I fell for the scam as part of Black Friday. Luckily I kept everything and practically emailed autumnsales every day asking where my delivery was (shipped from Singapore apparently - they even provided a tracking number for something shipped from Singapore but it staopped at Heathrow), so my credit card refunded my money straight away. Whilst looking into them I found that they also trade under GardenElectroWorld and Hometech Store (from various email addresses across the site). It's a lesson I won't forget and will only buy with reputable firms from now on. Its a shame that I can't find anywhere to actually report them.

Decided I wanted an item for a reasonable price. Searched on the website. Filtered down. Ordered 3 items so my order was over £50 and free delivery. Items came 2 days later. Tried on in my own home with my own accessories and opinion from my TV watching hubby. Decided to keep one. Took 2 back to my local store for a no quibble refund back onto my credit card. BINGO. Easy and stress free. The way I like to shop.

Fabulous idea and fabulous service. Simply ordered a box, sent off my old glasses with my prescription. They called me to discuss my options. I paid over the phone and my glasses came back as good as new. Brilliant!

Great website with some brilliant deals. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes, came really quickly and were well packaged. Sent one back simply due to not needing that many pairs of shoes (really?!?!?) and received my refund with no hassle.

The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is that I had to pay for my collect+ returns lable (only £1.49 which was nothing really and collect+ is very convenient). If it has been free returns, I would have given them 5 stars!

Ordered a t-shirt in ££'s and wondered why t took so long to arrive. When it did, it was from the US and I got slapped with an £11.30 customs charge. Almost as much as the actual t-shirt I ordered. I admit I didn't read all the small print, but when you order in ££'s you assume it's coming from the UK. Can't review the quality of the t-shirt as I rejected it at the sorting office and am awaiting a full refund.
