Truly a fantastic experience. Everything you said would occur did, in a seamless and expedient manner. Form the ease of sending in the glasses to the elegant boxed they were returned in, (with the amazing quality of the lens and workmanship in between) this was a superb transaction.

Yeah, was a bit skeptical when the price here was literally 1/5 of my optometrist's office. These were custom-cut, drilled, rimless, polished edge lenses in a titanium wire frame... and they are perfect!
The first pair of glasses was my rimless silhouettes and they came back with The frame slightly Bent and they never fit the same. Second pair of glasses The bifocal Line is in the center of the glasses and cause discomfort and even headaches. The most recent pair are my Ray-Ban Wayfair which fitted my face really good so much so That I invest and had new lenses put in them. I am really disappointed because they came back with the arms stretched away from my face which caused a loose fit and the glass to slip off.
From the day of the order till the day I received my prescription, it took more than 4 weeks. The website interface is poor, at times I would upload my prescription and the website would not indicate the update. They updated the status of the order from received to ready for shipping at the three week mark, only to revert back to received a day later. I won't be using the absolute garbage service again.

I've wanted to replace lenses in a pair of favorite glasses for a long time, but Costco (where I go for appts, lenses, etc.) will not put new lenses in old frames. Very pleased with service from Lensable and the eyeglasses look and feel terrific.
I sent a designer pair of frames to Lensabl. They conscientiously sent me a disclaimer about caring for them but they were returned to me with my new prescription in mint condition. We had to do multiple takes on my photos because I just couldn't get it right! Lol... but they assigned a representative to me who was patient and answered all of my questions to my complete satisfaction. The turnaround time was quite good considering I had to return the glasses to them for corrections. The finished product is excellent! This was my first time using this type of service for my prescription glasses and I am very happy with the results
I was a bit disappointed it took more than a month to complete my order, and when i received my lens it did not fit to the frame, so i had to send it back theres a lil bit of blemish in the side but im ok with it dont wanna send it back again.
The ordering was smooth, and after 2 weeks I sent an email inquiring, then I got back they needed another measurement.
I sent the measurement, didn't hear anything for 4 weeks, then got informed they couldn't find my frames, got a note they found them and they didn't expedite my order, and it was another 2 weeks.
If you don't care how long it takes, I have no issue so far with the lenses, but I won't be utilizing this company nor recommending them.
First my problem is with the Bose frames themselves I use 140mm size frames for my big head so the do squeeze my temples but makes it very uncomfortable to year for long periods of them as far as vision great job but haven't been able to year then long enough to give you a better review
I tried Lensabl as an option to avoid having to go to the optometrist's office in order to minimize exposure to COVID. The service is great, simple and courteous, however, when my lenses were received I could not wear them as they were completely out of focus, actually it felt like it was a completely different formula than what I use. I guess I will have to visit my optometrist after all to get this fixed.
I ordered contacts, lens replacement for a pair of glasses I already owned and a pair of prescription sunglasses. My contacts I had no issues with. Once they verified my prescription they shipped very quickly and it took little time for me to receive them. As far as placing the order for the glasses everything was easy to use and the descriptions for the steps were useful. However, it took a fair amount of time for everything to be made and shipped. Also, I had to email the company about sending me a box to ship back the frames I wanted my new lenses put into nearly a month after placing the order. It then took over a week for me to receive that box, and by that time they had already shipped both my sunglasses and regular glasses. Even tho I had ordered replacement frames for lenses I already owned, they didn't contact me to verify that's what I still wanted since everything was ready to ship. They just went ahead and put my lenses in random frames I did not order. Thankfully the frames they sent I don't hate and will wear, but now I have a set of glasses I don't care for and old glasses that needed new lenses which they don't have.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
