First time on the site browsed and set up my account. As soon as I put my debit card in they charged me $149 without me purchasing anything. I called and the customer service worker said someone used your card and I need to contact my bank to get my money back. I asked was there a delivery? She said no. I said was there a subscription purchased? She said no. So I asked why can't you reverse your charge? And she repeated for me to contact my bank. Unprofessional thieves.

It was a nightmare and they offered no solution did not even care that they messed up my order. I ordered from there many times and this time they just royally screwed up! I took getting a hole in one of my items or them coming in the wrong size but they just decided to not give me anything and keep my money. It is supper hard to get any customer service and when you do they just don't care so they don't do anything about your problem. I ordered April 07,2015 at 02:17 PM, it is 01/04/2016 still no resolution. Just an $8 coupon that cannot be used upon checkout - which in no ways covers the items I purchased but did not receive. Maybe use PayPal so at least you can get your money back.
