This is probably the worst company I have ever had to deal with in my entire life! Stole from my bank account, unauthorized. Sent the wrong merchandise. Refuse to send a shipping label! Two weeks before Christmas they double charged our account. You try and contact somebody on the phone and they give you a run around. They are based out of Illinois so I should have expected foul Play to begin with but my wife was the one that placed the order. Their CEO is nonexistent!

This company sent a statement to me telling me I had an amount due of $80. So I called to set up a payment. The letter is dated 12/29/2022. Today, 1/10/2023 they tacked on another $20. When I called to confront them about it, they hung up. Don't do business with these people.

Won't stand up

I bought 2 of these a few years ago and was pleased with them. I had to replace them this year and they're junk. Flimsy and won't stand up...had to lean them against the head stone. I've purchased several other items from this company and9 was satisfied but this item - I do not recommend.

They over charge:

We will never buy any more products from them because they rip us off every month since June we have paid our payments on time but they have said we haven't (they never posted our June payment to our account) and we have sent all of our receipts and bank statements but no one can get it fixed. We have talked to many employees and they still charge us $20.00 late charges even when we pay our $30.00 payment every month...

Worst than terrible!

We sold product to LTD for years. They used to be an honorable customer. Now, under new ownership they refuse to pay any of our manufacturers. They won't even reply to our repeated requests for payment with a plan. Sr Management hides behind their employees, who told us their plan was to pay people before Christmas 2022, then after Christmas and now just that they'll see what they can do, and have done nothing. We've begged them to pay one of our manufactures in particular who is a small family business with 2 young children enduring tremendous hardship as a direct result of their continued lack of even a dime of payment. Despite over 10 requests, not one has resulted in even the smallest of payments

I've seen new companies buy another, pay themselves big money, and then stiff their vendors, but I've never seen any customer so heartless that they communicate nothing, other than they' ll see what they can do. I don't know how these people sleep at night.

Bad company

I have the buy now pay later acct. Had $140 left on it tried placing order for $115 they informed me I have to pay remaining balance of $140 before processing. Never been late always made my payments so screw this company

I placed an order on April ll, 2023 and LTD cashed my payment on the 12th of April the very next day. Usually when you order from a reputable company they send a email to you. I want to know when my items will arrive at my home. I misplaced my conformation # so going on there web site does me no good. Let me tell you.the next thing I have tried over and over and over is to call their customer service," What a JOKE." you get put on hold forever. I truthfully am telling you half hour- 45 minutes and the last time one hour.
I will never order again from this company.
GOOD LUCK to whoever orders.

I order outdoor pillows, 2 days later I get many emails telling me the are going bankrupt! I try,there site,I try to email,I try to call.nothing all black out! 170.00 for the pillows.I order from HOME DEPOT. Got my pillows.6 weeks later they send the pillows...we refuse them from our mailman. Then they sent others fed x.we tried to send them back after many many phone calls I finally get someone who tells me they are not send out shipping labels.so we spend almost 100.00 to send back these hateful pillows...they refuse them.so now they are back at the FedEx store and we have to pick them up.I have shopped with this company more then 25 years...we are DONE.ill pay to get away from them.Don't BUY FROM THESE CROOKS!

Thieves.

I'm a new customer today. Ordered a small order earlier, no problems. Ordered a larger order $109.43 just now and my credit card was charged but the order was declined stating my credit card was denied. As I get immediate updates from my cc company, I got a confirmation from cc saying an order had been placed for 109.43 so I have proof. 4 phone calls to LTD, one of which I was yelled at. Supervisor stated there was no way my cc was charged. Nice to be called a liar. I'm contacting my cc and the BBB tomorrow. They're not getting away with this!

Made a small order from this company, first time ever. I should have read the reviews first. Made the order at the end of last month. Did not hear anything from the company about the item being shipped, so I did a chat with CS. Was told the item will ship that day. Went on to check status and they moved the purchase date to that day, so they think they can get out of shipping the item when they said they would. Seriously. DO NOT spend your money here, I have doubts I will even get my little order at all.

Did not receive order
August 15, 2022

I ordered 2 items on *******. One week later I received one of the items & was told the other was back ordered. No estimate of delivery date was given.
Over 2 weeks later I have still not heard anything on the second half of my order.
I was charged for this item & still have no idea whether I will receive it or not. I sent an email to LTD requesting a delivery date several days ago & have heard nothing from them. Next time I will order all of my items from Lakeside collections as I have never had a problem with them.

Not a good company

This is a very bad company the goods are very cheap also the most inportant is that they do not respond to you. I wrote customer service on a problem as of yet they did not get back to me. They automatically put me in the points program and is charging me a monthly fee,.

Worse seller - Charging extra without telling you

I have order the set of glasses and at the time of payment i never been told that they will change me for their subscription program. After few days they charged me with $14.95, when i called customer care they said you automatically opt in to get free shipping. This is fraud.

Crappy Company

This company thrives on false advertising of there products and on top of that will charge your credit card more than the initial amount trying to get your issue resolved is also like pulling teeth all you will get is endless be put on hold and transferred to someone else who doesn't know the left from the right as well as multiple hang-ups I strongly urge you not to use this company for there products there are more competitive companies out there that can provide a better quality of products and professional customer service

Snacky Bastards!

I bought something online from LTD Commodities on 4/7. On 4/18, I go to check on the status of my online purchase and lo and behold - the company had filed for BANKRUPTCY and the WEBSITE was DOWN!

I tried to call the number on their number, but it only went to voicemail. Somebody had to have known that they were in trouble and would not be able to fulfill the order - yet they took my money anyway. I'm having a hard time hoping that the company lands on its feet. They could have suspended new orders, instead of taking my money knowing full well I'd never get my purchase. Shame on them.

Somehow I was accidentally signed up for some perks program where they charge my credit card $15 each month! I didn't notice last month, but caught the charge this month. The thing is that I didn't actually order anything from them, so I don't even know how this happened. But, when I called to complain about it and definitely get OFF their list, I then encountered a very rude "customer service" person who answered my call. LTD has lost me as a customer -- be wary of their website!

Sketchy company...

Be careful of doing business with this company. They overcharge, don't take off promo codes or free shipping offers. It's very difficult to get through to customer service ( was for me), then you have to explain everything to them multiple times. They have nice products but a company that scams customers is no company I want to deal with.

Very deceitful

I bought a few things for their website and it said free shipping on their website like it does for so many companies. However unbeknownst to me, the caveat with their's is that if you dont cancel something in 30 days you will start to be charged $15 a month for some perk thing on their website.

I will never purchase anything from them ever again. Very bad business trying to fool your customers and exploit them for more money!
