I ordered an XL grey gilet and paid ten pounds for the yearly delivery. What did I get the next day? A pink, medium T -shirt. Absolutely useless! And then they expect you to print out a postage label and take it to a shop when it's their mistake? No thanks. I didn't want to bother with mail order as it is. This has definitely put me off making any future online purchases. I'd rather just go to town
Bought a pair of ladies Skechers from M and M on line, but have arrived and the shoe is made of very poor quality material, and clearly a copy. Nothing like my genuine Skechers.
I bought 3 polo shirts sizing wrong on all and out of sync logos, French Connrction Shirt again seconds as hym which holds buttons all creased as too much material used.
Delivery service was excellent and way faster than expected paid for a year express.
Also a pair off Hanley boots on order they are perfect, buy cheap buy twice.
Worse company ever to buy clothes online been shopping with them more than 2 years I wasn't expecting this kind of service still haven't refunded my money back sent me a damaged shirt and replaced it wasn't happy with that either sent them both back! Now their messing me around not refunding me my money back! What the worse thing is I paid for the postage out of my own cost which was around £4.52 and what's even more worser in the past they have delayed my orders and their customer service has been really unprofessional and rude who don't know what customer service and how talk to a person! I definitely don't recommend them at all stay away from them otherwise you will probably be in the same situation as me whos being messed around
Ordered jeans with zip fly but received ones with button fly. Mistakes happen so I contacted them and they said post them back by registered post, forward receipt and they'll refund the postage costs also. The jeans cost €95 and the return postage was €30.
I forwarded receipt as requested and told everything would be sorted in 3-5 working days. I received the €95 but not the €30 for postage. Following the best part of a month emailing them and they fobbing me off saying it failed on their end etc please allow a further 24-48hrs they eventually blocked my primary email address and all emails bounced back. I contacted them off a secondary email and via Facebook messenger and received back more of the same but still no refund!
To summarise this company are fraudsters hiding behind a legitimate (looking) front. Avoid at all costs and choose to spend your money more wisely with a reputable company!
Great website with some brilliant deals. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, came really quickly and were well packaged. Sent one back simply due to not needing that many pairs of shoes (really?!?!?) and received my refund with no hassle.
The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that I had to pay for my collect+ returns lable (only £1.49 which was nothing really and collect+ is very convenient). If it has been free returns, I would have given them 5 stars!
They have refused to refund my return as it did not meet their standards. However I was not informed of these 'standards' and when I sent an email saying why can't this clothing be returned? They said it doesn't match their T&C's which state that hygiene strips shouldn't be removed.
I was not informed about this when purchasing or returning the said clothing, and when placing the order/creating the account, I was not obliged to the T&Cs. Plus the size chart is very confusing and its much smaller than the UK size chart. Be careful of what you buy, as you might not be able to return any.
I received my trainers & noticed there's no registered trade mark on them anywhere? The sign at the back looks like it's low down too! Not happy as you buy as genuine & don't expect to be ripped off!
In August i spent over £600 on clothing for my partner to find some holiday cloths. We are now in the middle of November, M&M are not emailing us back and have not given me my full refund on what i have retuned back which was £500 worth they asked for the parcile to be split in to three which was done and sent back but they have only given me a refund of £130... is this a joke! What company dose that and you cant phone them, they don't email you back and now I'm having to fight through my Credit card which is now it has been so long they had to put the charge back on my account. I am absolutely discussed in the way this has taken place. If you are not going to refund the hole thing they shout at least send me back the rest of my parcile and il keep the items instead of ripping me off by £350 for nothing. I ordered a Brave Soul Womens Jackson Maxi Padded Jacket and as well as the quality of the item was happy with the customer service I received. Really easy order process that was still a piece of cake all through it turning up at my house. Based on this one shop with them I'm happy to give them 5 out of 5. Lets see what happens next time.
Bought a pair of Skechers Mens Elent Velago Shoes for £39.99. They arrived 5/1/22. I put them on the following morning. Whilst sat at my desk the rubber sole fell off - they'd been worn literally 2 hours.
I am now in the process of returning the goods but I refuse to pay the delivery costs of faulty goods.
It appears M&M are selling inferior goods.
Placed an order, for some reason the delivery address was wrong. I notified them literally after one minute of placing the order and their answer was: "You can return the item within 28 days". How am I supposed to return something that I am not going to receive? Then they said they will try and stop the parcel (obviously they didn't). The parcel was delivered today (to some lucky person who is enjoying the items which I paid for) I asked them to either send the items again or give me my money back and they have come back saying that I need to contact the people who received the order asking them to either return the parcel or forward them to me. Is this for real?!?!?! Also how am I supposed to contact someone who I do not know and lives about 200 miles from me?!?!?!?!? Absolutely disgusting and embarrassing service, they basically just stole my money!
They said they attempted to deliver my winter coat the next day?... but I wasn't in?...(yes I was)... also left me a very Blurred photo?...
All a pack of lies.
I changed delivery address to one of ther pickup shops... Still waiting?...

Faulty item, told would receive a replacement immediately. Returned item and gave them tracking number. Replacement never arrived. Queried this and told it was due to a technical error. Item now out of stock! One month and 7 emails later still no refund.
I ordered items for Christmas and they sent it out for delivery 21st, 22nd, 23rd December and they never arrived. It is Christmas eve and I'm still sat waiting. If you email or do the online chat they are useless and unprofessional. Never had such a bad experience with online shopping. Make sure you use paypal so you can get your money back like I have.
Ordered sketchers shoes first week of Dec. They didn't arrive. Contacted m&m, they were great at first. Refunded my £7.00 express delivery postage & reordered them again for me. They still didn't arrive. I sent 3 e-mails & got no replies this time. I finally got an e-mail saying sorry I didn't like my purchase & that they'd received my return of shoes & will refund my money. I asked them how I could possibly return something that I'd never received in the first place. Guess what... no answer again. Will not be buying from them ever again.
Very disappointed! They collected the money but they didn't deliver the order in a month! I placed an order on June 30,2020 and it has not arrived until today and the money has not been returned. At every email sent, they tell me that they have been waiting for an update from the courier company every day, for more than a month. The value of the order was £ 342.
The wrong item was delivered
The wrong item was delivered. Apparently they don't collect so I have to take the item to a drop off point, which in my case is miles away ( I live in the country). I know it only costs about a pound extra for collection but they won't pay it. I can't get a refund until I return the item they sent incorrectly. They won't send the correct order I have to reorder. There's a whole page of instructions for the return of the item I didn't order.

What a con this company is i joined spent £9.99 so i could have as many deliveries at any cost for a year for free i did 4 orders for just under £300 in 3 days but when i went to order a £34.99 coat they said my bank was blocking i phoned my bank they said they were not got in touch with their customer service again they said sorry asked for my last 4 dgits on card so could get it unblocked they then sent me really weird email saying i had gone over my score and i would have to wait 30 days to order again they also said was for my security? Bunch of morons ive never heard of a company banning you for a month because you spend too much.
IF you decide to pay for the premier delivery please know it doesn't actually last for a year! In the mandmdirect world there is only 364 days in a year. Contacted customer service who basically told me to F off. As a result they have lost a customer. Will switch to ASOS who offers a wider range and their premium delivery does what it says on the tin.
