Not sure exactly how the measurement process worked so well, but I was very pleased.
I ordered premium everything for my new lenses and I'm glad I did. My advice - at least splurge for the premium coating; it really makes a difference. I had to send the eyeglasses back for a redo because one of the lenses was loose. Although I live in Colorado in a town close to the lab in Denver, the redo took 2 weeks. It should have been marked "priority." Lensabl should also send out an email notice when eyeglasses are received to eliminate guesswork and worry. They also need more people on the customer service crew. It often takes longer to respond than it should. The finished product and price, however, are great! I saved $350 on progressive lenses. The company just needs a better focus on communication for a totally satisfying customer experience.
Because of a little wrinkle which was totally my fault it took longer than usual to get my glasses. Thankfully we all stayed with it until we got it right and I look forward to ordering my next pair.
Don't go by the lens prescription suggestion, if you want the thinnest go with the thinnest. They will charge you to redo the order.

Nothing about getting these sunglasses was enjoyable. I paid for expedited shipping because I needed them for a trip and ordered three weeks in advance — yet they didn't arrive until two weeks after my trip. On top of that, the coupon code I had from the company didn't work. I reached out for help multiple times (at least four emails) and never received a single response. While the sunglasses themselves are fine, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. Between the delayed shipping, failed discount, and complete lack of customer service, I won't be ordering from this company again.
No bifocal. Cannot read with these glasses. Should have had bifocal to allow me to read.
I messed up and forgot the "-" on one lens. My fault. However, the fee to fix this was extremely high. Glasses were a bit tight for my head but otherwise are solid and look good. Overall in the future will use in person services for glasses.
Very pleased with my new lenses. I was able to get my prescription lenses in my new Ray-ban sunglasses for a fraction of what I would have paid at LensCrafters, Ray-ban or any other store. I will continue to send my frames whenever I need to update my prescription.

Easy to order and not a long wait time and I needed help I called and got clarification. I had ne problem with the replacement lens they kept cracking because the drill mounts were drilled at angle and should have been straight and my frames was lost and never found.

Everything went smoothly. No problems with your business model. My issue was that the progressive for reading was very small. I constantly had to lift the glasses to see at the reading level. Hopefully, since these are sunglasses, I will not find this issue with this order.

I belong to a running club and some friends told me about Goodr and the availability of prescription lenses. I was in need of a new pair of sunglasses for driving/running and decided to give them a try. I have been running in 90 - 100-degree weather with high humidity. These glasses perform as advertised and then some. They do not slip and surprisingly do not fog. I am so impressed, I just ordered another pair with transition lenses for everyday wear. I just wish there were more frame options.
