I received my Order # *******-REDO on Friday the 6th. Thank you. Unfortunately, I do not have good news.
The left lens is gives me blurred distance vision. The reading portion of the lens is OK. The right lens is OK in both reading and distance vision. Additionally, the cutting of the lenses to fit into the frame is not high quality fit and finish. I cannot wear them. I am confused why we are having so much difficulty with these lenses. On the 3 or 4 previous prescription lenses that you have made for me, I have had no problem.
Here is my spin on the situation. These frames have been in your lab for almost 2 months total. Delay after delay. I know that they are complicated lenses but you told me that you could complete them. I am loosing confidence in your ability to complete these lenses. My preference would be to send the lenses back to you and get a refund. Although if you want to take one more attempt to get it right, I would agree. However if you want one more try I will ask you to live up to your advertising of "lens production is about 4-7 business days." I leave the decision to you. After this we will part ways as friends.
For what it is worth, I did take the lenses and frames to a local optical shop on Friday and asked them to take a look. They checked the measurements and their comment was that if the lenses were theirs, they would send them back to the lab.

This was my second time ordering replacement lenses for my drill mount frames. From the customer service, to the order process, to the product itself... absolutely flawless... both times!

My lenses were scratched on a pair of Willaim Painter sunglasses (who don't offer replacement lenses). Lensabl sent them back with new lenses looking better than new.
I sent my stoggles to lensabl to get prescription lenses put in and they did great and speedy work. Not only that, they returned my glasses with a cleaning kit and a really great case! 100% would use their services again.

Lensabl bent my frames so badly I could not wear them. Customer service was nice and helpful and when I mailed the glasses back to Lensabl, they did straighten the frames. However, the shape is still much different from original, meaning they my glasses no longer fit my face and are unwearable.

I wanted to put new lenses in my frames, and so I sent them in with all of my information. I expected it to take a little over two weeks with shipping and covid but I had them back in about a week. Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
