For my frame, I ordered single vision polycarbonate lenses with anti-reflective coating and bluelight filter (add-one). It was simple to order. I received a box free of charge for shipping my eyeglasses, and within 1-2 weeks, I received my frame with new lenses. The polycarbonate lenses are high quality, with AR and bluelight filtering coatings. They sent glasses in a folding case with a cleaning kit.

It was very easy to pick out new lenses for my frames and get them shipped for replacement. The time from ordering to getting my frames back with the new lenses was quick and painless.

So they get a five star from me because overall I'm completely satisfied with my purchases as this is my second purchase of the James Oro by Lensabl and the first purchase was perfect in my eyes, as far as James Oro by Lensabl part, but me having to try something new I added the anti-fog coating to the inner lens which I come to dislike when trying to dry wipe my glasses clean, It's difficult but you live you learn. Now to my second purchase the only issue as it took a very long time for me to receive my second pair of glasses and nobody reached out to me. I contacted Lensabl via email and got a fairly quick response saying it was a delay due to something, which would been no problem if they would have sent something to let me know but I'm patient and they did finally arrive and they Dope! For reference, m first purchase was July 29,2024 and I received them Aug. 10th 2024 the second purchase was on Aug. 16 and received them Sept. 21 2024… No deduction of stars because you can see when I received my first pair I loved them and bought a second pair 6 days later and both pair are Fly!

Great, lenses are perfect but would have preferred the anti reflective option added to the lenses but this option was not available to select on the website.

Great service and a lot less expensive than getting new lenses for old frames from my ophthalmologist's office.

Lensabl's did a great job in fulfilling my order in record time. Not only that they provided a shipping label to print which made it easy to for me to send my frames in. Will do future orders with them.

Great price that is one-half to one-third of the price quoted by the optometrist! The lenses seem good so far.

Marketing please review your automated messaging which in effect says don't bother us asking for updates as it prolongs the process.

Seems like a lot of steps for a senior, I needed to enlist help.

After initial order confirmation I received no communication regarding the requested shipping box for over a week so I didn't know whether it was in progress or not, but other than that it was satisfactory.

All went well and was smooth! Would like to receive more updates re: progress and tracking information by text or email. Other than that the lenses are great.

Lensabl must have turned their customer service around because they were great. Everything went smooth and fast.

For once, this company did an excellent job in producing lenses performed to the ophthalmologist measurements. This is not always been my experience. On this occasion, the service was excellent. The product was delivered on a timely basis, and I can actually see using the product. I did have a disappointing post purchase experience when I was essentially dragooned into participating into a marketing survey by a company called Site Jabber. Apparently, if you don't finish out the survey, they keep emailing you until you surrender. I'm not sure that does the company much good in terms of customer satisfaction.

I just got both my orders back for some updated lenses and WOW! They are perfect.

You have a new customer for life! Easy process, great service and I can't say enough good things about my experience

It was very easy to order prescription progressive lens sunglasses. The app perfectly measured my PD when I didn't have that information. The fit and quality are excellent. The entire process took 2-3w from order to delivery. Very professional and they provide humor for free.

The lenses I received from Lensabl are multiple powers off for both eyes and both AXIS are completely wrong, as confirmed by my local optometrist. The glasses/lenses are completely useless. Before the order was processing, I added a new prescription for the order, and they are claiming that despite the order yet to be in progress and the fact that the prescription attached to order could be updated, that this is my fault. As a "courtesy" they are offering to remake them at 75% of full price. Even now as I look at my order, I see the correct prescription attached.

I will look elsewhere for online prescription lenses and advise you to do the same. Do yourself a favor and look at the number of bad reviews.
