Based on our experience, we would suggest spending a little more at a more reliable supplier, where you will get what you paid for.
Whilst their products are competitvely priced, service is a different thing.
Delivery was 5 days beyond the latest expected delivery date given, although, I have to accept that the carrier may have been at fault, however, with no information from Light in the Box, I will never know.
When we used the LED bulbs ordered, within 15 minutes of switching them on, they start to smoke.
Upon checking, 3 of the 6 bulbs showed signs of burning.
On 3 occasions we sent written details and photos to Light in the Box.
Initially, we asked for an explanation, but, following receipt of an unhelpful email, we resent and requested a refund.
3 days later, we got another email, explaining that they had not got the photos.
We sent it all again
7 days later... nothing.
