've had to chase, without confirmation of a refund, or any information or communication form their delivery team or customer services on the progress of their 'investigation' or detail of where my order is, or what has gone wrong. Absolutely disgraceful service, don't waste your money and shop elsewhere online (and that's from someone who has used them for years) Not the same service. Disgraceful!
Since Monday the 5th of August my order is said to be delayed until now no delivery. I think it's high time you change delivery agent it's more than 5 working days hope they will deliver
They messed my address up with delivery, rude customer service and when they refused to help, I turned to my bank for a charge back. I let them know this was the direction I'd take and they sent me intimidating messages that my account would be blocked etc. I had no intention of using them again anyway.
If anyone else is struggling with them, turn to your bank for help with getting money back, it's costs them more and impacts their charge back ratio.
If there was an option for 0 stars, I'd have given that.
The service here was so bad it actually is quite funny. They left my package in my black bin, which I never saw nor did I receive a note. When I questioned where my package was they shared a 'proof of delivery' photo of the package in my bin. It turns out that waste management emptied the bin the day after MandM left the package in it and so my goods were sent to landfill before I even got to hold them.
The not so funny part is that MandM Direct have so far refused to pay a refund as 'the goods were delivered'.
Unless you want to give Stig in the Dump some new clothes avoid this incompetent company at all costs. Very poor.
I have to say if someone who'd never previously used this company I did have some concerns, however I have to say they were fantastic. The goods were delivered within 24 hours, there was an item missing and they offered a replacement or refund without any problems. Just a great all round service.
In August i spent over £600 on clothing for my partner to find some holiday cloths. We are now in the middle of November, M&M are not emailing us back and have not given me my full refund on what i have retuned back which was £500 worth they asked for the parcile to be split in to three which was done and sent back but they have only given me a refund of £130... is this a joke! What company dose that and you cant phone them, they don't email you back and now I'm having to fight through my Credit card which is now it has been so long they had to put the charge back on my account. I am absolutely discussed in the way this has taken place. If you are not going to refund the hole thing they shout at least send me back the rest of my parcile and il keep the items instead of ripping me off by £350 for nothing. All the items in the photo is what was returned
Untrustworthy Company that refuse to listen or take any action, chat via FB make no sense as they contradict each other,
Couldn't even be bothered to raise an investigation with their delivery company now very expensive parcel has gone missing - ruined Christmas. Just gets better the lies.

As you or dpd are taking no action a call to police for stolen goods -Trading standards and postrs. Least your Christmas hasn't been ruined. Absolute disgrace!
I ordered some tracksuits from their website and I haven't got my order till today. It has been 15 days now. The shipping company said it was sent back to company. MAndM is denying this and have been telling me to wait since 15 days. They have kept my money and order. I have all evidence and their customer support is very much rude, disappointing and mentally harassing. Dont order from this website ever. MandM - DONT TELL ME TO CONTACT YOU AGAIN. I am now in process of raising this with a solicitor.
Avoid at all cost, I am over £100 out of pocket over Christmas because they've damaged a parcel in transit, they won't refund whilst they wait for the package to be returned by courier, I never even recievd it to check damage, evri sent it straight back. No presents and no refund over Christmas, what a way to run a business, we used them for years as a big family and will never use again, I will continue to leave negative feedback everywhere untill my money is returned
Bought a pair of ladies Skechers from M and M on line, but have arrived and the shoe is made of very poor quality material, and clearly a copy. Nothing like my genuine Skechers.
I have to advise anybody thinking of buying clothes from M&M Direct, think twice! I ordered shirts which were supposed to be 48 inch chest. When they arrived, they were 54 inch! They fitted like a tent! What a total waste of money! Also, please bear in mind that it is £4.99 p&p & they don't offer free returns so you end up paying to return their ill-fitting clothes too! Appalling!
Absolutely ridiculous return service I was given 2 options to return stuff either pay €10.95 or €15.95 complete rip off to return items. I will never buy from m&m direct again because their ser up for returning items is way too expensive.
Recently ordered Christmas gifts. I was charged for all my order including two under armour tees. When I got the order there were no tees in the box or on the invoice even tho I paid for them. Now I am trying to get the money back but ppl in customer service seem to have a laugh at their customers. I absolutely not recommend them
Was a little annoyed at having to pay for a label to return goods after the quality was not as good as it appeared in the description/photos - but hey ho!
Then the next problem was ordering french connection bra and pants sets which cone packaged in a plastic bag. Now obviously you have to open the bag to check the item ie fabric/size - these were not suitable ( did not try on) so just popped back in the packaging and returned - apparently no refund as they had been opened!
Order from several underwear companies, as long as not tried on and in original packaging no problem at all to return - not so with this company - just off to cancel my account - there are many other companies offering good value with no problem with returns
In case you may need to return, which you may if you buy online and haven't tried on, you take a high risk of not getting your money back. I returned clothing using the returns label they sent me. I chased up few days later they said to wait 2 weeks! After 2 weeks they refused the refund, even though i sent them proof of postage with tracking that says I returned it. They said they will not assist further and any email I sent later was met with that same response! That's some customer service. I will not give up my £220 so now i seek help from other organisations that will help me get my money, if you consider buying from them, save yourself trouble and go elsewhere.

I can confirm that, in this respect, MANDM are quite clearly lacking any quality in terms of their customer service. In these days of online ordering etc, I find it astonishing.

Very poor customer service. Hidebound by policies and procedures. Zero flexibility even for a customer like me who has spent hundreds of pounds with them over the years. Have been pleased with products but will never use them again on principle due to shocking attitude.
I am shocked to see all the negative reports, ordered many times, from football boots to coats, everything has arrived on time and correct. Fabulous service in my opinion, would happily recommend.
Unlimited yearly delivery is worth purchasing too if you are planning to order more than twice in 12 months.
The website is completely useless. The item I ordered, Brave soul maxi dress with tie straps, was Size S when it came but I ordered Size 10. The size S was way too small. I tried to return but even though it was displayed on my M and M account it continually told me item cannot be found. I then tried to re-order the same dress in a Size 12 and clicked on the this but when order confirmation was emailed the item was listed as a Size S again! It is impossible to get any satisfaction as they only respond to emails and then only within 48 hours. In the meantime I've wasted over €60. I absolutely will be telling all not to use this site.
