This is the first time I've ordered prescription sunglasses and so happy I did! Lensabl and goodr made it easy and they were exactly what I wanted!
I was having a pair of vintage glasses updated with new lenses and the glasses were broken by lensable. They did manage to find a pair of the same model glasses, put my new lenses in them and shipped them to me. However the replacement glasses are smaller than the originals so the fit is a little off. I had asked for my originals to be returned but they were not.
My new lenses are great! Nice work. Thank you. My only complaint is that it took a week longer than expected.

Love my new sunnies, they look great! Love the mirror tint color options too. The mirror coating is pretty thin, it's more of a hint of mirror than a fully mirrored lens, but it still looks good.
The first issue I encountered was out not knowing that I needed to take a photo of me with the sunglasses on before I shipped them. I got that request after the glasses were shipped and there was nothing I could do. Would have been nice if that was included in the order page so that it would be required for placing the order.
I ordered a progressive lens with mirrored tint and knew it would take a little longer, but was not prepared to wait NINE WEEKS. Sadly, they did not arrive until I got back from my vacation. Apparently there were a couple of problems along the way and the lenses had to be started over. The issue I have was the total lack of communication. I would check my order page for updates and there never were any at all. So I would check with customer service, and they would eventually get back to me with an update from the lab, but usually just to tell me something went wrong and not with an estimated delivery date. I never got a shipping confirmation email either.
My glasses look good and I have more that need lenses. I'm just not sure if I will do this again. If Lensabl improved their communication, it would go a long way towards the customer experience.
This is my 2nd time using Lensabl for transition, progressive lenses with my Goodr frames that I sent in. Easy process and love my glasses!
These prescription sunglasses have been a game changer for me! They are light and comfy, don't fall off my head when I'm sweating, and look great!
Sent my frames and my prescription.2 weeks later received my lenses in the new frames. They are just as good as my Oakley made rx lenses and 1/2 the price. Totally recommend.
The process to order replacement lenses was fairly easy. Luckily, I had my vision prescription and could upload that document when I ordered the lenses. The tool to validate where my glasses would sit on the bridge of my nose was easy to use. And my new lenses are perfect. And all of this for a lot less than ordering new lenses from my eye doctor – less than half.

I thought my glasses were a goner. Even Oakley told me they couldn't be repaired. Lensabl put a new lease on life to my sunglasses. I will use them again for all my sunglasses.
Using this 2 step method is certainly not the fastest but it sure saves you money, on a pair of backup glasses for when I smash my first pair which the local store made me pay a kings ransom for.
I was able to put prescription lenses in some frames that I purchased separately. The lenses are great and service was excellent. No complaints at all!

Easy to upload prescription and get the information needed to make my lenses, was able to use my own frames. Got the new glasses in about two weeks. Would like to get sunglasses next.
This is my sixth or so pair of lenses that I purchased from Lensabl. It's so easy to send in your frames and have them work their magic. So easy and inexpensive! Great bang for your buck!
I first ordered Apr 3rd I got my finished glasses back broken on May 20th. They contacted me about shipping back the broken frames with the new lenses on August 6th I finally got my finished glasses on August 15th.
Total wait time 134 days.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
Answer: I am having the same experience. Took my money, lost my frames and have done nothing on refund nor damages. I filed with BBB as well. Why are they still in business is a surprise to me?How many more consumers do they need to harm before they are fined and/or shut down?
