After expending copious amounts of energy and wasting time-this site promised to refund-I'm still waiting! I was refunded the postage and nothing more as of yet-my patience is running out! Maybe the ACCC will have to deal with this…so their trade ceases!? Or where is my refund light in the box!?!?!
If l could give zeros stars l would. Purchased items as they were cheapest. Was informed parcel would take 7 days max only for it to be sitting in the DHL sorting facility for 10 days waiting for £30 duty and taxes to be paid, which turns out they are more expensive than anywhere else. Duty and taxes is not in their delivery section on their website. I am so angry l am going to report them for misleading information. Hopefully, so no one else get caught. Don't know why they want invoice to reply, when it takes them ages to answer a mail.

Pictures are nothing like what you receive. They try and copy the design and it just looks and feels cheap. Do yourself a favour and spend your money else where.

BEWARE! Worse purchase I ever made. The dress arrived 30 days later after I was promised 4-7 day shipping and the wrap is worse material than my shower curtains buttons are loose poorly sewn together. The color is off. I reached out to customer service and ask them can I return they stayed no. I will never purchase from here again. The stitching is uneven. And off track. I will be reporting to tbt better business bureau. Shipping was over $60 dress was 195 my total was $260 something dollars. Material so thick and cheap not trying to be a comedian but I wouldn't put it on anybody grand-mother. The threads are loose abs showing. Beware beware beware. Worse garnet I ever purchased. I should of listened to the reviews. Please beware this is an honest review. This company has completely misappropriated this garment.

My new favorite site! I managed to track down several outfits I had not been able to find in the US. I was a little worried my items would arrive and be cheap knock offs (I'm not sure how well policed some of the China based companies are) but my items arrived Exactly as described! I had read that shipping could take awhile (witch was fine because I understood the items were coming from China) but was pleasantly surprised when my items arrived after only 9 days. The only thing you should know before purchasing is you have to pay a fee because you're shipping from a foreign country. So whatever the price of the item double it.
Product not as advertised. Extremely over priced expedited shipping that takes almost 4 weeks to arrive. Measurements are incorrect. Quality is very poor and customer service is worse. They do not offer returns unless you accept price gouging and lose most of your $. $200 spent on an item I can. Lot west based into just incorrect measurements. Material is poor quality with thick side seams visible. Dress is very stiff and not as described.

It is next to impossible to receive the promised refund. On April 30 '21 Customer Service agreed to a full credit in 3-5 days but nothing happened so far and it's not possible to contact them. Buyer beware.

Sizing is off, I followed measurements and even went up a size and still too small.
Quality, fabric on some items was awful. Black dress sewn with white thread. Soft jacket was so uneven I could not even fake it so it looked good.
Shipping was cheap, however I was also charged a "shipping service" fee. What!?!?!?!
The items I want to return, they asked me to take photos for proof and asked me to measure each garment. Really! And now, they do not have a US return facility, therefore I have to send my items to China at my expense. This is all just unbelievable to me.
Membership fee - never agreed to becoming a member, $20.00. Need that refunded.

Absolutely the WORST experience. Cheap poor quality clothing that appears nice in photo and in person is not. Very slow shipping and in reality no returns! They say you can ship back at your expense (mine was over $40) or give you a credit of 10% of your order to use on your next order. Fell for this scam but never again and I'd advise anyone not to either.

I ordered a wrap and shawl for a wedding in the same colour both supposed to be blushing pink one arrived in pink the other is peach, not that I would use either of them as they look cheap and tacky with threads hanging from them very bad stitching on the hem and really overall very tacky. Do your self a favour and stay away from this website, to top it all after paying €12.95 for quick shipping it too 10 days to get here with an added €6.80 I had to pay for excise duty, I though I was buying this reduction in the U. K not China hence the extra charge.
I ordered a pair of ski goggles with 6-8 business days delivery to take with me on a skiing trip over Christmas, I also had the 404 error message when trying to track them and only today it will give me a tracking statement to say they are still in transit. I have been trying to contact the customer service for days but every button you click on takes you round in circles making it impossible to get anywhere and speak to someone! Would strongly advise not ordering from this company as they obviously do not care about delivery dates and customer service! Very disappointed.
Hidden costs. Poor quality. Tricky calculations on costs. Absolutely hate our experience with this company and am warning all to stay away. If I could return the so-called "artwork" (which looks like a 5 year old smeared finger paints all over a canvas... absolutely awful!), I would do so but I'm not spending another penny on this terrible experience.
They shipped a faulty Shower system. Items would not screw into each other properly + valve was not working properly. Hugh waste of time as plumbers were looking to instal, so then had to rush around getting something locally on the fly. Big waste of time, did eventually get a refund, but by the time you ship item back etc, and deal with getting another one quickly (so costing more), this was a very poor purchase and experience.

It was a nightmare and they offered no solution did not even care that they messed up my order. I ordered from there many times and this time they just royally screwed up! I took getting a hole in one of my items or them coming in the wrong size but they just decided to not give me anything and keep my money. It is supper hard to get any customer service and when you do they just don't care so they don't do anything about your problem. I ordered April 07,2015 at 02:17 PM, it is 01/04/2016 still no resolution. Just an $8 coupon that cannot be used upon checkout - which in no ways covers the items I purchased but did not receive. Maybe use PayPal so at least you can get your money back.
Communication is definitely a problem. My questions were not really answered and in one case, links that didn't work were provided after the order was placed! Shipping was also expensive.
The goods however, did eventually arrive in good order. Yet to be installed so we shall see...
Ordered 8 clothing items which arrived on time. All items fit nicely, except 1 dress which was smaller than size guide and another dress got soiled upon receipt. But customer support handled it efficiently, even though you could be required to do some size measurements to show proof as to why outfit didn't fit, which is reasonable. Overall, happy with products and service.

I ordered 2 Makeup Erasers on Aug 12 and still have not heard about my tracking number. The price was great but their shipping is so slow. After reading several reviews I am a bit concerned. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
