, Still wondering where my order is, has not arrived and it's been 2 weeks! Extra fees for better shipping but is untrue! I will never shop with them again. Have used other online sites with great success, but not this one! Beware!
Had 1st issue resolved.
Then returned 2 pairs of shoes at different times to receive an email / ticket to say both pairs had been received by light in the box.
This was about a month ago and I'm still waiting for my refund for both pairs the sum of £59.12
I have sent message after message and have even asked for tammy to deal with this matter as she helped me last time but nothing now they are not even replying to my messages/tickets.
Don't even look at there website or waste your money.

This site will make your life difficult. I made a mistake in my shoe size order, and although they're not being shipped for another week (total of 10 days wait), I cannot change the size from us 9.5 to us 10. I paid for expedited shipping.
They don't reply to inquiries even though it says they will try to within 24 hours.
Won't use again. Will be extra mad if or when shoes arrive the wrong size.

Fabulous product. Love it in my ensuite boudoir cloakroom toilet. Nice touch of class. Even the plumber was so impressed with price and quality he asked me for details of purchase and took photo's on his mobile to show his wife and friends.
If your thinking of ordering from light in the box don't bother... I only received half of the ordered solar lights and despite taking out their insurance in case this should happen I was never able to contact the company as I had forgotten my password and despite emailing them on several occasions never got a reply. I tried for a refund sending back the three light at my cost via registered post, they were never received at the address given and I have not seen a penny back. Dreadful, awful and no customer service is being very polite. Please save yourself time and money and look elsewhere for your items. ( I am £80 out of pocket with no items... appalling)
Sometimes with any service company an order can be unsatisfactory but the mark of a good company is going the extra mile to make the customer happy! I can honestly say in my case you have done this and more! Congratulations 5 stars

BEWARE if you try to return order for refund! Still waiting two months later! Customer service does not work with you to make this process easy like quality shopping sites! This has been a long drawn out process with several email exchanges. Now they say they have the merchandise but still no refund to card which should be easily taken care of! When I click on withdraw button it says 8$ to withdraw the order was over 200$ Beware shoppers I would not spend much and be sure you will like item ordered!

Bought two items on line and received them 2.5 weeks later. Both were poor quality with the elbow patches in the wrong place. I therefore requested a return. After three requests they finally answered. I have to pay for shiiping both ways and it needs to be returned to China
Based on our experience, we would suggest spending a little more at a more reliable supplier, where you will get what you paid for.
Whilst their products are competitvely priced, service is a different thing.
Delivery was 5 days beyond the latest expected delivery date given, although, I have to accept that the carrier may have been at fault, however, with no information from Light in the Box, I will never know.
When we used the LED bulbs ordered, within 15 minutes of switching them on, they start to smoke.
Upon checking, 3 of the 6 bulbs showed signs of burning.
On 3 occasions we sent written details and photos to Light in the Box.
Initially, we asked for an explanation, but, following receipt of an unhelpful email, we resent and requested a refund.
3 days later, we got another email, explaining that they had not got the photos.
We sent it all again
7 days later... nothing.

I strongly advise against using this company for orders. I recently placed 2 orders, got charged for delivery at the time of placing the order, which was fine, but after my parcel was shipped, I got a text from DHL, the courier, asking me to pay another £20 for duty and customs. Never while ordering have I been advised that more charges would be added. I'm not paying for this fee, so they can keep their parcel. Of course, they refused refund.

December 22 I placed an order for a cable to use with my Blue-ray player. I was told 5-6 business days for delivery. I understood during the holidays my package might take longer to get to me. That being said, 4 weeks to deliver one small order!?! I never encountered such incompetence. I now wait to see if they sent me the correct order or even a serviceable item, which at this point I doubt it. The tracking number is useless since the last update was last Saturday. Never again. I will make a formal complaint with their corporate office in any case.
I'm happy with my purchase from lightinthebox. At first, I was hesitant about ordering from this website because I'm not a fan of online shopping and returning anything seems like a real hassle. But I gave it a try anyway because price was very reasonable. I was not disappointed.
The only reason why I give a 4 star is because some item descriptions lack detail. For example some dress would have hollow to floor indicated while others don't. This makes buying decision difficult as there's not enough info about the product. Also, I would really like to see lightinthebox improve their website for better shopping experience. For example, I believe it'll be absolutely helpful if a feature can be added so that when choosing a colour for any piece of clothing it would trigger the picture to display that particular colour instead of having 1 static colour.
The products seem of good quality given the lower price. They are like described and shown in pictures. Sizes can be somewhat confusing sometimes for some particular items, but generally they match the regular size, it is important to check this because the devolution process might be not worth it.
Shipping is usually the downside, because it can take some time around 2-4 weeks depending on your country. In my case I understood that and had no problem waiting.
My first order didnt got delivered and was lost in transit, then started the horror story of refund and claims which is so lengthy for even small value shipments of 4 USD... and amount is still not refunded after 2 months... Dont buy from these sites who operate from china better with Amazon and local sites

I've made a handful of purchases from Lightinthebox and I must say, I've been mostly impressed. If you are looking for clothing and products that are unique and stylish that won't break the bank, you've come to the right place. You won't find better deals for quality products. You'll score even bigger if you happen to catch one of their "lightning deals". There are times where the product picture doesn't fully match the product and sometimes the shipping can take a bit long. However, the customer service is very responsive and fair! Overall, I recommend shopping here.
Sorry to say I have had a bad experience with this company. I ordered an item to be delivered within 3-4 business days, paying ~£12 for the privilege. It is now 6 business days (10 actual days) since I ordered and payment was taken. I have submitted several tickets requesting a) my £12 back and b) an update on when it will finally get here. The first ticket was resolved immediately saying it will take 7 days to arrive, but I don't think they looked at my specific case where I'd paid extra for priority delivery. Subsequent tickets have gone unanswered. Poor show.

Really 5 stars from who? Biggest load of crap ever! I ordered a childs present for a birthday l paid 80 euro for the thing shipping included then it was supposed to be delivered today by DHL and I had to pay a customs fee of 30 euro so I paid it online and do you know where my parcel is now? Its in freaking Morocco! This site is a total scam thats 110 euro I wont get back and have nothing to show for and DHL wont reimburse the customs fees either, I dont recommend this place to anyone unless they like throwing money away. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
