Too much stuff in the isles. Hard to walk around. Need more sales clerks. All in all not a bad store.
Well stocked except with people to help you find what you need.
Sales clerks are very helpful and know their products. This was at Green Hills Mall in Nashville TN
Very organized and items in stock.
Web site was hard to use and they didn't send what I ordered. They sent different item and send the same order twice

Couldn't find one in Nashville TN
While shopping at Green Hills Mall a friend and I and other customers saw a woman who we were told was an Assistant Manager of the mall being extremely rude to a worker. This is a very night upscale mall and it is very hard to understand how anybody in such a high position could be so rude to an employee in front of customers. He was selling those Hover Boards. He didn't know her name but she was Blond and just very unfriendly. Hard to go back in there.
Small saloon that gives great personal care. Friendly, clean and great manicures.
Very goo service. All the staff was friendly and efficient. The food and cocktails were very very good.
Lines too long, Cashiers rude and slow. Messy store. Went back as advised by friend after I found out that they will take almost ANYTHING back weather you bought it there or not. My friend got a blender and hand mixer at a garage sale for less than $10 that did not work. She took them back to BBB without a receipt and they gave her an in store credit for a better one. I don't know how these people stay in business.
With so many bad reviews why should anybody trust your company. Anybody that has a no return policy is usually a bad company. That means they do not stand behind their work and probably do very poor work.
