Worst Online Shopping Experience – Lost Money & No Help

I've had an absolutely awful experience with Macy's online orders. Multiple times, my shipments were either lost or returned due to "insufficient address" – despite my address being 100% correct. Each time, I reached out via chat and email, only to be met with dismissive, unhelpful customer service that did nothing to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, I've lost a significant amount of money because Macy's has failed to refund me for the orders I never received. This has been a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend shopping here to anyone. I will never order from Macy's again.
