I will note that everything that could go wrong did -- but Lensabl customer service made it work out! So at the lab my 2015 frames broke. Lensabl replaced the frames (ordering these from the company in England). Then, when their part was done, the USPS misplaced the package for a bit. Lensabl customer service helped get the package sorted and now I have a super awesome pair of glasses! THANK YOU! SO-- my point here is that you really cannot go wrong with Lensabl. I appreciate it and will absolutely recommend it to friends.
My lenses are very high powered due to kerataconis. When I submitted them, I was told it would take 3-5 business days. It took almost a month and a half, due to several failed quality checks. They also don't fold properly, due to the thickness and placement of the left lens.

Getting glasses was a process taking time, more time and emails regarding additional time and work needed. I withstood it all and in came a very nice pair of glasses with all of the new bells and whistles. My glasses are strong, so maybe in the future it will be different.

It was a little slow but the quality is very good. The most disappointing thing was that you kept the black hard case that came with my Tenor frames and replaced it with a white case. I would rather have the case that the frames came with.

Communication was great between myself and lensabl. I had purchased what sounds like the last available style of fairly fragile wooden frames, they are the only frame I've really liked, had a couple previous pairs before they discontinued the style. Most stores local to me were skeptical about making lenses for them, though I did find a place to do so. However the lenses made for me through lensabl are a far nicer fit to the frames compared to what I had on my last pair. Thank you, will recommend and return!

I was wondering what was taking so long to receive my prescription lenses and was going to contact you, and then I had an email explaining, in detail, what the issue was. I feel this is a great customer service feature you have. Most businesses would send the product back to the customer and wait for the customer to find out it wasn't correct and then spend time waiting. I find this proactive approach you use, to be a great feature of your business. Keep up the great work and I love my stoggles!

I was initially put off by the price but being able to put new lenses into an older pair of my favorite frames ever was too appealing to ignore. I researched and compared the service to other similar services and Lensabl was the cheapest for the bare minimum lens order. I loved the ease to order, how quick and smooth the process felt, and even the update email sent to me to inform me about a delay (even though I wasn't suspicious of a delay at all, it seemed like a reasonable amount of time to me) was appreciated. Having gotten my glasses back with new lenses it looks and works great so I'm extremely satisfied with the service and will be using it again when I get a new prescription!

The lenses took too long to make, apparently there was a quality control issue, so they had to remake my lenses. My frames are completely scratched up, which I wouldn't mind, but they actually damaged the frame while putting in the lenses with a deep scratch. I've never had a frame scratched before like this. Also, these are the thickest 'thin' lenses I've had in 10 years with the same prescription.
The only thing good about the whole experience was the initial step of measuring / submitting my prescription.
Will not be using them again.
I need the lens adjusted. I can read when the glasses are about an inch off the bridge of my nose. It was not made correctly. Reading part of lenses need to be higher on lens. Please contact me
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
