The values that a company hold are only shown once their customer service is tested.
I can confirm that, in this respect, MANDM are quite clearly lacking any quality in terms of their customer service. In these days of online ordering etc, I find it astonishing.
Retailers going out of business regularly and then you get this trashy service. What's wrong with some businesses these days. Customer lost forever

Verified site experience

Complicated calculating measurements as the booking process only allows measurements in Feet. I've never seen this before and not sure why it's not in CM.
Was also disappointed by the 1 month delivery date (I need more but want to see the quality before committing)
Better score will be achieved if the quality is as good as I'm expecting
