I ordered lenses in june (4 months ago).
They never arrived, it was unclear if I put the city name in wrong.
I kept asking about it and postal service was cryptic and said it was delivered.
I kept asking and Lensabl sent me another pair, 4 months later. I can finally see!
Website was super easy to order glasses with the exact frames I wanted from a different company (goodr). Easily uploaded my prescription. Easily measured my face. Easily adjusted my address when I was going to be out of town. Received a great pair of glasses! I was honestly a bit skeptical, but it's been a great experience.

I received my glasses but only a site jabber email for review instead of a follow up email asking if everything is OK with the order. One of my lenses has a slight defect that's not in my line of vision but don't know how to contact anyone regarding that
With all the bad experiences I've had with online eyeglasses, I decided to try one last time because I was using my own frames.
My glasses came back flawless and prescription perfect! I just sent in my 3rd order and am now a customer for life.
This was very confusing as my order was held up for missing info for "OCH". Never had this number in my life and my eye dr. did not give me such a reading. I had to go through your help area to get my order processed, and they said this "missing info" would be removed when my frames arrived. It still exists even after I have received my glasses. Very irritating and I do not want to go thru that hassle again so I am trying another vendor. Who thought that was a good idea? Everything else was fine.
I ordered prescription sunglasses and while the lens were thicker than I expected (but I have a strong prescription), they fit well and my vision is sharp. The online tracking steps went from the 7-10 business day lab processing and skipped many steps to the glasses are being shipped, so that was a bit off for tracking but otherwise they came in a reasonable time.

Could not ask for better service. Reusing the many frames I already own while my prescription changes often, is saving me a lot of money. Turn around is very quick.
I got my glasses faster than getting them elsewhere. Usually I pick out a frame and provide my prescription and they take several weeks, but I got these frames in a little over a week.
I ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses from Lensabl and Goodr. I picked a pair of mirrored-lens sunglasses. While customizing the lenses through Lensabl, the sunglass lens option was listed as mirrored. When my sunglasses arrived in the mail, the mirrored lenses were separate from the sunglasses themselves (the lenses were tinted dark only). I contacted customer service to ask why the product I received didn't match with what I ordered. Customer service apologized, said they would give me 10% off my order for inconvenience, and asked me to ship it back. When I received my sunglasses for the second time, they were exactly the same--still not mirrored, just tinted dark.
I'm assuming my prescription (around -5.50 in both eyes) made the lenses simply too thick to make them mirrored. Some upfront communication when I'm customizing the desired product would have made a huge difference; e.g. a little asterisk that said "if your prescription is > -5.0, we may not be able to accommodate your request." The customer service rep also did not say anything about not being able to make the lenses mirrored; they just requested I ship it back. For an item and service that cost a HEFTY amount of money, I expected better communication around my expected product.
Ordered new lenses, got them. Just started to wear them. So far, so good.
Had an issue with the lenses on my order. I contacted customer service and they sent me a shipping label and they redid my glasses.
My lenses were awful. Had to send glasses back to get something done. Had problems focusing on things. Dangerous driving.
Lensable is consistently remarkable with every aspect of getting my news lenses from start to finish. And of course the lenses are perfect.
The replacement lens process was affordable and easy to follow. My old frames were returned with new lens and the prescription was perfect. The also over excellent frame and very cost effective.
I ordered lens replacements and am very happy with the quality and price. They were returned with a cute little triangular case that folds flat when not in use. These are my second set of lens replacements. My only dissatisfaction is the time. The website says you will receive your completed order in about two weeks. On both orders, two weeks elapsed. When I sent an inquiry, it seemed to prompt them to finish the order and I received them a few days later. Despite this, I do plan to place a third order, but at least I will know not to expect it back within two weeks.

I recently purchased a pair of lenses from your company. While the shipping process was smooth and efficient, I'm not entirely satisfied with the final product. I have worn glasses for many years, but these lenses don't seem to be working well for me.
Specifically, it feels like the lenses might not have been cut correctly, or perhaps the focal point isn't in the right spot. They don't seem to match the comfort and clarity of my previous pairs of glasses.
Loving my lenses frames. They don't slip, which is usually my problem. However, the lenses have a slight brown tint which to be honest I'm not crazy about:S Almost a perfect product.

Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
Answer: I am having the same experience. Took my money, lost my frames and have done nothing on refund nor damages. I filed with BBB as well. Why are they still in business is a surprise to me?How many more consumers do they need to harm before they are fined and/or shut down?
