It's easy to put in your rx. I like that a prepaid label is emailed to you, so you can mail your frames to have the lenses replaced. The replacement lenses are great. But the nose pads are cockeyed.

My lenses have a horrible yellow cast to them. The previous pair I ordered were great. These look like lenses used for a shooting range with a yellow cast when they should be clear with no tint.

However, i made an error as a new customer in that i did not review or emphasize or consult CS to find out about my eye glass prescription that included transition bi-focals for reading up close. The long-distance vision is great, but there is no reading ability in the nice frames i wanted to use again.
And i think i included a note in my order about replacing the nose piece to match one or the other.
Conclusion: easy instructions for packaging and shipping the frames, and convenient turn around time. The other issues seemed to be something i was not diligent in clarification...

Well it took 3 weeks when I paid extra for overnight service. I had not included the pupil distance(pd) in the original order, but I was never originally asked for it. The glasses were finished last week, but they supposedly were delivered yesterday. I won't know for sure before next week because we are on vacation and I had ordered this with the thought I'd have them before we left. No one ever emailed me back either. When I asked someone in a chat online this past Monday, they could tell me nothing except that they were still at the lab.
I'm using very understanding about these things, however this experience is been very disappointing. There was some confusion on the website when I was ordering my classes as to what type of prescription lenses would be included with the tenor frames based on website. I was simply ordering the tenor frames with additional cost but the lenses didn't show up. I don't know I was very confused, I had requested lenses the G 15 tinted lenses with polarized coating... And Bose tenor frames that took my total up to over $700. I then found a discount code that allowed me to take $100 off. I was super excited I placed the order and then I waited and waited and waited. As I logged in to check on the prescription sunglasses, it simply said arrived at lab working on your order – this was the status for at least 4 weeks. When I emailed support to check on the status of the order. The next day the glasses shipped. No communication. When they arrived they had clear prescription lenses and no additional documentation about how to get support other than to go to the website. I purchased prescription sunglasses from other vendors and and had a much more positive experience. As soon as the glasses arrived I reached out to support that was yesterday and I still don't have any response. I would like to think that this company will work with me to resolve this issue but based on the communication so far I'm very concerned. Unless Lensabl rectifies this I'm going to have to spread the word about the poor communication and poor service delivery. I understand I'm a consumer I may have made a mistake, but at least we should confirm the final order before stepping or ask questions any doubt I'm extremely disappointed and I'm concerned I may have wasted 600 and some odd dollars on goofy looking regular glasses. (I even purchased the extended warranty!)
Superb service. My frames arrived safely and lenses were made and sent back to me. I didn't have my ocular distance measurement so I had to send in an image. It seems well measured as my eyes don't bother me when wearing the glasses. I have tried them on for around 15 mins. I purchased single vision lenses and sunglass lenses.

The hardest part was figuring out where I kept my prescription. After that, the whole thing took just a few minutes and about a week later my glasses showed up with nice new lenses I could actually see through again. Shipping each way took about three days, for a total of about 9 or 10 days. I'll be using them again next time I need new lenses.
Little complicated it you are not tech knowledgeable. My bows on my Versace were bent when I received them back, working on straighten so I can wear.
Order was placed on Aug 27,2020 and did not receive the lenses until October 17,2020. I would be okay with that except that even though I purchased the top-of-the-line lens option - 1.74 high-index, Crizal Prevencia AR - the lenses are much thicker than my 1.74 lenses I got from WarbyParker. Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
