I might have misunderstood the time-frame for a frame/lens order to be filled. I needed a pair a prescription sunglasses for a vacation. I thought I'd have them in a week or two, but ti took a month--by which time I had been there and back.
My experience on line was excellent I was only shipped the prescription glasses which were great. However I was billed for the other two pair of glasses that were not shipped. How can I resolve this? My order number was #*******128.
This was my second purchase. A difficult RX to make. After one adjustment on the first pair they got it spot on. My second purchase was flawless. So happy and great customer service and communication. Thank you!

They sold me a pair of glasses they did not have. I asked for a refund once I found out they did not have the glasses. I asked for a week and they refused to answer. Then after a week they told me they don't have my glasses, but they just made the lenses. They would not refund my lenses because they were made. BBB has a poor rating for the company. Buyer beware. They were good but not now.

I am very satisfied with my experience with Lensabl. The only thing I would suggest is better proactive communications. My order took longer given its complexities, and I had to reach out at a certain point to see why. Lensabl was very quick in responding and explaining why the order was taking longer, but if I hadn't reached out, I would have just gone off the information on the dashboard, which kept moving the shipment date.
Overall, I'm very happy with the final product and will be recommending Lensabl to friends and family.
Had lenses in 3 frames replaced. Rash lenses had different specifications and one set went into Fauna frames with built in headphones. Lensabl checked in multiple times to make they had the details correctly and everything turned out well. I was a little worried the Fauna frames would get damaged ( they came with very specific instructions for changing lenses) but they were unharmed.
On August 18,2021 I ordered replacement single vision sunglass lenses for my ovvo optics Stratus frame. Approximately five weeks later the sunglasses arrived. After a couple of weeks I noticed to two concentric circles on the left lens (sort of like looking down on an inner tube), between the circles there were production scratches. I returned the frames for a redo, at my cost. It took about six weeks for the frames to be returned. The delay was blamed on "failure to pass quality inspection." When the frames finally were returned they were returned with rose tinted lenses, not brown tinted lenses as I ordered. The frames were again returned on December 1. They were received by the company on December 6. I was told they would be expedited. After two weeks I sent several email inquiring of the status of the redo. No one bothered to answer my email. I then went to their website hoping to find a telephone number but, to my surprise, there was a notation that the order was "missing information." Specifically, the prescription. I was never even notified of this supposed missing information. Why it was missing I do not know as the lenses were made twice. It has been over four months since the initial order and I still do not have my sunglasses. The cost of the lenses was $186. Return postage was $22. The cost for frame replacement is $390.

The customer experience with your Service Team is really bad. My lenses were delay because of the color I choice was not available (I got the information several weeks after sending my glasses) I thought based on this delay and the inconvenience that my glasses will be expedited (and I asked for) this did not happen at all. After asking I got the information that it takes normally 5-7 business days and after 7 days I asked again and only the answer that the glasses will be delayed...
Honestly this is a poor customer service at all. Then suddenly the glasses were in my mailbox (yesterday) without any information/update of the status.
I have had a few pair of lenses done from Lensabl. Each and every time my lenses were perfect. I am a loyal customer and will continue to have my lenses prepared by Lensabl. Excellent work. Completely satisfied.
Do not waste your money. I ordered in September and still waiting for my sunglasses with mirrored lenses. They have made them had to send back remade them had to send back and still waiting. They had made them and didn't pass inspection so I'm waiting for them to get it right. Mean while I recieved my other glasses in October. The coating on the inside of the lenses is starting to come off already. I'm waiting to be contacted about those lenses. They will not give a refund and they have offered no discount for the trouble. Worst experience ever for eye glasses.
I ordered single vision lenses (only) for my Razer Anzu frames. I spoke with customer service and they asked if I'd like just the lenses (which is fine, because they are removable), she put in the notes that they are Size Large and rectangular.
It took a month (with no communication)to get the lenses. I also paid to have them sent next day UPS and they were sent USPS snail mail. I received the lenses in the mail and the email telling me that the lenses have to be redone and they will take "a little longer", on the same day... instead of during the month of them being created.
Last but not least, they didn't follow their own customer service reps notes and made me small lenses. Lenses came late Friday, so now I can wait the weekend for customer service to get back to me... not looking forward to waiting another month for my lenses. Definitely not ordering from them again
The lens are fine aesthetically speaking, but they create more glare than any glasses I've ever had, and I'm not new to glasses. Really disappointing given how much I spent on them.

I caught a seasonal discount code which made my replacement lenses a steal. Normally, I would wait until my prescription changed moderately to replace them, because of the high cost at my local optician. Now, I can do it yearly, even for minor changes in my prescription and get perfect vision.

I'd rather let you rate the experience, but like a lot of your customer service, it won't let me. When I initially contacted your customer support regarding my frames not charging, I was told to contact Bose. This added a significant delay as I negotiated with Bose (who rightly insisted that it was your responsibility). I had to pay to ship back your defective product. The repair was delayed because you had to wait "for Bose to send us the frame". You want me to believe that you take orders for Bose tenor frames and individually ask Bose to send you each frame? In the end it took you 4 weeks to resolve this issue (not including the initial misadventure you sent me on with Bose). By not having any phone support options, you force everyone into these delayed one way conversations. The worst part for me was the helpful Bose customer service person went out of his way to get a clearance from his supervisor to replace the frames at their expense, but I stupidly went back to you as it was your responsibility all along.
Overall it was alright but when I was told my lenses could compromise my frames I didn't expect them to be completed. I am very disappointed in the workmanship and fitting of the glasses. I need them replaced with my old lenses and a refund be extended. If they couldn't be completed I'm not sure why they were. This is not good practice.
The frames came back to me bent, the nose piece completely dislodged and the bifocal section so low in the lens that it is basically unusable. My case was not returned to me.

I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
