I sent Lensabl my old Bolle 527 sunglasses. This Bolle frame fits my face and I have worn them for 12 years now. I have 3 pair of these sunglasses, so I sent Lensabl a pair with old and scratched lens along with my new 2024 prescription. I asked for polarized polycarbonate G15 color lens. After only about 10 days I received back my sunglasses - Lensabl tightened up the temple pieces and installed wonderful new lenses. My old Bolle sunglasses are once again like brand new! Hooray!

My wife loves her progressive lens sunglasses. However, I was surprised that it took over a month to receive them. In fact, I had to chase customer support to find out that the lens had a defect which required a trip back to the lab. Reactive customer support is the worst kind - if this issue was in deed the case, a proactive email to me explaining the situation would have been beneficial and changed my experience.
After taking my order and payment, which included the frames Make and model number as asked, I was told they could not use the frames. I could get a refund, minus a deduct, or choose frames from their website. I chose Under Armour sport frames as they most resembles the Maui Jims frames I sent for my lenses. I received them today and the UA frames were youth sized. No where on the web page did it say they were youth sized. I'm pretty upset.
They did as they said. The only problem I'm having is Klarna keeps charging me for a second order. I had one order and I paid once.
I was very pleased when I found I out I could get new lens put in my favorite frames,, I immediately started the process and got my eyeglasses back in a relatively short time the lens were much better than those from the provider who did the eye exam I will use Lensabl the next tine I need new lenses. The price was also quite a bit lower/
I replaced the progressive lenses on my frames and am happy with the final outcome. However, my first order ended up a single vision order through my own mistake in using the website. Customer service was good enough to give me a discount on the second order that worked out fine. Progressive lenses makes the process a bit more complicated.

The processing time for my order was much more than originally quoted. It took a full month to get prescription Goodr sunglasses. I'll just go somewhere local next time.

I shipped my beloved Ray ban sunglass frames into lensabl to have them place new prescription lens into them. All went as planned. Glasses work well and much cheaper way to turn a pair of sunglasses into prescription sunglasses. Shipping takes a while longer than I thought. Be patient

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
Answer: I am having the same experience. Took my money, lost my frames and have done nothing on refund nor damages. I filed with BBB as well. Why are they still in business is a surprise to me?How many more consumers do they need to harm before they are fined and/or shut down?
