I tried 3 cards and PayPal and it kept saying they couldn't process my payment made me nervous about my card details. Dodgy and wouldn't reccomend
Brought a pair of Levi's 521 but later find out it's fake Levi's. Everyone should report about this company selling fake goods. Avoid at any cost

The wrong item was delivered
The wrong item was delivered. I can't get a refund until I return the item they sent incorrectly. They won't send the correct order I have to reorder. There's a whole page of instructions for the return of the item I didn't order. I posted the orderI incorrecly recieved value 23 euro and requested a refund of 155.65. Awful customer service.
Compensation offered 1 month free delivery. Would anyone in their right mind reorder. All 7 Items unavailable and to date no refund to my account.

I have had non-stop emails from this company even though I unsubscribed from them. Anyone know how I can stop them emailing me?
My two orders were never delivered, only got a partial refund and ZERO customer service. Avoid at all costs!
Delivered to wrong address said it went to a Mr Cole next door my neighbour is not called Cole no refund nothing will not buy again from them
I've only given one star because Sitejabber has yet to introduce a "Do not touch with an electrified bargepole" rating. I paid up front for a returns label but decided to keep all the items. In the past I've kept the label back to use for returns on subsequent orders and never had a problem. Now they're saying I can only use it for items bought on the same order as the label was purchased. It's like buying a stamp at the Post Office, deciding not to send the letter it was intended for, but not being able to use it to send something else. It doesn't mention this at the point of sale, but apparently it is on a tucked away FAQ somewhere. So I've asked them to refund it, but they've point-blank refused. We're only talking £1.99 here, but it's the principle. The wording on their communicationI've had back is child-like and I AGREE WITH OTHER COMMENTS THAT IT FEELS LIKE THERY'RE LAUGHING AT YOU. Taking this money from customers is almost certainly against the Sale of Goods Act provisions relating to on-line purchases, so I'm going to take it further. Not for the £1.99 obviously, but to show MandM they can't treat someone who's spent thousands with them over the years, like dirt and get away with it. Judging by the feedback about their Customer Service Department elsewhere, they just don't care. Other than on Feefo, where reviews are of course controlled by the supplier!

Still not had my refund after 2 weeks and now saying they not recived my items when I have reipt to proff I sent them back
Okay, so I have been a loyal customer of this company for so many years. I recently placed an order for a birthday gift for my brother, after a few days, I emailed customer service as I had not received a shipment update. Needless to say, I did not receive a response, and had to email a second time, at which time, I was advised that due to the flooding in the warehouse, my order would not be fulfilled and would be refunded. Granted, unavoidable things occur, but I should have been notified that I would not receive my order, instead I had to email twice to find this out. So, I was left without a birthday gift for my brother, and had to purchase an alternative gift. Days later, I received an email from the company advising that they are back up and running after the flood. Funny, how the company wants to send those emails out, but they failed to notify customers about their orders being cancelled. I emailed customer today and asked if the company was offering any GWG to customers who's orders were cancelled and refunded, not only due to the inconvenience, but in my situation due to the fact that I was under the impression my order would be shipped, since I was not contacted about the issue of the flood. Now again, unexpected things occur, however, as a business owner myself, I understand the importance of showing customers that their business is appreciated, and doing what I can to sort out any issues which may have arisen through no fault of their own. To my surprise, a rep by the name of Harry advised the flood was unavoidable, so no GWG would not be offered. After I responded and advised that I had not been notified about the cancellation of my order, he attempted to make excuses advising that perhaps I have their site blocked from receiving emails or the email went into my spam folder. Of course neither of those excuses were valid, as I checked my spam mail, and obviously the site is not blocked if I receive promo emails from them all of the time. I then received an email from Jeanette advising that the flood was unavoidable. I am extremely disappointed in the manner in which this matter was handled. What this company has to realise is that it is easy to get customers the key is in retaining them, and in this instance they failed...

EUR 12,99 betalen voor retour is onwaarschijnlijk. Ook kan dit bedrag niet met ideal betaald worden, terwijl het bij het bestellen wel kon. Ook staat het volgende op hun site:

Al met al: artikels ontvang je wel, maar retourneren wordt niet geaccepteerd. Vooral bestellen dus om je belazerd te voelen.
