Surprisingly pleased

I had my progressive lens prescription put into the frames of my blue light blocking glasses. I love that I had the option to get blue light blocking with these and I'm so happy with the results. I was nervous about how my prescription would come out but I have absolutely no complaints. This is a great service and I'm thinking of using them to update the prescription in some old single vision frames.

Frames were fine but wrong.

The brand of frames were what I ordered but the rest was wrong. I was given wrong color frames with non blue light filtering prescription lenses. Instead, the blue light filtering lenses were separate and not prescription.

Finall got it almost right
November 26, 2020

The first try resulted in the top of the bifocal lenses cutting right across the middle of my vision and distortion in the upper part of the lens. I sent them back to be redone. There was no communication that the glasses had been received or were being worked on. There was no info on the web site either. The email contact link would not let me use my email. After two weeks I contacted the person who had helped me before. The next day my glasses arrived along with an email from another person who said she would look into getting my glasses done. The current glasses have the bifocal lens in the right place and the upper part has no distortion. The distortion is now in the bifocal part. It's not bad enough to send them back yet again, but I will be having my next pair of glasses made elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing!

I'm just so happy I found Lensabl, they do exactly what I've been looking for since many years. You can mail them your own frames, they will install new glasses and mail it right back to you. The choices among all different types of lenses are very wide, their service is very quick and in a matter of days you'll find your frames right back in your mailbox.

And also, very important, their prices are truly great, I've looked around and didn't find anything that even came close to them. On top of this, the quality of the product they provide is outstanding.

Looking forward to order one more time from them pretty soon.

First time using Lensabl and will defintely recommend to others. I had to place order for 2 glasses, using one prescription. Contacted customer service to make sure I make the order correctly and when order was placed they took the time to reach out and sort out any discrepancies to make sure the lenses were correct. I was also pleasantly surprised by the great eyeglass case which I will start using from now on.

I searched all the web sites to replace my scratched glasses. They are all huge, I like smaller framed glasses. Lensabl put new primo lenses in my expensive old frames with scratched lenses. I'll be sending my vintage Ray Bans in for updated lenses

This company is the worst. Great idea, terrible execution.

I've gone through two rounds of trying to get new lenses.
First round, the prescription was off.
Second round, the lenses were not high-index and had no anti-reflective coat.

I've sent them in a 3rd time and now I'm pretty sure they've lost my glasses. Not fun when they're $400 frames.

Their customer service team is super spotty. That's probably why they don't list a phone number on their site... And they lock you in on dealing with poor customer service since there's a "no-return policy." So, there's that. If you have any issues, prepare to be thrown around multiple customer service reps that have no record of past convos. Super frustrating.

I'd highly recommend staying away. Again, the idea of easily adding lenses into any frame is brilliant — but the product quality + customer experience is not worth it. If you're trying to get some affordable glasses, just get some Warby Parkers. Their lenses are far superior and customer service is top-notch. See attached comparisons between Warby vs. Lensabl.

This was so easy. I think this routine is very easy and simple. This method allows your to find the frames you want vs settling by only shopping what's at your eye doctor's selection. I will definitely be going this route again.

Great service, I have a few thoughts

I wish there was an option for a darker sunglasses lens. The replacement feels cheap, even thought it wasn't Also, I would LOVE to know how to best submit a claim to my insurance, my eyeMed has rejected every pair I have bought- I feel like I'm missing something.

Seeing Disappointment
