I purchased a item years ago on macys website i opened a macy's card download the app on my phone changed my last name and address on the appt, purchased a item waited for the item received a text stating the item was delivered went to the mail box item not there contacted macy's i was told it was delivered ask the rep for the address i was givin a old address told the rep thats not the correct address when i purchased the item i put my correct address in as well as i had to show my DL to the rep who opened up my card in the store so where did that address come from wasted a hr on the phone with the rep giving her all my information first and last name as well as the correct address the rep said she will resend out the order i received the tracking number hrs later a low and behold the wrong $#*!ing address again i contacted macy's customer service and by this time i'm pissed i keep getting transfered from this person to this person and getting hung up on at this point just give me my damn money back i no longer want the item. Macy's had the nerve to ask me to review the item do you prefer i drive to the house you keep sending the item to and ask the how would they rate the $#*!ing item, as soon as they refund the card they can close it because i don't want to go through unneccessary stress i am so over macy's.
Make sure to check your macys credit card account for the items that you buy, macys charged me for something that i never bought from thembe careful
