I had a pair of Tiffany Frames with Transition lens. When I developed a scratch in one of the lenses, I was bummed. I received my frames with new lenses, and the new Transitions lenses respond the same way my previous ones did. It's very exciting to only have one pair of glasses for everything.
I thought I was ordering prescription sunglasses because I clicked the prescription sunglasses button. It turns out ordered clear lenses despite clicking the sunglasses button. The company would only offer a 25 % discount. Maybe this is user error, but would have appreciated at least splitting the difference.
I Got my sunglasses in. They got the job the done fast, I cant wait to see all the fish under the water.

We ordered the goodr Rx sunglasses for my daughter to wear running. She loves that there's an option to wear the same glasses as her teammates even though she needs a prescription. We would have loved more color options for the Rx, but she seems pretty happy with the flamingo pink!
When they first came in they were the wrong prescription. I had to send them back for them to be fixed. They worked with me to fix the prescription. I only wish they would've honored the Goodr discount that they were running at the time. Or some sort of discount to the prescription being wrong since these were not cheap by any means.
I love ordering lenses from Lensabl! There's always a discount available and I can buy trendy glasses because I know that I have a source to add my progressive lenses.
I was not sure about the order status. The company I ordered through did not give confirmation so I was not sure if the order went through. I only realized it was processed when the glasses got here, a few months later. I am happy with the product. It just took a while.
Fantastic! Most places will never replace just the lens, but Lensabl does. Many places won't add a Prism correction for only $10, but Lensabl did. Many labs aren't even able to create the perfect lenses, with a Prism correction, but Lensabl was able to. I will absolutely recommend Lensabl, I already have! And I will definitely be back……
I was nervous about measurements being correct from pictures, but I carefully followed the instructions and my glasses came back perfect! I am extremely satisfied with Lensabl
The transition feature of the lenses does not work well. I expected darker collar generated in response to UV light. Otherwise, I like the progressive feature. It works well with my eyes.

The lenses that were put in my glasses are terrific and the turn time was very fast. There was slight damage to my frames and I'm trying to get that worked out now with customer service.

I ordered progressive lenses for frames that I already owned. I appreciated the options that I had regarding types of lenses available and made a choice for upgraded progressives. I am extremely happy with the result. The lenses are made well and work perfectly. I was worried about using my phone/online tech to take measurements and determine the proper alignment of the lenses, but everything seems to have worked as promised. I am very happy with my new glasses and the excellent Lensabl service.

I placed an order for two glasses to be relented, I canceled one and they sent the first one back to me. I canceled the second pair after waiting three weeks they sent that back to me and refunded the money, but I didn't get the set Glasses with new lenses. So I had to redo the order and send it back to them and after two months I finally got my glasses.
Before ordering these replacement lenses, I had sent you my prescription and a description of the glasses (in that they were OnGuard safety glasses). The prescription clearly showed the prism, and knowing that they were safety glasses, it could be assumed that they were Z87 (once you received my frames, the Z87 stamps are visible under a cursory inspection).
Probably 2 or 3 weeks after you received my frames, you informed me that you needed another $20 because you "just noticed" that the prescription included a "prism." Again, you had the prescription BEFORE you even had my frames, so why didn't you see the "prism?" I sent the payment even before I received your "money request." When I DID receive your actual request, I sent the $20 AGAIN (yes, I received a refund of the first $20).
A week or two later, you asked me for another $20 to pay for the Z87 stamp (which I sent almost immediately). Again, you've had the frames for probably a month! You just noticed?
About a week later, you again asked for the $20 for the stamp. When I told you I had already sent it, you wanted a printout of my PayPal transactions (which I sent within minutes).
All these delays could have been eliminated with ONE phone call to a customer service representative.
Also, your "Only send one e-mail" policy is worrisome in that I don't know if "things are moving along," or if you're waiting for something. Perhaps you could/should acknowledge receipt of payments--that way, I would know that you're not "waiting on me."
I had a pair of prescription glasses in a very expensive frame which I could no longer use. I now needed a very nice pair of non-prescription sunglasses. I sent in my Gucci frames with the request for this modification. After several weeks I received my order back. Excellent workmanship and the sunglasses I now have are perfect. The wait for the order was a bit long, but I am very satisfied with the result!

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
