Was a good company to deal with in the past. I had bought a pair back in 2017, was smooth and good process at the time. However i am a repeat customer. Bought again from them this August. Paid for Priority Shipping and processing. Sent my frames in to them to have them fit new lenses. The frame came back damaged, with one new lens popping out of the top. OK, it happens. Gave them a chance to correct this, and sent them back for evaluation and repair. They ended up replacing the frames with new ones, and fitted the lenses and shipped back to me. New Lens was still a misfit, popping out at the top of the frame within 2 weeks. Getting annoyed and complained. They asked me to ship back i told them i don't have the box and to send me a new box to ship back. They said OK. New box never came. Asked for it again. They say they will send, never came. 3rd time. Request. They tell me they sent it. Never came. I have no idea if they are just sending it somehow to the wrong address, or are just lying and not sending it to me. No Phone number to talk. Live chat on website always goes as just a message that they might eventually reply do, they don't always reply.
Still waiting for delivery, when I sent my first email I was told to contact USPS. Now my delivery states "Its arrived"
But I still don't have it. I understand it may be a USPS issue but the last thing I did was trust Lensable with my frames. Your return package never arrived! You check with USPS!
Customer service is great at answering your email inquiries. However I'm still waiting on glasses from my November re-order.
Only to find out frame was broken and whole order has to be reprocessed.
At this point I just want my money back so I can get a pair locally.

I've used other online vendors for prescription glasses and Lensabl is by far my favorite. The prices are good, the process is easy and the glasses are great!
Previous lenses were uncomfortable to see through; replaced promptly when I asked with no issues. Replacements are much better.
So far my glasses have taken longer than they estimated to make. After finally getting in touch with them after about a week and a half they said it would take another 6 days to complete the glasses. Now it's been a month and they still haven't shipped. Just hoping they don't mess up my glasses
I think that overall Lensabl is pretty good in terms of price for the quality. But my order wasn't correct the first time, and I feel wary about trusting them with my glasses. For me on the east coast, it takes weeks to send and receive my glasses & frames. And I had to go through that whole process twice, because the first time my lenses weren't done correctly as per my prescription. I also ordered blue light reflecting lenses, but I just am not sure how confident I am about the order being correct after all of this. I did like their service, I thought that they were pretty attentive to my needs, which is very important. They did allow me to send them back in and get them corrected, and now the lenses seem perfect. So I'm happy about that. And it really was vastly cheaper than getting lenses from a Lenscrafter or a boutique shop. I would probably order again from them if I could get something for really cheap, and if it was a secondary pair, not a first or only pair of glasses.
I ordered new prescription Bose glasses. The first set of lens created were not acceptable and did not pass internal inspection. I was not notified at all. I repeatedly inquired about this and finally found out that in fact they had started over. It if been almost a month since I received my glasses. When they got here the Rx was wrong. After my experiences I wanted to just have a refund and kept being told that is not possible and still have not had resolution. I will report this to the BBB and also to Bose as they referred me to lensable and it is important they know about these experiences as it reflects on them as well.
Ordered replacement lenses for nice frames i already had. After delays that required contacting the company, received my glasses with new lenses. It was great to see clearly again. After a VERY short period, they became too scratched to be useful any longer. I kept them in the case, only used the cloth and cleaning spray provided by Lensble even though each pair is supposed to be coated in a scratch resistant material. Contacted the company who asked for photos. Sent, and have followed up with three emails. Have not heard back since sending the photos. No response is unacceptable and an extremely poor business practice. I'd avoid this company at all. Osts
Order was put in on November 20th, but did not receive the glasses until December 7th. And the webpage was extremely difficult to navigate. I had to put in the order approximately 10 times. I've never had so much trouble ordering glasses or anything on the internet before this.
It was super easy. I ordered a pair. The glasses came fast and fit great! I have a small face. I wish they have more choices for small framed glasses for people with small faces. I would love to buy more frames but only one style fits me or looks good on me.
Very dissatisfied with my glasses. The frames are smaller than I thought they would be. Very unhappy as I can't return them. I'll never wear them. Sucks. :(

Had to send glasses back for a re-do due to wrong PD using credit card measurement method and have now received glasses back after a month. I can focus to read now (could not read any print with first lenses) but notice I'm unconsciously tilting my head to the left when I focus to read. I suspect PD is still not correct but I'm not sure what to do about this as it's difficult to communicate without a phone number to call. I must say email communications with my assigned technician have been polite and cordial and glasses look good but fine tuning script fit is difficult to do virtually. I'm going to look elsewhere in the future as this has taken a long time and I suspect it would be a nightmare to return the new lenses to get my money back.
Second time using lensabl and both were a positive experience. Communication, packaging and best of all the final product are all very well done.

I am very pleased with my glasses and the lens replacement itself. However, all the details to get there were rather annoying. Shipping and returning took forever... My glasses were gone for a month. And the whole take a picture with ur credit card against ur nose to see ur PD didn't work multiple times...
When someone spends over $300 on a product, they like getting updates on how the order is progressing and then an alert to when the product is delivered. I didn't get that here and that was the disappointment and reason for the lower rating.
Answer: I was not so lucky and have had a horrible experience withLensabl. After two months I'm still waiting for progressive lenses that cost over $600 and Neither my frames nor the lenses I ordered are back to me. Next time I will use a local eyewear store.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
