Lensabl not only helped me save well over $100.00 on my progressive lenses but completed the job perfectly! For years, I've worn progressives with very mixed results. I adore good frames but the lenses didn't always make me happy. Just got my first pair of new lenses from Lensabl and I'm thrilled! I want to redo all of my frames! I can actually see. Everything!
I still haven't received my shades. They said it got rejected and will be sent out in 3 days. Its been over a week and still didn't get an update.
Everything was great until the end. I was excited to find a place to put lenses in my vintage frames! Service was great, questions answered in a timely manner, the website is fantastic, as you can track the progress and ordering is super easy! However, the glasses took a bit longer in the lab than expected. During that time there was a Black Friday Sale. I requested the current promo since my glasses weren't completed and had not been shipped. Suddenly all contact was non-existent. I sent 2 more inquiries w/o a response. I finally received a response after the glasses shipped stating inaccurate reasons for not honoring the promotion. I requested the promo during the promo and while my glasses were still in process according to the site. The representative stated they had already shipped which was not true based on the status on the lensabl website, and later verified by an email from the company when they actually did ship, as well as the tracking account through USPS. I pointed this out and she insisted I was wrong. It's too bad, I was excited about this company in the beginning. Blatant lies are a dealbreaker for me, even if everything else is fantastic.
Your prices were 30% less than Lenscrafters for about the same features in the lenses, Progressives, transition, etc. So I thought I'd give you a try. The biggest problem is the time it takes!
You should add an express service. From the time You received them it took 3 weeks! The quality seems good but I'm not really qualified to analyze them. Because of the time frame I would not do it again unless I have a backup pair to wear while you have my frames.
The lenses are not made anywhere near correctly. Very poor job at quality control. Want a refund.

The ordering process was simple and intuitive. The wait to get my frames and lenses back was almost 2 months - seems a little long for a clear non-prescriptive lens on standardized Bose Tempo Sport frames. The cost was $172 - again, seems high for non-prescriptive lenses. Unfortunately, the clear lenses distort my vision (unlike the two tinted lenses provided by Bose) and for this reason they are unusable. For these reasons, I would not recommend lensabl for not prescriptive clear lenses for Bose Tempo.
The ordering process was really easy. Good instructions on the website. The price was excellent. My only complaint is that it took WAY longer than the 4-7 business days advertised on the website. My order took almost 3 weeks.
Very happy with Bose Tenor prescription sunglasses. See and hear great! Easy setup. I notice a spare set of lenses included and imagine those are the non prescription lense.
I placed an order just before going out of town. The team accommodated my odd situation by sending the shipping box to an away from home address and the glasses back to the home address. Couldn't be happier with the level of service.

Answer: I purchased some really awesome vintage glasses with octagonal black plastic frames made in France, probably from the late 1960s or early 1970s. I was so excited to have them made into sunglasses. I took them to my local optical shop and was told, "I hope you didn't spend much on these because you wasted your money. No one will touch frames this old, because the plastic is so brittle it will just shatter." I was so disappointed. I tossed them in a drawer and forgot about them for a few months. Then I saw an ad for Lensabl online. I contacted them and asked if they could work with vintage frames, and the answer was "No problem!" I was nervous to send the frames in but figured I didn't have anything to lose. I just received the glasses back in the mail today (two weeks from when I mailed them in), and they are incredible! The frames were cleaned and straightened, and the new lenses are perfect. I love them so much. Thanks, Lensabl!
Answer: They clearly don't have the infrastructure set up to be in this business where each frame is a customer order. In cases like they they are not staffed with customer services that can be actually helpful which only result in wrongly made glasses. They broke my glasses and are not trying to it at all. I posted review on here before and then it just disappeared for some reason, I'm not sure if they are paying people to get rid of negative reviews.
Answer: Transitions take an upwards of 30 seconds to Transition. The weather conditions can impact the Transition time. Brighter and warmer outside conditions= transitions faster.
