I stayed on hold for 2 hours about and order that made on July 2nd that havent been process yet and they hung up after I have been on hold that long I cut up my card I am done with them
Too much stuff in the isles. Hard to walk around. Need more sales clerks. All in all not a bad store.
I am cancelling my account and will never shop at this store again. My husband will do the same thing! Goodbye!
Wonderful service to me and my step mom
At the makeup stand it was such good service I had to greet them and ask where to right a review
I never received a pair of baby pajamas I ordered for a Christmas gift. When I contacted customer service, they were great and were sending it right out on Dec 28th. On Jan 6th, I still have no info so I contact again. Full avoidance. No one can give me the tracking number. Then I find out they were just now resending it because the first request was denied. NO NOTIFICATION for me! So I just waited here for it! It was a $5 pair of PJ's! Seriously?!? Denied?!?! Then they had already resubmitted it so they couldn't get it here by the date I needed it. I may get it on the 11th (almost a month after I ordered it). The reaction from the supervisors was "Oh well" then a disconnect. I was so pleasantly surprised at my purchases and customer service in the beginning. I am absolutely floored to see the reality of it now. This is so unacceptable and over a $5 pair of pajamas?! I waited almost a month and you can't even give me some faster shipping?! YOU ARE THE GREEDIEST Company I have ever seen. This experience has been horrible and you couldn't care $5.99?!?! LOL Thanks Macy's! No longer shopping with you either!
Wow. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They have had my watch for over 3 months - Brooke Nye (GM of Tuttle Mall) repeatedly drops the ball on resolving my issue. She doesn't communicate. She doesn't follow up on my issue. I have soooooo had it with this issue! Someone please help me! AGAIN WORST CUSOMTER SERVICE EVER! I took the watch into get it sized. The first associate broke my watch while sizing it. That associate shouldn't have tried to size a $2000 watch without knowing what she was doing. So at that point they decided to send the watch to rado. At this point they said Id have it back in a week. After a week and a half of nobody contacting me I went into the store only to find that nobody had even responded to rado about what to do to fix the watch. So, another week goes by - same deal. Then shortly after this the store closes for covid. So 2 weeks ago the store re-opens. The GM Brooke says she will try to get me a new watch. RIGHT... That never happened. Next thing well after a week they say they that Rado is open and they are following up with Rado but they need parts - well the parts are pins and im sure there are pins available. More time goes by nothing. All the while Brooke is standing behind one of the associates having them send me messages when she is suppose to be contacting me back herself. She has told me numerous times she would follow up and call me back and it never happens. She called 1 time days later than she said. Now she was suppose to call me yesterday and guess what? NO CALL. Im sooo done with this $#*!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE..
Horrible people... the worst customer service... I totally dislike MACY #Macy
I would give them a zero if I could...
Love Macy's - always get my Mom's gift cards here, as well as most of my clothes. Their sales are super.
I recently ordered watches for my kids. I got my order quickly and the offer price was too good. Reliable!
Going shopping these days can be a giant exercise in disappointment. It seems like every website and mall store or department store all just buy different flavors of the same low-quality crap. THANK GOD FOR MACY'S! When I need to buy a nice gift for somebody or if I am looking for something nice for myself MACY'S has saved the day on MANY occasions.
There's no guarantee that any store will always have what you are looking for, but I highly recommend giving MACY'S a look whenever you need something nice. If you;'re just looking for cheap socks or a nice inexpensive baseball cap, then K-Mart or Target will probably have those at a lower price, but when it comes to looking for anything a bit "nicer", then MACY'S and JC PENNEY are my first two stops (Yeah, JC PENNEY believe it or not -- that place has really changed for the better in recent years). You could also look at Dillards, but then you're gonna pay double or triple AND have to deal with rude employees -- if you like abuse, then go for it, but for me, I'll stick to MACY'S and JC PENNEY.
I love Macy's when they have sales. Their sales are great! Wonderful clothes and purses, but so expensive if they aren't on sale.
There is only 2 chairs and they working very slowly and they are so mean.you stay there for ever it's really not nice they should open more cashiers
Zero stars if I could. This site is a joke and I am amazed anyone would shop there. I'll probably get a bill for $3,500 for writing this...
Mid November ordered three items kitchenware, the largest being over $200.00 pot & pan set. Received 2 items within a week like Macy's used to deliver. The third item for over 200 dollars a shipping label was printed but the order was never filled after three weeks, i finally called customer service, first i was told that it would arrive within a few more days. After another week I called and the gal said UPS that she can see has sent the item and I should call UPS with the tracking number and they will tell me where it is. Called UPS they said it's the same that I can see a label was printed but no item was delivered to put that label on. Called back upset that I was lied to and recanted what UPS stated. I already knew that Macy's oversold a this product as they listed five hundred were available and 674 were sold.Gee why would any company do that? This time customer service tried to reorder for me and found there were none left< Duh? Anyway she would issue a credit immediately. Well it's now two weeks later and no credit was ever issued. Called customer service they said they read everything in the order and now will call me back in four days to update me because the hold up is because the label was printed so it looks like the merchandise would be delivered on their side. Mind you they took the money out of my account immediately and won't credit me for the merchandise they don't have for now a month? Going to the bank today to claim a false deduction. Macy's customer service is over sea's if you can reach them and try just try to get anything resolved. Will never order online from them again, what a shame, they used to be quality you can count on now they are trash. Rip off customers knowing they don't have items they are selling. Just Wow. There is no minus so the rating is to good for the service.
Love macs. The computer department is great. The selection of computers in the best. I wish the store was closer to my home though
To buy is ok, but to pay you need to do it over the phone the website just won't let you, and a live person for customer service is non existent.
Many selection and good price I will for sure go again for my next shopping trip I enjoy the low prices and lots choices
They have the worst customer service, they dont listen EVER. Arguing with me on the phone. I will never do business with them again.
I have never had issues with regular items. But god forbid you order one of the special handling items. I am trying to return some rugs I bought, and so far, I have been on the phone for about 2 hours 30 minutes, and only managed to get one rug picked up so far. Here's the story. I am in the market for a rug, and after looking online for some rugs that looked nice, I went to Macy's Retail Store to see them in person. They only carried a limited selection and none of the ones I was interested in. So I went back online and purchased several rugs. Of course, once they arrived, none of them were really the color they appeared to be on the website, so I now had many rugs sitting in my living room that I needed to return. I called Macy's customer service 1800 buy macy and was told that my return was in process and I should expect a call from the shippers in 3-5 days and a mailing label in 5 days. I got neither, so I called back a week later. Turns out that Macy's Retail Store rugs are processed by Macy's, but Macys.com rugs are processed by some other central processor. They had notified customer service that the return had not been processed properly, but no one had followed with me. So we lost a week, again with multiple rugs sitting curled up in my living room. I found this out when I called to check on status. They then told me each individual rug had to be processed serially, and I would have to return one rug at a time. This was after I had already spent 1.5 hours on the phone as people kept putting me on hold to figure out what the rug return process was. Then the next day, a UPS shipper shows up without calling so of course I miss him. I wait for him the next day, and it turns out sure enough he only can pick up one rug. Then I have to call customer service again so they'll process the next rug. What a ridiculous process.
