I needed a lot of help with the process, on line. Rhianna gave me a lot of help and was really great with response time and help.
It took 3 months for my glasses to come back. Apparently, some of the info on my prescription was missing, but Lensabl never told me this. I only discovered it when I checked on on the website to find out what was taking so long. It then took weeks to complete glasses after I provided the missing info. When the glasses finally arrived, they were not great... They made everything look a little foggy (despite me paying more for the highest quality materials). I very much doubt I will use Lensabl again.

I was nervous sending my frames way across country to a company I'd never heard of, but I couldn't see with them anyway, so I had nothing to lose. I could not be happier! They were super fast, very reasonably priced, and most importantly, the prescription is perfect! I'll be sending another pair soon because I really like that you add the blue-block! Great service!
I had some expensive non prescription sunglasses and sent them to LenDale with my new prescription, it was an easy process, just followed the steps online and I just got them back. They are great!
I sent my frames to Lensabl in August to replace my scratched polarized lenses. When they came back in September the polarization was not aligned causing one lens to go dark at a time. I sent them back to correct the problem. I just got them back (October) and they have the exact problem. Do you not do QC before they are shipped? It is frustrating to deal with you through email. I would rather have a number to call.

I worked with Jayme for several weeks. We had a complication on the type of lenses I selected. Jayme worked me to a resolution and was patient the entire way. I was not 100% happy with the final outcome because I wanted to make a switch with an upgrade but Jayme explained it to me and it looks like I was just expecting too much. Glasses came in good and I am happy to have them back. Thank you for being a reliable and customer service friendly company!
I'm satisfied with the lenses but it just took too long for me to receive them. Information was missing but no one reached out to notify me that you were waiting on more information from me. I had to check my order to find out. And even after that information was provided, it still took two weeks for me to get the frames
I sent my glasses to Lensobl for progressive lenses. Unfortunately the prescription I provided was insufficient for them to complete the order. I requested that they cancel the order and return the glasses to me. After deducting $25 from my refund for their shipping cost, I received my brand new Silhouette glasses back with one of the ear pieces broken off. Scary to think what kind of job they would have done on my lenses if they couldn't even get them back to me in one piece.
Can't see with my new glasses. The incompetents at Lensbl have no answer and won't offer a refund. Total waste of money. Never again!
I had recently heard of Lensabl and decided to try them out after I was told one pair of lenses at my optician's office would be more than double the price of what Lensabl would charge. They did a great job and returned my glasses with terrific lenses. They replaced my case with one that seems to have fit my glasses a bit better, although I was fine with the original case I sent in. My frames were in the lab on September 8th to be re-lensed. I just got them back today, October 23rd. I should have had these prescription glasses back way before I left on a 950 mile overland trip. I was counting on having them for the drive. If these were some obscure frames that needed special lenses cut, I might could accept the delay but they're Wiley X Valor frames... that's just about as common as you can get. Furthermore, the lab noticed a "blemish" after the initlal lens job and they had to cut a second set, and then wanted to charge me for the "polycarbonate upgrade" that they realized these frames needed. What? They didn't notice the original set of lenses (polycarbonate) that were in the frames when they got them? Just too many issues with this order. I won't be recommending any of my road biking friends to use this company for any of their glass or sunglass needs. Also, every time customer service responded back to me, it was as if there was nothing wrong; just a little delay. Nothing good to say here... I'm displeased overall to say the least.
My prescription sunglasses came back and the bifocal portion is too high. With the glasses sitting correctly the top portion of the bifocal is right in line with my eyes so I constantly have to raise and lower my head in order to focus on the object. If I lower the frames a bit then the top of the frame is in my sight and I'm back to square one. Definitely not what I was looking for or wanted
The glasses were perfect as always and returned very fast. I was a bit surprised that the bows weren't cleaned - they were as dirty as when I sent them to you. All that kept your service from being sheer perfection!
Glasses came Back ok but I wasn't expecting to wait an entire month for them! I could have had them in 2 days from lenscrafters smh. Super disappointed. And you guys never provided updates. Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
